Dr Kelley was very accommodating to Willow. We thank you SO very much. She waited for my vet to fax everything over, to prevent further costs!

Made an emergency visit for a cat. It was late at night and I was able to get the cat seen very quickly. They did an amputation on the cat and I was back to pick the cat up a couple hours later. I was very pleased with the visit. The vets were kind and knowledgeable. They thoroughly explained everything. The price for the procedure seemed very fair. I would definitely recommend for emergency visits. Thanks y’all.

I called at 11:00 PM on a Sunday because my ferret was in need of care. The lady who answered the phone and the vet were both amazing, sympathetic, and incredibly helpful. They both took the time to listen and advise me on what was best for my ferret.

Everyone is so kind, from doctors to students in training! Made several trips here for my little guy and everyone we encountered was caring and well informed. Kept me constantly updated as well while he was there for treatment.

They Redid all the same exact tests my local vet did and claimed they didn’t get the records from them. I had confirmed on the phone they had everything there before I made the trip up. I had to pay for all the same tests that I’d already been charged for locally so of course they didn’t come up with a diagnosis… they then wanted me to come back for further tests for a condition my local vet was pretty sure my puppy didn’t have. I tried a third vet and just to get records from k state sent to this new place took calling multiple times as they didn’t have the discharge papers done from her visit when she was there a month prior. When k state finally did send my records to the new vet, there was much not documented about what they did. I Have taken a few other dogs here and the experience was good or okay. I wasn’t happy paying for the same tests to let me know what I already knew

Ember has been going to Cardiologist Thomason for several years & Im extremely impressed. Local Vet found heart murmur so she referred me to K-State Vet College. Ember is 12 & her heart has been stabilized for at least three years. Always enjoy the students & their care.

-8/9/22: still have not got an update on test results from almost two weeks ago. My regular vet didn’t agree with their diagnosis and said they put my dog on very harsh antibiotics for what? I would not go here again.I took my small dog in Friday afternoon until Saturday night for concerning GI symptoms. At the urgent care appointment, I basically waited in a small cold room waiting for some update. Finally, I was informed of their plan and to run tests. They told me it would bdone by 5pm and I could go and come back. I left for a little bit and around 5pm was told they were running behind and it will be a bit longer. I continued to wait, then was told to admit him to ER. I did not feel very kept in the loop prior to this and was just rushed back to a room. I was charged $1200 as a deposit for the weekend, including the $400 urgent care visit prior. It was very expensive and things add up quick, just the pets stay expense amounts to over $150 a day. The doctors and students seemed competent, but I began to experience frustration when I wanted to pick my dog up early due to the cost and reports that he was doing fine and happy. I called from 3pm-7pm Saturday trying to get there to pick him up and was told they were too busy and couldn’t work up discharge and to wait until the student calls at 7p. I told them it did not seem fair that they could continue to hold my pet if I wanted to get him (and probably assess more charges in that timeif I wanted to come now. After they called at 7pm to update me, I informed the student and doctor I would like to pick him up before Monday and I practically had to convince them I was capable of caring for him over the weekend, he would be more comfy at home, and they didn’t seem to approve. They finally let me pick him up by 8pm, and I was charged over $900 just for the stay.

As someone who keeps exotic animals including large constrictors, the K State veterinary hospital is my go-to for quality veterinary care. They not only have experts in a variety of different species, ensuring your animal has a knowledgeable professional to be taken to, but they have access to the best possible equipment for diagnostics and even surgery. If you have exotics, you cant go wrong with this clinic.

We could not have been more pleased with the care our dog received. Compassionate and caring staff from front desk, vet, students and surgeon. Communication was amazing. Checked in on Saturday night as emergency, we live in Wichita so we made difficult decision to leave her there under constant care until her leg amputation Monday. They showed us where she would be staying and I was so at ease with the amount of supervision and care she would get. They called us every 12 hours with reports on how she was doing. It was expensive but not any more than it would have been at any other clinic and I guarantee she would not have been taken tare of the way she was at KSU. She is home now and doing awesome!! Thankful for everyone that took such amazing care of our girl!!

They have us wait in a room for hours for a simple check up. There’s absolutely no reason for a service that’s so simple to take so long. There weren’t any other patients being seen and a ton of staff. Vet gave no explanation as to why it took so long, just apologized.

