Long story Short: Gus did an amazing job getting out here, and even corrected a destination error on the go, realizing that a transmission place wouldnt be fixing tires. Saved a headache!Short story Long: I had a blow out, i guess? My tire picked something up going around a corner and was making noises for a mile or so, and then whatever it was propelled out and ricocheted around in the wheel well. I thought it must have been a rock or something until the onboard computer suddenly announced that i had lost about 29 psi in seconds. Not a fun day, but Gus saved it, and saved me a lot of trouble with his quick thinking and questioning an oddity in the itinerary.Thank you again, Gus!

Car wouldn’t start. Stuck at Sams club. Called for service. Scott came with a battery truck. Checked it out. Found out I needed a tow. Stayed with me until a tow truck was on the way. Tow truck driver was fantastic also. Couldn’t ask for better service

Efficient and Excellent service and coverage for myself. So appreciated!!!Update: Disappointedly AAA denied a claim for coverage I thought I had on my added vehicle. Didnt know they wouldnt cover a licensed driver who was working at the time of damages. I dont understand delivery people not having coverage when they are risking their lives to deliver during a pandemic.

Its where I go for DMV or notary services. Most of the time its just a short wait to get called. Most clerks are knowledgeable about DMV issues and can get you in and out quickly.

The claims supervisor is so rude and unprofessional. She refused to give me her branch managers name and number! If she really has the last word than why was she so adamant about her not giving me the number? It is truly disgraceful and a shame that after being a loyal customer for so many years- paying for car insurance, membership, home insurance, this claims supervisor showed no professionalism or respect for customers. And she works at this branch! Her name is Carol! Shame on you!

This branch doesnt deserve the 1 star rating because of the claims department supervisor. The most rudest and unprofessional women I have ever encountered anywhere. Her name is Carol and she is seriously giving AAA a bad reputation with her lack of resolving customer issues all due to her poor customer service. And she is responsible for this department?! And when asked for branch managers number she asked for what? I make the decisions. Despicable!

Bought a used motorcycle from a dealer in fla. Waiting for delivery. Called aaa to see if they could register and license it for me. Im a member. Heres the rub. 7 times i left my tel ,# for a callback as you end up having to do everytime even though they say on recording you can hold for a person. So you do. Then a recording always comes on after about 5 mins saying forget it, were too bz, leave your number and membership #. So, out of seven tries over 5 days i got 2 callbacks. My fault 1st one, sound turned off. 2nd one came in while i was on the phone. I looked and it said spam risk so i killed it. It was their number. After that i would leave a msg with my question and ask that they just answer my question if they got voicemail. Since then zzzzzzzzzz. Great place. They should just have a message right away on the phone when you call were too bz for you, leave a msg and good luck getting a call back.

Always a busy place, but they seem to get you in quite quick with alot of staff available. Ive been here two or three times, the first time the guy was great that got me my passport photo etc. I went a week or so ago and the lady that did some DMV stuff was kinda brash and off putting. She was somewhat helpful and knowledgeable but she seemed irritated when asked questions.. and I hold a Platinum membership kinda feel like service is dependant on who you encounter.

A sad shadow of AAA former self. Customer service is terrible. Good luck resolving anything if you have a problem. I guess its better than the DMV.... barley. The only reason and I mean the only reason to use AAA Is roadside assistance.

I asked for cruise brochures for a specific cruise line. When asked what region, I stated I wanted them all. The person at the counter, who was not wearing a name tag, responded "Well theres about 80 of them and Im not getting them all." How rude! A better response, to a Member, could have been "Ill see what we have available." Ill do business in Camarillo or Santa Barbara when Im ready to book.

The appointment setting outside (due to Covid-19is really organized. Wait times are dependent on the time of day and how many employees are inside. That said, when I did finally speak to a representative I was disappointed that only 2 people were available to help customers. I was able to take care of a title transfer and renew my registration quickly.

Convenient location for me and I had to wrestle through to get what I wanted...a simple change of address card that I usually carry and show to whoever wants to pronounce and get info like business card. It comes handy when address don’t match. Very patient employees indeed I must say and acknowledge 👍.

Because of Covid-19 everything is conducted outside, just make sure you have all your documents or you may be wasting time.It took me about 30 minutes to get my Prius 2021 tags. I got my car smogged, cert transmitted then went to AAA wit my DMV papers. They take everything inside with my payment check and process it then bring out the completed papers and tags with DMV docs.BTW, Im seeing a lot of plates with expired tags some even over a year old!

Asian us us office and people they have many services besides roadside assistance people are extremely nice and helpful. Even with the coronavirus is best to make an appointment or speech to somebody first. Right now that they do have a line they do social distance and take temperatures and they let people maybe not more than five or six people in at one time so when somebody leave someone else goes in. But overall its great to have AAA.

Not good, had to wait for almost 30 minutes in the hot sun to get into the door to meet with the person that could take care of me. I felt sorry for the other seniors waiting out in the sun. Fortunately the person who helped me did a great job and I was out of the door in 15 minutes.

Not doing a very efficient job with the covid protocol. Unorganized and very slow. There were several lines when I first arrived, didnt know which one to get in because theyre not marked. There was no greeter or hist to direct you, a d staff were too busy to answer simple questions like"where do I start?

