We had a major issue with rats in and around our chicken enclosure and surrounding area - so much so, that the rats were taking the eggs. After having issues with a rat infestation, we were in contact with this company. The workers are lovely, attentive and professional and provide excellent service. Had a severe problem with Mole hills in my garden, Paul turned up a day earlier than arranged, very friendly, efficient & professional & caught the Mole causing the damage.Hopefully that’s cured it (it’s not an exact sciencebut if not, he said to let him know & he’ll come back.His communication is excellent, phoning the next day after laying traps to find out if more hills had appeared & after catching them.If you have a Mole or pest problem, I’d recommend Paul - Verminator

I began to hear noises in the attic a few weeks ago, and my partner and I began to lose sleep! We even had to try and sleep with ear plugs in and the tv on loud! I could hear them running around and making a lot of noise up there. I then phoned Paul to ask for him to come around, and immediately, within 2 visits, 2 rats had been caught! I called Paul on Friday and he was out to see me first thing Sunday morning. The fact that he text me confirmation immediately after our conversation filled me with confidence that he would appear on said day, which he did and on time. A very pleasant, knowledgable man, I called Paul to sort out a mouse problem. It appears that the mice may not be active at present but he left a bait trap in the loft for me to check periodically just in case. I also mentioned cluster flies, which I also have a problem with, and Paul said he would call next March. Altogether a very professional man who I would highly recommend without hesitation. Paul replied to a Saturday evening message from me, and booked me for 9:30 the following morning. He arrived on time, knew what he was talking about, and charged a very reasonable price. He couldnt remove the nest because it was in the cavity of the wall, but he treated the wasps, and then blocked the small hole off. Very happy with the service from Paul and would happily recommend him.

Had an issue with squirrels getting into the attic. Paul was quick to respond to messages and came over the next morning. He was very friendly and knowledgable and placed traps and a camera. He reviewed the camera often and gave me regular updates and made a return visit the same day after some activity.One squirrel turned out to be four but he was extremely helpful and resolved the issue within a week.Would recommend his services to anyone with pest issues.

Ive been tearing my hair out for over six months with a rat problem in the neighbourhood. Especially, when they managed to gain entry to the downstairs bathroom. I was tired of paying out for ineffective treatments from the council and had tried some other private contractors with no success. I was literally boxing up my belongings and getting ready to move house when my partner recommended the Verminator. Im happy to say, while the problem may never really go away, at least the house is secured and safe, and I can continue with my life. The Verminator is discreet, professional, and knows his rodents.