WORST VET CARE AND STAFF SERVICE IN MY LIFE. They left us in a room for 4 hours without telling us what was going on to do the dogs "Exam". They threw gloves on the floor and didnt pick them up. Left garments thrown about the room. Before they came to do the exam the dog had diarrhea on the floor and the nurses walked in talked to us about it and never cleaned it up. I eventually found papertowls and had to ask for gloves to get the smell out of the room myself. They never introduced themselves till about the second hour and the care we were given was beyond poor. If that is how they treated their clients, I cant imagine thow they treat their animals. IF YOU HAVE THE OPTION GO ANYWHERE ELSE IN MANHATTAN.

If you ever are in need of the best care for one of your 4 legged kids this is the best place to take them please don’t hesitate about taking them here they will open there arms to you and your pets. From the time you walk in the front door you’ll see the girls there to check you in with the warmest smile that lets you know we’re here to help you . There is some paper work to fill out to help the Dr. figure out what he or she need to look for . The nurses that are about to become Dr’s are the best I’ve ever experienced they care so much about your loved ones and you . We were so fortunate to have Dr. O he is one of the smartest young Dr’s that sets down with you and explains in a manner that you will understand and be able to picture what is going on with your pet and a plan to help them . In our case we had seen two different vets in about a month for our Bucky one of them had seen him 2 times , before the emergency vets told us he may have a melting cornea in his right eye and you better get him to K-State and we did that the same nite . Dr. O called in an Optometrist Dr. Johnson who took Bucky under her care and was on the phone to us early the next morning talking to us about treatment she knew how much we loved Bucky and knew we would have to make a very hard decision, in him loosing his eye and leaving him totally blind . Dr. Johnson walked us through our options and we wanted to save his life and they did that for us . She is a really good Dr. first and a really good person as well. This is why I say don’t hesitate in getting your pet there I only wish I would have taken him there to start with instead of being misinformed by the other 2 Vets I know this costed him his eye sight and that hurts us the most . We love him and he loves us and that will never change . However the little stinker takes a bit more help now but we don’t mind as he has always loved both of us and has brightened many days for me . 2 stars only because the vet who helped us was amazing. in october my dog was very very sick so we took him to the er here at like 6/7am. he stopped breathing as we were signing in and they ran and took him to the back and asked if i wanted them to do CPR i said yes obviously. they took him back very fast and they came to tell me he still wasn’t back so if i wanted them to keep going i said yes for a couple more minutes. he didn’t end up making it. they brought him out to us laid out on a table with a little pillow and blanket. they gave us as much time as we needed with him. the vet (i forgot his namewas sitting outside the door the whole 1.5 hours we were in there. he was as upset as we were. before we left he put him in a cardboard coffin for us and when we asked how much everything will be he said not to worry about it. we thought we weren’t going to get charged anything seeing as my dog had passed signing in and the vet said not to worry about it after directly asking. a month later we got a bill for $400. i can’t afford that at the moment and my parents had to help me with the $400 to cremate him. i called and told them what happened and how the vet said not to worry and they told me no that i knew the charges when i told them to do CPR when no charges were discussed. they told me that i was responsible when i wanted them to try bringing him back and then they asked me how i wanted to pay … i hung up the phone. that day was traumatic as it is. then they sent probably 10 bills in the next 2 months and calling me repeatedly trying to get me to pay the balance when i literally can’t. they couldn’t take a payment plan supposedly. i then got a letter saying that if i didn’t pay by jan 16th it would go to collections ,,,, it’s been 3 months since my dog passed and i am in debt because everyone is saying different things!! $400 might not seem like a lot but i am not working so it’s everything to me! if you have a dying pet don’t take them here. they are just out for your money and aren’t compassionate at all about it. they didn’t even send a card or anything but my regular vet did. they just sent me 10+ bills and harassed me for $400 just to put me in debt and threaten me if i didn’t pay (:

Money pit they are..for those who state "you get what you pay for", sure they are great people there. Too often I didnt get what I paid for. I cant say for sure, I think they are trained on the salesmanship part of a vet office operations. They will ask and bill you for tests that can be very expensive though they will tell you upfront how much the tests cost. Everytime they state that something showed up and they need to do further testing. Then at checkout time they will try for a new add on to your bill. One time after they gave my dog a clean bill of health. After paying my bill they told me yhey will be tight back with my dog. She comes out and says "I gave a quick listen to her heart and I heard something and would like to run more tests". I said no thank you. I have taught salesmanship. And they practice it most of the time.I have a cat with asthma and have rushed her to the ER at least three times. Ive learned how to talk and insist on the treatment for her since we became experienced with her breathing distress. That brought down the bill by half. And worked with an older doctor, probably a professor, who understood the problems. He changed her treatment and she hasnt had an attack for a couple of years since.Just because they are part of a university doesnt mean they are discounted in price. The profit motive remains strong.

