Crystal was crazy helpful. She had great recommendations and helped to get my girlfriend a very accommodating selection of bras after her surgery. I visited with my younger sister who was a bit embarrassed to go bra shopping. It was her fist time getting fitted and really getting something that fit her. Brooklyn was so attentive and fun! She took care of us and made sure that my sister felt comfortable! The gal that helped us check out was also very kind! The whole experience so positive and I know that we will be visiting again in the future!

I love Victorias Secret! The prices have gotten higher and the quality has went down in my opinion. I would still buy everything in the store if I could afford it!

I have used this place exclusively for all my bra needs, they are usually helpful and take time to get to know me and what styles I prefer. With the short staffing, they have been less than accomodating and got me out of there as quickly as possible this last time.

Amanda one of the managers was a super helper person that made me feel good while in the store and I will go back again and again they have excellent customer service!

Love, love, love this store!!! Its the first Victorias secret store that I have actually been so confident in! The staff was so amazing.Especially Riley! She was so much fun, kind hearted, sweet, energized and beyond helpful. Shes amazing in every way, and was on the go helping all the customers. I never felt neglected or avoided. Overall a nice experience. Good customer service and easy to check out when shopping was completed. This store was very clean. I was shopping for my girlfriend and needed help. I wish they had more sizes available as it seemed the size I needed was in short supply. But that is the norm these days in this weird economy. The store and staff met my expectations. I would shop here again for sure.

I love the coupons I get. You get them for birthdays and for earning points (rewardsand then the other coupons are sent through the mail or email. I typically like to buy panties, some bras (they can be priceyand I especially enjoy buying some of there perfumes, body sprays, lotions and lip gloss. I wish they had other styles of clothing and not just sweats and t-shirts.

The whole crew is so rude! I had to repeat my phone number like 20x to an employee...I was still nice enough to ask if she wanted me to translate, the managers were looking and no one was helping this employee out ...it was far beyond the worst customer service I even had in this store....

Really poor service! The girls were too busy talking to even see if I needed any assistance. I was in there for a good 10 minutes before I left!Pretty sad.

The women who work here are super friendly, always helpful. I have had returns, questions and have always been helped and completely happy with my purchases. I recently ordered on-line and I wasnt happy with the design, the store not only let me walk away with new product, but completed my online return for me. I will continue to shop here.

Its okay. There are lots of bras, underwear and Pink brand stuff. Where are is all the cute sleepwear?! When I go here I only find 3 or 4 options. Step it up!

Words cannot express how amazing Brooklyn is. I was dreading going to get new bras but the second I walked in she greeted me with a smile and warm hi. Always helpful staff, answered all of my questions! Great end of year deals on body sprays and lotion ($4.99). They didnt have one of the bras I wanted in my size, so it was shipped to my house for FREE! Always come here for my bras, great quality and excellent costumer service!

I’ve honestly never felt like I’ve had super good experiences with Victoria’s Secret employees but I was blown away by this location! All of the employees I interacted with were so friendly but Brooklyn blew me away! She was so so helpful, sweet, and knowledgeable while helping me find the perfect bra and honestly just made me feel like we were best friends. I’m obsessed with what she helped me choose and the size is perfect! I will definitely be back!

Always a winner for good quality and great service. My wife really loves having a variety of perfumes and they always have fun and light fragrances. Shopping around the holidays there are always great deals, especially on the fragrance combo packs so you can get a huge variety. If you work the deals right you can layer the coupons and sales and get some amazing prices.

Well I don’t know much about this stuff. I just got married and haven’t really ever shopped for this before. My wife and I went to exchange something. We also bought a present for our friend that was getting married. Brooklynn helped us out! She was AMAZING!!!!! From the first moment we got there she started to help us and hooked us up with everything we neede;d! She was never once pushy. She was always attentive and listen to what we wanted so she could best help us. We left feeling extremely pleased! She knows her stuff and she is super kind and willing to help!

Melissa offered the best customer service Ive ever received at the newgate VS. I will be returning and asking for her again. She made me feel comfortable in the lingerie I was trying on and suggested pieces i wouldve never picked for myself. I went in for 1 item and came out with 3 because of her. ❤

Usually Im sitting out in front of the store but sometimes I drag myself and with my wife I have a lot of girly stuff in there that I wouldnt particularly use.Overpriced for clothes manufacturers in Asia

I have never really shopped at VS before. Amanda assisted me and was very helpful and friendly. She measured me to make sure I was wearing the correct size. After discussing my concerns and what I was looking for she picked out several styles for me to try. I loved every one and ended up purchasing 3 different style. It was so fun to pick from their beautiful color and style selection. The fit and comfort are amazing. Amanda made me feel so comfortable and made the dreaded bra shopping experience enjoyable. Great store and great items. Their carrying more larger sizes now to accommodate a larger group of people. They usually have amazing sales, the clothing really lasts, great quality. Bras and panties are superior quality and last. Fragrance and body care selection is large, lots of products and fragrances. Mid range prices.

Who shops here that doesnt really love the products?Never have complaints really.I bought a bra, it was broken, took it back without any worries or hassle!If youve never shopped at this chain, I would say dont look at the price and think "expensive", think brand name and more importantly QUALITY!Not only do the underwear last, they are made of great materials. Thats very comfy and good quality.Ive only ever had issues with ONE bra, in the last 6 years?I dont know the exact care instructions..but its TOTALLY unraveled in the dryer!Like the material on the inside covering the breast part AND the material on the outside came off as well!But other than that, never ever had any issues!

