I got rear ended a few weeks ago and Vetter’s was the place the insurance company wanted to use. I’m so glad they did. They did a great job! My car was ready earlier than expected and everyone I interacted with was so so nice. And they even cleaned the inside of my car! I would definitely recommend this place and will be using this place in the future if I every need to.

I dented the corner of my Ram 2500 and broke the rear window with my camper. Vetters did an amazing job with the repair. I expect it to look like other repairs Ive had done at other places, but was completely amazed at the quality of the dent removal and paint. It looks as good as new! I looked at it 2 or 3 times and just cant believe how good it looks. We are all having a bad day when we drop out vehicles off to get repaired. Vetters made my day with their repair work. Thank you all of everything.

Overly pricey

I bought a 2017 Prius prime that was had been driven in the high desert for the first few years of its life. The composite parts of the car were all loose and I was having to actually snap them back into place every few days. Vetters took it away from me for a day. Now everything looks brand new and it all fits together correctly.Theyve saved me money on a couple of other repairs. Im bringing all my auto body problems to Vetters be fr now on. 🙂

This shop has a very good reputation. They have done exceptionally good work in the past and are always recommended by friends and other businesses in the automotive arena.

Had to have Bumper and Fender repaired from a parking lot ding. Cost was only $1600 worth of damage but took 9 days to repair, and in the end, the color doesnt match. The only plus side is that the other drivers insurance paid for it, but now I have a mismatched fender and bumper that will cost me significantly to have repainted. Very upsetting. Oh, and not a single mask worn by any employees in a time of Covid-19. Not a place I would recommend to anyone.

Amazing and knowledgeable staff. They walk you through everything before and after the repairs are finished. Definitely recommend.

They come highly recommended and did an awesome job on my truck in November 2018.When I walked in and inquired about their services, the first question they asked me was, “is this an insurance job?” Once I informed them it was not an insurance job, their facial expressions and body language communicated to me that they were disappointed. They informed me that they would not be able to repair my truck for 6-8 weeks. No problem, since I was in no hurry. Against they did an awesome job. In fact is was repaired so well, that when I traded it in for a new truck, the dealership could not tell it had been repaired.Fast forward one year. I struck a deer with my wife’s vehicle. Our insurance agency instructed us to have it repaired at Vettor’s. Amazingly, with no prior coordination, they were able to admit our vehicle immediately. We dropped it off on a Monday and they informed us that it would be finished the following Friday. It was not. When we inquired why, they informed us that they had not received the part. The Chevrolet corporation had been on strike so, the part was not received as planned. That was our fault I guess.They never called to inform us of this. We had to call them and inquire why our vehicle had not been repaired within the agreed timeline. This has caused our family to endure significant rescheduling for an additional week or until they get the vehicle repaired. With no warning. Our family does not have the luxury of having three vehicles. We only have two and planned accordingly.I assumed they had the parts on sight prior to our dropping of the vehicle. They did not and this has caused significant planning issues and cancellations of pre-planned events. I’m glad hospitals and doctors do not follow Vettor’s example. It would pretty bad to start an operation on someone and then realize you do not have the proper repair parts for the operation to be a success. Kind of like building an airplane while in flight.I’m certain they will do an awesome job once they receive the parts. They have before and I was very pleased. I will more than likely use them again if need be. However - I will ask them if they have the parts on hand and if they are prepared to work and finish the job within the timeline they state.Keith Pruitt

Great people and service. Over the years i have used vetters on a few occassions for repairs to various vehicles and i cannot say enough good things. The office is open and inviting, right when you walk in people there to assist you and very friendly. All repair work has been timely and well done with car looking like new. Easy to work with if using insurance or self insuring. Thank you for great service!!

Quick in and out times, very courteous employees. They do a great job. Very professional.

Though a little pricier than most that I quoted with, the estimate was spot on. The why chose to get a new car instead of getting my old car fixed they were very understanding and helpful.

Very pleased and impressed with this place. Took my truck in to get repaired from hitting a deer. It was done in the time they said it would be and they were very pleasant to work with. Definitely recommend to anyone.

Quick and Courteous!Even the body techs and mechanics I talked to were pleasant.Had a smashed headlight after a hit-and-run on my Impala, these guys were able to get me a new headlight in no time! While it was in, they were able to change the oil too!Great bunch of guys!

I’m cautious when going to a auto shop because I’m a woman and you know... I didn’t know the owner, I didn’t flirt with anyone, and I didn’t play the veteran card and they still fixed my rear bumper for free. You can still see the duct tape that I used to hold everything in place in the “after” picture but it’s fixed. I shall return in the spring to get the paint job done.Ladies, it’s safe to go to this body shop!

I couldnt be any happier with the prices they quoted me.The guys I interact with our of fun interactive bunch. You really feel like the start of their world .

Vetters collision repair was professional and personable. They were in constant communication with me about my vehicle and updates. They also worked with me to find the best parts for my price range. To top it off they vacuumed and washed my car which was quite the undertaking. excellent experience, well worth the 30 minute drive for me.

So my luck with cars has gotten better, but overall... not good. THANKFULLY Im lucky enough to live in the same town as Vetters Collision Repair! They are fantastic. From the crew to the service provided... top notch!

After someone rear ended my car I searched for many body shops around the area. Other car companies told me this is where I needed to go. Vetters Collision Repair got my car in the next business day and fixed everything to a condition of better than it was before. Including washing it for me and changing my brake fluid! They also got it repaired a day earlier. I would recommend this body shop to anyone in the Kansas area. They accomplish fantastic work!
