on the Rehoboth ave verizon retailer, which we had to come back to because no one clarified that there’s a retailer and corporate stores to me, and that they can’t do anything for the other(makes no sense why would you divide your business like that.)that’s not my main problem now though. they have 1 employee for the whole store. extremely ridiculous for any business to have only 1 employee at any given time. most businesses don’t even allow there to only be one employee in the building. i expect more from a multimillion dollar company. been waiting for 3 hours with 2 people in front of me and 6 people behind me.i feel bad for the singular employee, she is great but obviously can’t do everything on her own. not her fault, no one can or should have to do a job by themselves like this. staff your stores with more that one associate please, verizon. i’ve never written a review in my life and this is irking ‘em so badly that i am.

Don’t buy anything in this store. it’s not a Verizon store.The assistant told me that I just need pay $8/mon for a new IPhone 13,but Verizon customer service told me the bill is $809.99,I need pay $23/mon. And this store charges $50 for return.they said that is restock fee.But I remember that when they take it to me,there is no seal on the box. If you buy anything at Apple store,free return. Don’t buy anything here.Also their 5 star reviews come from themselves😂. I used Verizon Unlimited plans 4 lines for ten years, there are so many hidden fees, I will transfer my lines to other company.

I was a Verizon customer for 10 years. They could not find my account. After 10 years Madison has no clue what hes doing. Told me after 10 yes of payments 1. Go to Walmart get a prepaid phone.2 get this old phone fixed3 go to another company.These phone companies are stealing our money for no service. Things need to change with customer service. They make you feel like your not important after paying 10 years of service. Be careful who you choose.

Heather Holston is absolutely great! She was working with another customer when we came. While we were waiting, she checked in with us to make sure we knew she hadnt forgotten about us. Very poor customer service with no triage of customers or sign in. Went for something easy and they had over 15 people waiting, so I decided to come back in an hour, and they were still helping the same people! No acknowledgement when you enter the store, nothing like, "it will be such and such amount of time", no nothing. Saw two customers leave and I did the same. Save yourself the grief and go to one of the other Verizons closeby.

Best experience I’ve ever had at a Verizon store. Lauren was amazing!! The way she kept things moving with a full store really blew my mind. She was welcoming and immediately triaged needs as people entered and was solving problems right and left— calm, cool, and kind the whole way. I especially appreciated how generous she was as I had my elderly father wait comfortably in the car. Two new phones, transfer of data, billing and service changes went off without a hitch. This type of transaction takes time— but I felt like Lauren was as efficient as possible and I’m so happy with the results.

Heather was a total professional on a busy Saturday morning at the Rehoboth Verizon store. Multiple customers were in line at the door waiting for the store to open and she greeted everyone with a smile and immediately got to work handling each customerss need. She was friendly, professional, and an incredible multitasker! Shes definitely an asset to this store. Im so glad she was there to handle a busy day!

My highest compliments to Katerina who today helped me through a process I had been dreading --- trading in and upgrading my phone. She couldnt have been more pleasant as she effortlessly walked me through all the options in a way that even an old guy like me could easily understand. I left with a new phone and the whole process couldnt have been smoother.

The staff here are very friendly, but even the simplest transaction seems to take forever. If you ever walk in and see people waiting in front of you, best to leave and come back later. Finally, just like every Verizon store Ive ever been to, they never explain all the details clearly, like getting the free phone requires upgrading your existing plan. It always takes getting the next bill and then 2 or 3 cycles to get the surprise charges removed, if you can, and getting your plan back to what you thought you were agreeing to. But theyre not unique - nature of the beast I guess.

Damoyne Willis was AMAZING! Would give more stars if I could.My husband was moving over to my Verizon plan from another carrier and we had been dreading going to the Verizon store. He got us everything we needed and somehow simultaneously helped other customers in the store too. He was very efficient and kind throughout the entire process and even saved us money! Top notch customer service!!

Jen and Sam were very professional in helping me to update both my phone and one for my daughter living in another part of the country. They explained update options for my family plan and all the protection options for the phones. They were patient and a true pleasure to work with - even giving me a box to ship my daughter’s phone. I appreciate all they did to make the process go smoothly.

So really frustrating experience. The phone we ordered kn line to pick up at the store basically was canceled as we walked in. While the staff was polite and helpful they were clearly shorthanded . The woman that helped us was trying to multitasking so bizzarely different things att once and it turned into a 3 hour distraction. We ened up with a new phone and a good deal but it was not efficient.

Heather was extremely knowledgeable and helpful today. I know it was her day off today but did not want to leave her coworker and all of the people waiting, so she took great care of me and other customers. She is a real asset to the store! Great service.

I must be honest, I am somewhat technology challenged and I do not like change. I did not look forward to getting a new phone, although it was necessary.I met Brooke and Heather at the Rehoboth store. They were both AWESOME. The experience was fantastic. I did not look forward to the process, but I walked out of the store with a big smile on my face.
