Very helpful and honest. Youve got a good selection of phones, covers, and accessories to choose from too. The access is to either go into the lot from the south road access, or the access road just north of the business.
Sam is out of this world and went above and beyond to help us get our promos and problems fixed. Plus, helped us work through a problem of our phone getting wet. If you work with Sam you’re working with the best.
Jarrett helped get my new phone all set up made it so easyLol yall are sneaky. I would recommend this store to anyone but let me leave the review next time. 🙃 Jarrett helped me most the way and made things really easy, took care of my phone so I could drop by the store and grab juice for my daughter. Andrew followed up and finished the process after Jarrett left for the day when I got back. Both of them did good jobs.

U should offer negative star ratings because this store would get -5 stars. My wife went in to pay her jet pack bill when the smart mouthed young man told her that she did not have a number listed with them. He called her a lier and asked her to leave and never come back. I was stunned beyond belief! I really hope something is done because both of these young men need to unemployed. I will never do business there again and I am thinking of just changing carriers all together. Been a Verizon customer for over 20 years so to me this very sad.

Was treated very nasty. Wouldnt look up from computer and stated they dont do tech support if so it was $80. Then answered the phone.

Worst experience I’ve ever had trying to buy something. I have an iPhone and wanted to buy a new non-Apple phone, but don’t want to lose anything on my iCloud. The guy working told me to go to Walgreens if I wanted to get photos off my phone to help with storage. I told him three times I still wanted to purchase a new phone and he literally ignored that statement all three times. I finally just walked out. Zero interest in actually helping me or selling me a product.
Top notch customer service. Needed to move 6 lines over from sprint (some android some iPhone some needed replaced). Jan made it very easy and painless.

After speaking to the customer service representative, who was also friendly and helpful, he directed us to the Eaton OH store where we met Brogan. The wife and I were looking for new phones and especially with the trade in allowance Verizon was offering. We called TCC in Eaton, Ohio and Brogan answered and was very nice and polite to us. We shared with Brogan that we would be there the next day. We have never shopped at Verizon in Eaton before but we thought we would try it out. It is a new building and very nice. When we entered, Brogan was with another customer and Sam approached the wife and I. We shared why we were there and was very interested in the trade in allowance, being on a fixed incomes. Sam was so helpful and patient with us, that we were very impressed with his knowledge and with how he handled/treated us through this purchasing process. Both phones had to be ordered.When both phones came in we drove there to pick them up. Sam and Jarrett were working and they both spent much time with us. Again we were very impressed with their patience and how they handle everything, the paper work, the transfer of info from our old phones to the new phones. They went out of their way to make sure we were pleased and happy customers. We will be back to this TCC store because of these three employees. THANK YOU!!!
We had been procrastinating on getting badly needed new phones. After reviewing many various options and prices, I made a big decision. I called the Eaton store and ask for Michael. He had helped me the last time I had a question. Michael was not in, so Jesse offered to help me. I described what we were looking for and ask him to replace our old phones with similar models. While we were talking, Michael came to work and took all my info and started on setting up 2 phones for us. We ended having two very experienced sales people take care of our needs.
Sam was excellent. Sam was very quick clear, and patient when answering questions. Sam was also impressively helping multiple customers. Falling in love with my new phone. Will hope to see Sam again there soon!
Michael did great getting me setup on a new LG phone. I was worried we werent able to get the data from my old malfunctioning Motorola but after some tinkering, he was able to transfer my data.
Very friendly and helpful. They actually help you with issues instead of just try to sell you stuff you dont want or need. Highly recommend this store for any wants or needs and will be coming back for my phone upgrade soon! Thank you Sam for all your help!
James did a great job of walking us through the process! We have been with another carrier for years. Recently, they changed the very things we loved about them, we knew we needed a new carrier. Thankfully Verizon was local and there for us and made the transition easy.
Jessie L assisted me with my selection of iPhone. He took the time to review my account and suggest the benefits and savings to any changes that may be of interest. When I selected a phone, he directed me to cases that would help protect it. All in all, a very pleasant shopping experience. Thank you for having such a great selection, and wonderful associates.

I have to brag my husband and I was having trouble with Sprint in our area so we stopped in a talked with the new Verizon store in our town, I have to say that we had no trouble with our service . The lady that helped us was so helpful and made our change to Verizon so easy. I recommend their store to everyone :)
Went in this morning to add my youngest to our family plan and it was by far the easiest experience I have had at Verizon. James not only added the line but he also made sure she was on the right plan, made sure the rest of the family was on the right plan and made some suggestions to save us money. We walked out, in less than an hour, having done everything and knowing how to proceed to lower our bill. I dont think you can beat that! I will gladly go back if it means James takes care of us again!
Andrea S. was so incredibly helpful & very personable. She managed to juggle 3 customers to keep us all going. She stayed past closing continuing to help with everything to make sure we were set up. Verizon customer service was the hold up & even disconnected on her rather than helping after being on hold a good hour. The second attempt at calling customer service she was told she could only take care of one of us rather than stay on the line & close out one customer & open a ticket for the next. We decided to leave as it was late & will return to finish, but it was of no fault of Andreas. We will gladly work with her again. The call center is where the improvements are needed.
I was not happy with the outcome of the billing on my new phone. I was buying it outright, I explained I wanted no charges on my bill, but there were charges added to it anyway . Very frustrated after 8 years of good service with Verizon.
I only had a short wait until I got waited on. He was fabulous. Very helpful and knowledgeable. He got me all set up with a new phone and accessories very smoothly. A good experience. Thank you

Bought 2 new phones today at tcc in Eaton Ohio. Jordan did a spectacular job. He was very knowledgeable. Did a great job of transferring info from old phones to new ones. We bought new cases and screen protectors, he installed screen protectors and cases. We walked out all done and set to go. Thanks Jordan, you did a great job.
We have been AT&T customers for over 15 years. We switched to Verizon on Black Friday and have really loved their service.At the Eaton Ohio store, we had the best customer service, helping us transfer five lines, including a track phone. The best employee there is Michael. Really helpful and will not quit solving a problem until it is resolved.Way to go Verizon!
Verizon has never let me down. The service is solid and rarely ever loses signal. The people at the Verizon storeu are wonderful. They are all very friendly, welcoming, and helpful in every situation. When I have thought I had a problem, they take care of it so quickly that it was no problem at all! I have never left the Verizon store unhappy;rather I leave feeling lifted up by the helpfulness and wonderful manner of the Verizon folks. Thanks Verizon!