Our normal vet is Konza but on Sunday our cat of 17 yrs. was meowing loudly and unable to walk when we returned home from church. She was in much pain. We chose to put her down to end her suffering. Being this was Suday we had to find a place open to take her. The Drs. were kind and compassionate at this difficult time. They left it up to us when to start the procedure and let us take us much time as we needed to say our goodbye to our beloved cat of 17 yrs.

K-State Vet is one of the most professional vet environments I have encountered. They aren’t my primary vet, but I have used their emergency services & dental services. The vet students are so caring and the vets are incredibly knowledgeable. I know my pets are in good hands. I wanted to specifically send some appreciation out to my most recent vet tech, Emmy. When she called to check on my dog after her root canal she was so empathetic. I am very grateful for this center.

The staff here is amazing. They took great care of our dog after she had been attacked. She was in the hospital for 2 weeks and they sent us pictures of her and let us come visit her once. This is an emergency vet so it is going to cost more money than a regular vet. Our regular vet attempted to do a procedure that resulted in our dog’s skin rotting. This caused our dog to have several infections. If you want the best care for your pet, then I highly recommend taking your pet here. This place is much more advanced than a normal vet so it’s the absolute best for surgeries and emergency situations. They do require half of the estimated payment upfront which is understandable.

It’s been a couple years since my visit, but I will never go back again. They are extremely slow and they keep you waiting for hours before they tell you what’s going on. Also - if you think a normal vet is expensive, well triple that cost! It’s too bad they are the only ones open for emergency care. In a time of confusion and panic, you’ll be totally price gouged and could possibly rack up $1,000s, but still have to bury your pet.

I took my 4 month old kitten, Salem in because he got hurt. Head trauma from playing and heavy furniture got his head. I don’t want to talk about everything. I was too caught up to realize pricing and that they need payment before they can save my cat. My cat ended up dying two days later. They wanted $1,200 upfront and it seemed like that was only for testing. I understand brain trauma treatment is going to be expensive, but that much upfront? I couldn’t get qualified for care credit, even if I did it takes a week or more to be prequalified. They weren’t trying to help give me other options. Other than to leave him overnight for $600 then I couldn’t do anything. I had to watch him suffer. I got charged $195.00 for the day of. Emergency fee is $142, I think anyway.I just got a invoice today charging me more money (another $94.00after my cat has already passed away. I’m already financially suffering, yet I still get more charges. You should have just took every penny I had the day of rather than charging me now. It doesn’t make any sense.

My wife took our puppy to get treated here for possible obstruction. Surgery was luckily not necessary, but the prices were fairly reasonable considering it is a 24 hour clinic. Just like with human emergency visits, they always cost more. I am so thankful to KSUs amazing vet team. They saved my puppy from a lot of pain and saved my wife and I a lot of worry.

I accidentally hit my dog with the weed eater. Which cut through his tibia and fibula. This was Thursday evening. The staff at that time was very attentiveAnd assured me he was under pain control. The veterinarian on call ask for pictures to be sent and he would see him in the morning. So Friday morning it was decided it would be best to Amputate his front left leg. This leg was dangling. But the veterinarian said they had a full schedule and dont do surgeries on weekends and it would need to wait till Monday. So I checked him out and took him to another veterinarian. She amputated the leg and sent him home on antibiotics and pain meds.I have been using K-State vet med for 30 yrs and never been so disappointed. The cost they estimated was $3000.The veterinarian which did the procedure was under $700.

