Eleva was absolutely phenomenal. She was friendly & a pleasure to be around. She made the experience much better, and less frustrating. This was by far the best experience I have had in a Verizon store!

Jake was very helpful and offered all possible options and made it easy to understand and was very understanding and helpful.

Jake was awesome, very through in letting me know about my new Ultra S22. Overall the best service, and sense of humor.

Excellent customer service in a relaxed atmosphere. Michael is very knowledgeable (as well as patient and kind.He did an amazing job of balancing competing priorities while giving everyone the needed attention. Definitely recommend this Verizon store over any other I have been in.

Michael is awesome!! My mentally challenged son who cannot read had put so many apps on his phone. Because of that and other things he could not clear it. Told us it would be the next day. The next day ( on Michael day offhe called my son and walked him thru how to set up his phone. Then he made my son promise to get us to help him. During all of this he was patient restful of my son. Never talking down to him

I went to Verizon in Georgetown and jake was more than helpful with helping me get phones and setting me up with a new plan. He really went out of his way to help and while we were waiting for our phones to transfer he kept the conversation going great personality and customer service skills are great!

Michael was a student at sussex tech! Thats how I got to know him. My first phone went bad and I took it to the store Millsboro and lost all my pictures and stuff. I brought it to Michael in Georgetown and he got everything working for me again. I just dropped my phone into water an it back to the Georgetown store. Michael brought everything back even my text messages. This guy is awesome!! He has great customer service an he is good worker, Dont lose him because I dont know where else Im going to go. Dropped my phone and was barely able to use the screen! Brought my phone in to the Verizon Georgetown store and Michael was able to work his magic with it! He got me set up with a new phone and was able to restore all of my stuff from my old phone to my new phone which I didn’t think was going to be possible! When I say my old phone was a disaster is an understatement and he made the process so easy and flawless! He also told me the benefits of having insurance and I’m all in! All my phones going forward whether there mine my wife’s my kids my grandparents my parents I will make sure they have insurance! Thank you Michael for everything and saving what’s left of my Sunday!

Have never had a bad experience with the store. Michael is an excellent customer service associate...sometimes too good because he manages to get a good deal for our phones. Sometimes they get bogged down at peak hours so be patient.

We went in there because my boyfriends phone was done for! Michael was the only one working and had a lot of people coming in. He was very outgoing, composed, and super helpful! He knew what he was doing and got us in and out, while talking us right into upgrading another line ◡̈ We left very happy and pleased with our visit.

Smoothest phone experience yet. Brought in the family for upgrades. Michael is a knowledgeable, friendly, multitasker who had all us transferred, trained, and out of there in about an hour. Highly impressed!

Went into the store to get my daughter her own account and instead, walked out with new phones, watch AND all with a lower phone bill thanks to Michael, who patiently explained why keeping her on my plan was the best option. Our experience at this store was magnificent. We purchased an iPhone for our grandson. Our salesman Michael was very helpful and knowledgeable of the phones and monthly plans. We got the plan that best fit our budget. We were given a trade in value of 800 on the latest iphone. He was nice enough to transfer the pics from my trade in to my current phone. He even gave us information on parental controls apps. that was very helpful. Go see Michael you wont be disappointed. Thank you Michael for all you did.

Purchased a new Samsung galaxy S22. Michael waited on me and made sure my existing phone was transfered to the new phone. He made sure my new phone was identical to the old. He went over the new features of the new phone. Michael made sure that I would not have any issues with the new phone. He was superb, I highly recommend him.