THIS IS A MUST READ HONEST AND STRAIGHT FORWARD POST! They are a good company for most stuff but there rates are a little higher than they should be. I have been with them over 4 years now Im 49 no tickets in 10 years and only 6 in my life never had a accident and been driving with a valid full privilege license since I was 15 because I got my license in Arizona and 34 years ago you could get your license at 15 then. Keep in mind not a learners permit a full license. Then still at 15 moved back here in California where the DMV had to honor my license I switched to a California full privilege license which they say now you cant do but it was honored in 1986 and still never had any problems or accidents and I still pay 1200 a year for minimum coverage and I own my truck outright its a 2002 with 200k miles. I have already paid AAA more then I bought the truck for and after my so called discounts Im still paying 1200dollars a year. They are hard to pay that is where I really get irritated with them. They charge to much and then its a pain in the butt to pay them. I like there road side assistant program and with a 2002 I use it but I pay the 135 for the year in full which is a little high to but they do shine with the coverage and help there so thats worth the money but to be honest I just got full coverage quotes that are cheaper then there state minimum prices so I will be leaving them now. When my policy is about to expire I have renters policy with them and it was a little higher than most but I paid in full for the year and it was 90 dollars for the year. They are a good company just not a great company and they are very hard to pay th eye wont take a credit card and thats bullpucky cuz sometimes its convenient to use. When people ask me who I use I tell them exactly what I wrote here then I tell them they can do much better with better coverage at a much cheaper price so I am sad to say I cannot recommend using 9for auto or renters insur6 I do however reccomend them for there roadside assistance program its still a little high as well but that service they do an awesome job. So honestly look around research other companies you can save at least 5 to 600 a year for state minimum coverage and 200 a year for full coverage with only a 500 deductible. After I did my research I found out I could pay 200 less a year for full coverage then what I pay AAA for state minimum coverage and thats a huge difference then paying 1200 a year and if I go to state minimum with the other companies for state minimum I can save 550 dollars a year and there way easier to get ahold of and pay. Do your own research and you to will see. Thats why I only give them 3 stars and thats really only there roadside assistance program which I would give that a 5 star rating but I would not give there insurance policies but a 2 star rating because if I can get full coverage cheaper then state minimum coverage from another company after over 4 years and already paid AAA more then my truck is even worth and never had a accident or even a ticket while being with them I dont see there loyalty so good luck di your research and save your money your going to need it with all the bullpucky going on in the world today.

Well, lets just say that I have been a customer for a very long time. The few claims I have had were handled extremely well with little from me. That goes a long way with me. I may pay more than I could somewhere else, but do I risk it? Nope. I also use the DMV services which are great. Roadside assistance is always prompt and easy. Bottom line, if it aint broken, dont fix it.

I have been a member since I was 16 years old. I am now almost 62 years old. My recent encounter with AAA, reminded me of how even the simple needs I have, are well worth the monthly fee. Being a newbie to Ventura, I dropped by my local Ventura office for maps and questions I had about the area. What I received was a thorough, no holding back info-explanation of the city and surrounding areas. Having access to maps was also a huge help for my understanding the layout of the land (I am a hiker and bikerand the densely populated areas. This particular office is exceptionally friendly, happy and I noticed , ready to assist clients (not just myselfwith any AAA needs. I consider AAA a must for drivers. May they keep it up!

I am highly disappointed with the way they handled my account. I had an accident in August of 2019, and got a letter of non-renewal in the mail around January 2020 which was less than a month before I needed to re-new my insurance. So I had to scramble and find someone else to take my money. I feel AAA held onto my account for as long as they could to get the maximum amount of money out of me that they could. But I am actually glad they didnt re-new because I found Fred Loya Insurance. I was able to get full coverage with Fred Loya instead of just liability with AAA for about $200 less than what I payed at AAA. Thanks AAA!!

I was there to get some DMV services, and received the same DMV attitude from the AAA staff. Really disappointing because the short lines and the good attitude are the reasons why I go to AAA. Sure it was just after the holiday and there were a lot of people waiting to be helped (a lot more than normal), but should customer service suffer? A gentleman ahead of me asked to see the office manager because he really felt offended. Maybe this was a fluke, but you know what they say about 1st impressions.

My car broke down on Thanksgiving. AAA sent a tow truck, towed my car for service. I was notified before the driver arrived, when the driver arrived and when my car reached the service center. There was even a follow up a few days later. Now that is great customer service!!

Awful customer service last visit. Had a passport pic taken in October for a renewal, DHS sends me a letter saying the pic quality is too poor, re-submit. I show the customer rep Susan my letter and ask for a new photo to her smarmy response of “without your original receipt we can’t help you” even though their records show me being there when I said it was taken.Had to do the lame “can I speak to your manager” to get it resolved which they did fairly. I’ve been a loyal customer for 32 years and have usually had good service. Made me feel like I was at the DMV trying to scam them for $5 even though I pay over $200 a year for premier service my myself and family.

Great staff, prices, and service! Most DMV business can be done there. Which is a super service in itself. Ive had their auto insurance for years. Cant beat it! Not to mention their many discounts. I came in today and was expecting a friendly service from the staff but the cashier who helped me seems to have her smile and friendliness tucked away in her pockets. Even the insurance rep I talked to seemed to be so stern and detached. They are quick yes, informative and knowledgeable but missing the friendly customer service that Im accustomed with everytime I go in that office. Its so disappointing not to see the usual smiley and accommodating faces.

The fastest way to get your vehicle registration, insurance, traveling needs done. The employees here are very nice and quick to the point. Forgot my checkbook to pay a fee and they held my paperwork at the desk and allowed me to go grab it from home. Came back, no waiting and got what I needed done. Anytime Ive ever been in here there are no lines or the waiting time has been 5 mins or less.