My dog was a victim of an attack by another dog. We called to see if we could bring him in for emergency services. With Covid, things have been tight in our household but my husband spoke to Page who said they just needed a deposit down and said how much would work and we would figure something else out when we got there, perfect. This was 1am and we live about 30 minutes away. We called a second time before leaving home to make sure we were still going to be accepted to be seen for the down payment we were told and we were reassured we were. I drove my poor pup there where someone looked at him in the lobby and said yes, he needed medical attention. I was then asked to wait in the waiting room for over an hour just for someone to come out and tell me that they couldn’t see my dog without full payment. If full payment is what you require, fine, I get it, but to be told twice that they were going to work with you and reassure you, before you drive all that way and back with a dog who’s in pain just for them to turn around and say, “sucks to suck, you’ll have to go to your vet when they open” was an awful and completely unprofessional situation. Any vet that can see an animal in an emergency situation, deemed by them, and turn them away because of money is just terribly sad. Shame on them. If they would’ve been honest up front before I drove out there in the middle of the night, it would be a different review. Very unprofessional.

I was devastated upon hearing my Golden Retriever has cancer. We took her down to K-State to be evaluated, to see if we could do chemo treatment. They are the most caring people I have found at a vet hospital. They have gotten my Golden into remission. I live in Eagle NE and would definitely make the drive over and over again as they are very knowledgeable and treat your pets as if they were their own.

Im sure they are good at what they do, but I had a horrible experience with KSU VHC. Slow, unprofessional, poor documentation and communication.Check in took 45m and I had to explain the background and why we were there to 2 different people.Did not disclose all costs and does not get approval of random tests they want to run. An abdominal ultrasound and bloodwork was to be $370. 6 hours later, ended up with a +$600 bill for tests and charges I was not told about or approved.Continued to stall by wanting to run more tests that could have been run earlier in the day. Waited 30m from the vet to bring out our cat. And had to ask for the documents we provided back. Told they would call with the results that evening. 24 hours later, I had not received a call. I called but only received a busy signal. I then emailed requesting all test results. Finally heard back 2 hours later.I will find another small animal hospital if the need arises again.

We had an emergency this weekend with our 6 month old puppy. We took him to K-State University vet and after 5 hours their diagnosis was an emergency surgery. They told us it was going to cost $4,000! We try making payment arrangements pleaded with them there was no way out it was either fine $4,000 or let my dog died. In my desperation I called Deep Well, it was about 8:30 p.m. at this time the vet listen to me she she show concern and even went as far as to call K State to find out what was wrong with my dog. After about 20 minutes she called me back and asked me if I could be at her clinic in about an hour! She preformed is surgery for a are sweets Flynn. We were there for about 45 minutes all together and the cost was but a fraction of what K-State wanted. Thank you Deep Well Veterinarian Clinic For Your Love and dedication to these animals, you truly do care for them💕🐕

I mean just start by saying that I have used them for my horses for years and was absolutely amazed with their services however today after I made a phone call to their small animal side of their clinic and spoke to a very inconsiderate woman on the phone I wouldnt let them wash the hair on my dogs butt not to mention care for one of my animals. Im not sure if theres been a change in administration or what is taking place in the last year but today was the final straw. I will never recommend K-State to anyone nor will we be returning for any reason.

They took decent care of my dog when I had to bring her in for emergency.I brought her in a little before 4:00pm but they didnt start running any tests until after 5:00, so everything went up in price. I understand theyre busy but that was a little overwhelming that it took so long to get her checked out. They ran all the tests though and called every time they had a question so I know they were thorough.Everything went well, picked up my dog, and I paid the bill, or so I thoight. A month later, I got a whole new bill in the mail! No one bothered to tell me that another entity goes over the first bill and can go and charge you more for the services, so then you get billed more by mail! Emergency vet services are expensive and I was not expecting to have to shell out more after I paid at the vet. I called and left messages with the billing department to go over my charges but no one ever called me back. The new bill was almost half of the amount that I already paid!

A month ago we had to bring our rabbit Manchas (Spotsat 2 in the morning because she couldnt breathe. No other place near us was open 24 hrs. Although she passed away 8 hrs later, they did everything they could to keep her alive. I was constantly getting calls with updates on her situation and was being presented with options and prices before they proceeded. They were always completely honest and never tried to push any decision.Although it was a horrible day for my family and I, I am extremely grateful she passed away under their care. You can tell they are passionate about their job and really do care about animals. They sent us a hand written letter with condolences from the vets, showing us they understood our pain.Greatly recommend if your pet is not doing well, they are the most KIND and PROFESSIONAL.

