I must admit, I usually dread going into a Verizon store for phone sales and service almost as much as going into a car dealership…but my recent experience with Steve S at the Lincroft location changed all that!He was prompt and courteous in trying to trouble shoot the issues with my old phone and then very thorough and knowledgeable in helping me select and set up my new phone.I would highly recommend this location and Steve in particular for all your cellular device needs.Thank you Steve!

This review is long time coming. G & Steve are phenomenal and were extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable during the process. I switched from a Galaxy to an iPhone for work purposes but they assisted me every step of the way. They went above and beyond to help transfer files and data in order to keep everything. Though we were only able to salvage a small bit of it they put forth the service and effort to help which is greatly appreciated! Thank you and Ill see you guys soon! Already broke my phone lol

Goce was the rep who helped us upgrade my sons phone. He was professional, personable and knowledgeable. That is hard to come by these days. He made the process a pleasure. There was one competent person in this establishment... unfortunately the other guy was helping me. I was upgrading my phone to a Galaxy S7 and it took him over an hour just to get the phone working/SIM card installed. There was something wrong with his iPad scanning the bar code. He then said he didnt want to manually type the IMEI number becuase he had to fax something (which he said would take 5 minutes). Instead he wasted over an hour of my time while he was on the phone with someone else from Verizon.

You can still get cheaper accessories off of amazon

Been going to this store since they opened. Have NEVER been anything less that totally satisfied. If ever, maybe a 5 minute wait but usually no wait whatsoever. Much better than going to the "BIG" corporate stores. Simple, clean, great knowledgable employees. The owner Brian is a true gentleman.

Everyone at Verizon Wireless Zone in Lincroft, NJ is helpful, friendly, knowledgable and pleasant to work with. They will help with any problem that may arise with your wireless device, not only when you first buy it, but anytime.There is no reason to go to the big Verizon Store. You can get the same merchandise here and the customer service is great.
