Without fail every time I do anything at a Verizon store I get a fake story of how things are going to work for my Verizon plan, always surprise bills and an excuse to get you to hang on until things get better. I literally cannot stand Verizon or their false advertising. Sure, its so easy to just go get your upgrade, youre due for an upgrade....all lies.
Devin was very professional and helped me get my account in order. He saved me money on my monthly bill and got me the devices I was looking for! The store was very clean and organized.
They were very friendly and efficient.
Jed was very polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. Although we arrived near closing time, he answered all of our questions and finished our transactions without rushing us in any way. Thank you!
Iβm using xfinity cellular service for which I later find out is Verizon. The service in the new castle area is horrible. If your considering Verizon or xfinity , and you reside in the new castle pa area,I would think twice about it. They do not care about the poor reception areas. As long as they are getting the money. Plus thereβs no 5g here. Everyone else has it but them in my area.

Went from an iPhone XR to 13 pro max all of the items and photos on my old phone were transferred in like 10 min in and out in 40 min max

George was great. I had an issue with my phone and with T mobile, he was able to get me the best deal where Im only paying 8 dollars for a brand new top of the line phone and hes very patient and listens to all of my needs.

After a horrible experience at another Verizon store, I had all but walked away from this company.. however on Friday I visited this location and interacted with Devin. I explained my dilemma and he immediately did what was necessary to get me into a new phone. I was there only a short time, because he absolutely knew what he was doing and there were no issues. I got the exact phone I wanted, the case, and he even applied a screen saver to my a device. I would absolutely recommend Verizon and this particular store!! Devin was awesome and I will definitely be a return customer.
George was great! Helped me get a new phone and somehow got a watch for only a dollar extra a month. If you want great customer service with funny stories in your spare time, ask George for help!

Picked this store specifically for curbside pickup for a phone. Received the email that my order was ready so went to store and followed the steps for curbside pickup. Waited about 10 minutes and nothing. Went inside store and said I was waiting on a curbside pickup order. Staff didnt seem to know what was going on with that but got my phone and the handed to me after about 5 mins. Just very bummed that curbside pickup was not actually an option here, take down that advertisement if ya dont do it...
Had a phone issue today went to the local Verizon and had the great fortune to have Amanda help me. She was polite, knowledgeable, and competent, my phone was fixed in just a few minutes. Amanda has restored my faith in Verizon service. To Amandas manager you have a great employee there.

I went to the store unsure if I was going to make the switch to Verizon. Mike helped me out and he was amazing. It felt more like an old friend helping me rather than a salesman. Cant recommend enough.
I came into the store just expecting to price new phones. I ended up having a few technical issues with the overall Verizon system when it came to activation. However the entire staff made it an enjoyable experience. Tyler personally took so much time and maintained calm. I was in store for 4hours but was eventually able to get things solved. I canβt thank him enough for the amazing service!

The guys at this location are outstanding. I went in to apply for a business account and Verizon dropped the ball on that. I was ready to walk away from Verizon but Mike, the store manager, wanted to make it right. I was able to open a personal account with a great promotion. He stayed late and worked with me for over two hours to get all the phones/tablets moved over. Tyler, another employee at the store, was also assisting and was very helpful. These guys make an amazing team and they made what would have been a long, boring process, entertaining and fun. This is my store and Mike is my guy. I would recommend this location to anyone. I cant say enough about Mike and his team. What a group of personable and professional representatives. Verizon, you are lucky to have them, dont let these gems ever get away!!!
So, today I decided to stop by Verizon store to take a look on all the offers that they have, I asked an Agent was at the store at that time, can you tell me what are the offers that you have? she told me if you wanna be Verizon customer you must get a service and you cant buy a phone higher than Samsung Galaxy S7, and when I asked her I wanna get service with Samsung Galaxy S10, she told me I cant unless if I have all the required documents, and I told her I have all the documents to be a Verizon Customer, she told me you can get any phone with ur plan as long as its equal or less than S7, and when I told her why, she told me because people they take phones and sell them overseas, she assumed thay I am gonna sell it overseas because the color of my skin or the way I look or maybe because of my Accent. When I told her is that Verizon Policy, she told me, its a store Policy. Please people dont waste your time with such people. Today its Holiday, tomorrow I will be calling Verizon to complain about that store. And that Agent and they way that she talked to me. I felt my self a thief for a moment.
I always have an awesome experience! The employees really take care of you and find the best plan out there for you. Thats a lot to say these days. Mike is the best!
I needed some help with my phone so I went into the store New Castle store and Mike the manager there help me out is a hell of a good guy and I like the service that I get from Verizon anytime I go in that store for anything those guys are great they always help me out the other guy there Tyler hes a good guy too Mike is a great manager though thank you very much Jack Woodard