We took our Lab to Kansas State for a tie back procedure to help with her laryngeal paralysis. These folks were amazing. Abby was well taken care of, she came back shiny and smiley, like a lab should. They called me twice a day while she was there with updates, and four times the day of her surgery. I never had to wonder how my baby girl was doing. The discharge instructions were precise and easy to understand. Amber (Abbys assigned senior vet studentwas enthusiastic and answered any and all questions I could come up with. All and all, a great experience!

Local veterinarian arranged emergency care with Dr Rankin to remove foreign object in my horse’s eye on arrival with standing sedation if possible. I was advised of extra charge for emergency care after hours. I went directly there however no emergency treatment was done, they didnt want to call in staff. They let my horse suffer with foreign object in cornea overnight, no treatment for over 10 hours, and the ulcer injury and infection just got worse overnight. After 2 weeks of treatment ultimately she recommended removal of the eye and had it set up with surgeon before calling me. Vet had more enthusiasm for removing the eye than she did for removal of object from eye in first place. Despicable care. Warped priorities. Too lazy to go to work for emergency contributed to terrible outcome. More interested in $$$$ than care. Don’t go to KSU veterinary if you care about your animals!

This establishment seems to be more interested in money than actually caring for the pet. My 5 month old puppy went in Saturday morning and died Saturday night. Initially we were told it was $540 for an examination and diagnosis. Hours later we were told that he had fluid in his lungs and that it would be $1400 to keep him stabilized and to perform his surgery. We paid the $1400 and was told they removed the fluid and he was stable. After paying $1400 there was an additional $1900 due. With every update they informed us that he was stabilized. It felt like they were telling us that to keep our hopes high. The last call about saving him we were told they need $12k to keep him alive. They said "were not rushing you to make a decision, but we need to know your decision in the next 3 hours." Unfortunately we are a middle class couple that did not have $12k to spare. We made an attempt to raise the money in 3 hours, but failed. Later in the night we received the phone call that he passed away. My concern is that if he was stabilized and the fluids were removed what caused his death? Our pup died on a metal bed with no love or comfort surrounding him. We did not have him cremated. We picked his body up to bury him ourselves and after viewing his body we didnt see any signs of surgery being done, just shaved fur. We honestly feel like this entire situation was a money scam and they never knew exactly what was wrong with him. Please take your pet else where for emergency treatment.

Let me start off by saying thank you!Our first visit was on a sunday night after my great dane was attacked at a dog park by 2 other great danes. Big dogs cause big injuries. We called ahead and they were ready for us when we got there. The injuries were minor but needed to be treated regardless. When you walk in they require a $135 payment before you are seen. It took me back a little but in the end I understand. This is applied to the final bill if you didnt know. Now fast forward one week, we went in with our Great Dane to get looked at for a possible cherry eye. After going to ophthalmology and having a thorough examination it was not what we thought. The staff was compassionate and incredibly knowledgable. I have no problem with the students doing the exams and giving a diagnosis. This is how they learn afterall. The resident vet came in to confirm diagnosis from the student and treatment plan after she examined him. In our case there are 2 treatment options that vary little in cost. It was reassuring to see multiple vets and students collaborating on the plan and giving their opinions. In the end, our puppy is home after surgery healthy and happy. He made lots of friends with the staff and it showed they treated him like he was theirs. The estimate originally quoted was high and we paid less than was quoted. (Pleasant surprise). The comments about payment seem to be misdirected. Their pricing for treatment was straightforward and reasonable. Understanding that this is a school and self sustaining business is hard to comprehend when you are dealing with a sick pet. I have had to face hard decisions in the past of whether to treat my pets or let them go because the cost is too great. Just keep in mind they will give the best care possible to your pet but you have to pay for it.

My experience with K-State has been nothing short of fantastic. My dog tore a ligament in his foot, and I had called Blue pearl vet clinic to see how my the surgery was going to be, they quoted me $5000. My dog had two surgeries for the price that I was quoted at Blue Pearl for one surgery. Secondly, the surgeon was amazing and the students were amazing. My dog was a handful, and they treated him so well. They did everything they could for him, and they didnt try to push unnecessary treatments/services on me. I drove two hours there and two hours back for every appointments and it was totally worth it. I would recommend anyone here!