It was once so iconic for me and seemed to have quality lingerie. Not so much anymore, definitely seems overpriced for the quality Im purchasing. Depending on the item, in my experience itll last for a few to 20 wears tops.

I only go here for the perfumes. They dont offer much for bigger girls. Friendly staff. Not to fond of the half naked photos of women hanging all around the store. This would really only appeal to men but this is a womens store. Makes a woman feel a little self conscious.

Really disappointed in how selective they are with customer service. I had a handful of panties and two hangers and was trying to collect a few other items I needed. I wasnt greeted at all and watched other customers with one item get offered bags and assistance. An associate saw me struggling to get a pair of pants off a high rack and instead of helping me or getting a hook, she just stood there folding panties. As someone who has worked retail, this isnt how you get people to return or feel welcome in your store. Not cool.

Nope. Was basically told I can no longer find bras my size there. I am not big at all up there. Was told to go to another store. Which is fine. Service was better at Torrid any ways, even though their bras usually run bigger than me. Will never go here again.

I went in to get some of the $9.99 bras and $3.99 panties. I specifically asked where they were. I was escorted to certain bins. I picked up 4-5 bras and asked if they were apart of that specific sale. I was told yes so I kept shopping. I proceed to the check out where I waited over 20mins to check out. I also told the associate at the register some of the bras had dog hair on them and asked if they check their returns before putting them out. He then said do you still want it? Shacking my head I said I guess I can just wash them separately to get it out. He started to ring me up and I realized they were ringing up twice the price I was told. I asked about the price and told him what I was told on the floor. The tickets had a red line through them with no price stickers and i asked on the floor if it in fact was $9.99. He said I could get a credit card with them and that was the only extra discount. I explained that I only waited in line because I was told they were $9.99. He just stared at me and said do you still want them. I was so upset that I waisted so much time in that store and endured that line. I walked out upset and empty handed. The poor customer service and lack of customer care was astonishing. I will not be visiting this location again. I will also tell my military and retail peers no to as well.

I went there yesterday to just exchange my Victoria Sports pants for a bigger size, I got them with the $25 special I was sent in the mail from VS. I didnt have the receipt (I lost it, my fault). The girl up front needed help so she called a manager. I gave her my card to pull up the receipt, it still wouldnt come up. I let her know I got them on Christmas Eve (she made a rude comment saying it was before that). It was a terrible experience. The most rude employee or manager Ive ever dealt with there, she had short wavy blond hair. She really made me feel like I was trying to pull something when I wasnt. I shop at VS regularly, it was a horrible experience.

Ive been going to this store for years and every time I finally get to the check out it is so unorganized it is unbelievable. Ive waited in line for 20 to 30 min at times. But tonight did it for me. I understand the holidays are super hectic but that is still no excuse for how I was treated at the check out tonight. I was at the check out and I was looking at lip gloss and clearly wasnt ready so I let some people go in front of me. When I was ready, I got in line on the far left (they only had two cashiers and there were AT LEAST 10 people waitingand waited for about 10 min before they brought another cashier out. We waited another 5 minutes or so and then they finally opened another register in the middle. They started saying "I can take whos next over here" at the center register. As soon as the woman in front of us got up to the register we went to the center register because there was no one in the line. Then the girl who was supposedly the manager (we had no idea she was because she looked so unprofessional and her appearance was completely unkempttold all of the cashiers to skip us! We had been waiting in line just as long as the people next to us on each side. It makes sense to me that once you open a third register...you would create a third line right? I know the manager saw how long we were waiting. I just think she didnt like that we took it upon ourselves to move to the new line. So i set my items down and left. When I go to VS I will be going to a different location. I am tired of waiting 20 to 30 minutes in line when I am spending so much money there.

They say "try on a bra and get a free panty" but last time I went here and tried on a bra (which I decided Id spend on laterthey put a lot of pressure on me to BUY the bra at their store right then. Mind you I bought THREE PINK sweaters that day. It looked like they would get the sweet fitting girl in trouble also for not making sure Id BUY right then. I felt terrible.Today I went back there for an exchange of an item in a recent online purchase. They had me standing at the check out for a half an hour (literallyand I was told since they could not find a record of my purchase (!!?!in their system I could not exchange. I just found my receipt online and cant help but wonder how THEY cant find it. I handed them a coupon to be used for the (clearanceswim suits I was buying, the manager said it was expired, but it clearly was not. It was good until December of this year. Then she said I was difficult and that my coupon was a fake replicated one. ...I had gotten it as a gift/apology from the manager at a different VS store nearby for a future in- store purchase because they had not held an item for me that they were supposed to (I had called ahead in the morning).They took the coupon in the end, but Im wondering WHO is making things difficult here since they had about 15 people waiting for an unreasonable amount of time right behind me. Thanks for the pressure! I spend plenty (and wont in the futureat VS. I dont feel bad exchanging a wrong fit until I find what I like. I do buy when items are on sale. If you judge me because you cant make all the money you want on me I will find my sales elsewhere. :Aero copies their style and is a lot more reasonably priced. VS stores with customer service like this deserve some competition.