This place saved our dogs life. Dr. Jugan and the team of techs (I wish I could remember all their nameswere absolutely amazing. After taking her to 2 different primary care vets, our puppy was slowly fading away and was in her last couple days of life. Based on a recommendation to take her to Kstate ER, we made the trip from Topeka. After 4 days in ICU we were able to bring our girl home and shes on her way to recovering completely. If you are looking for a cheap place to take your pet THIS IS NOT IT! I spent a small fortune. However, if you are looking for a place that has top of the line customer service, is extremely efficient, and the skills and tools to save your pets life...this is the place to go.

I brought my Australian shepherd mix Luna in last night around 3:30 am. I was panicked and scared that something serous was wrong. The student and vet who took care of her were both amazing. Asked thorough questions, and took great care of my puppy.I think some of the people in other reviews don’t realize that going to an emergency vet is going to cost you. They were up front about the visit cost on the phone, they spoke to me about costs before they did x-rays and blood work. And got results back to me quicker then they estimated the time it would take. I’ll definitrly bring my dog back there for her regular vet care now as we just moved here and don’t have a vet yet.Thank you for taking care of my baby.

If it could be rated lower it would be. My wife took our St. Bernard puppy in to be checked out because our groomer had said that he was sick. She had to pay $125 just for walking in the door. There was no power so they took my wife and stuck her in one of the backrooms where she waited... for 3 hours while no one would give her any information as to what was going on. Finally she decided to leave went up to the desk to get her money back as this Vet HADNT performed any type of service AT ALL. But they told her no as the fee was non refundable. You must be joking. She had to pay $125 just wait in a dark room for 3 hours. Never take your animals here. The staff is a joke and I highly doubt they could accurately treat a dog that has a cold. Some "training" hospital this is. More like training them in the fine art of fraud.

MY first experience with K-State Vet Health Center was three years ago when my dog needed localized radiation on a malignant growth on her arm. We had to take her down there every Monday and pick her up every Friday for 6 weeks. They took really good care of her and spoiled her. She was often found hanging out with the students in the students lounge. She was in remission for the growth on her arm but cancer appeared in another place in her lungs and she did not live much longer after that.My current experience with them is now my other dog has multiple myeloma and it is a rare form of cancer in dogs, my local vet sent me there because they had all of the resources that would be necessary to help him. All of the students were very nice and the veterinarians were extremely nice, had great listening skills, and just overall friendly. They kept us well educated on the whole process and presented us with options and the pros/cons of each option. They are actually cheaper than a local specialist and they have a much larger staff where ideas can be bounced back and forth. They always call me or e mail me back within the same day. The ladies at the front desk is very nice, I dont know what the other peoples problems were but I never had a problem with them at all. Im grateful that they were able to give my pets a new lease on life and greatly improved their quality of life. These people are awesome, especially the oncology department.

We took our little dog in through the emergency room thinking he would have to be put to sleep for severe back pain and paralysis. They saw him right away, operated the next morning, and basically saved him. They called every morning and night with updates, communicated clearly with us and gave him excellent and compassionate care. Thanks to them our beloved pet has a chance at a happy life.Yes, they are pricey but they give excellent treatment and care.Everyone on staff was wonderful to us, but I would like to give special thanks to Jennifer for going above and beyond to care for Marty and keep us, his anxious "parents", informed and comfortable that he was getting the best care possible.

This clinic doesnt even deserve 1 star. Worst experience I have ever had. My appointment was 10:00 and didnt even see the resident until 12:00. Only got to spend 5 minutes with the resident. She clearly did not know what she was talking about. My dog was hit by a car and needed knee surgery. The resident tried to tell me my dog had knee problems prior to being hit by the car (not true). She also tired to tell me this would happen to the other knee as well. I dont even think the resident liked dogs with the way she treated mine. She was loud and did not even try to warm up to my dog before she muzzled him (he has never had to be muzzled before). At the end of my appointment my estimated cost was $3,000.00 and I did not even have a clue as to what the surgery was going to be. I ended up driving back 2 hours to pick my dog up because I did not want him to have the surgery done there. I put down $1800.00 and when I came back to pick my dog up they told me it would take 2 weeks to get my refund! They also complained when I wanted a copy of the financial policy. The front desk girls were also rude. They acted as if I was an annoyance because I had to call twice to figure out what day my dog would have surgery and to see if I needed to stay the night in Manhattan. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!
