Vinyl Fence Connection in Salt Lake County

Needed some basic parts to do a repair on our existing vinyl fence. Wasn’t a big job where they were going to make a ton of profit. But it didn’t matter. They attended to my needs beyond my highest expectation. I told them I would be coming back for sure when I had bigger projects to tackle. Their excellent customer service was something I rarely find these days.

Wonderful company to work with. They did an amazing job. Our fence is beautiful and they also did 4 of our neighbors fence at the same time. If you have a problem they work until its fixed. Unfortunately, not the greatest experience with this company. Communication and back office support was not very good. I asked the sales person to come back out and confirm colors were correct because one of our back fences had previously been installed, but he never showed up. After install they kept contacting me to pay, but I had paid in full. We woke up this morning and a couple of fence panels had come off the posts. Easy fix, but would expect the price you pay to get a quality product and service. The fence does look good and level, even in our yard that is quite sloped.

Although it was expensive, it was 1000% worth it. Pedro and his team worked long and hard and efficiently! I love the clay color we chose, and it makes our yard feel complete. We can now let our dogs out without having to worry about them, and it makes our home feel complete. Thank you!!!

We signed a contract for service, waited over a month to began installation, the installer shows up, and says they don’t want to do it. We got nothing from a voided contract and no real apology. We did get our money back, but you know if it was us that did that to the company, they would have made us pay some fees. Now we are in square 1 again after 2 months. Horrible Customer Service, horrible communication, and horrible ethics.

Great service and very knowledgeable they answered all my questions and were very adaptable to whatever I wanted to do really appreciate the experience and the feedback and pricing was great compared to other companies that I shopped out highly recommend them the turnaround time was also very responsive I put in the order for a gate and the next day they had it completed and ready to go. Such a nightmare! Our fence looks like a roller coaster. Several sections are 10+ inches off the ground, meaning it doesnt contain the dog to the yard. Totally unacceptable work. I called the office to talk about it and the lady was extremely rude. After several attempts we were finally able to get a manager out. They refused to take any accountability. Once we reached our peak frustration level we told them that we would PAY to have it redone, we just wanted our fence done correctly. They agreed to do it and then ghosted us, that was 5 months ago. Sadly, this was just one side of the fence. The other two fence lines were painful as well. We basically had to babysit to ensure that the fence was even installed in the correct place! We had to put a string on the property line and they still were 2 feet off. Luckily we caught them on our cameras and rushed home to stop them. Overall, it was a painful process and money wasted. I would never recommend.

After calling for a quote to replace our property fence line, they were prompt and professional. Matt was a pleasure to work with on our estimate and he was very thoughtful in his suggestions for our project. We are looking forward to working with them.

Quick, efficient and professional installation of over 1000ft of 6” privacy fencing. Extra kudos for doing the installs after a snow storm. From the second I walked into their office for the first time, to when I picked up my gate, everyone I interacted with was kind and helpful.I needed a very large custom gate built for my rv pad I had recently widened. Taylor was very helpful every step of the way. We corresponded multiple times via phone and email. Taylor even drove out to my house in Bountiful to make sure everything was just right.Final result, the gate fit perfectly! I didn’t even have to drill a new hole for the gate drop rod. It lined up perfectly with the old one. Very pleased!

Our experience with Vinyl Fence Connection is very positive and great to work with. Our fence looks great. There time between estimate and install was the shortest of the 3 companies that we got bids from. They also adjusted the install based on our calendar.They were here on time with both install dates. The tear-out of our old fence was done with care, meaning that they didnt harm any of our trees.They also made a couple of custom adjustments to connect the fence to our garage and house.I did have to fix a few sprinkler breaks, however, they warned me of it ahead of time and it was anticipated due to the location of the sprinkler heads.Great work guys... Fantastic customer service. This company installed my fence around my house about 17 years ago. Today I needed to get four caps for my posts which have disappeared over the years. I walked in and was quickly greeted by Matt Nielsen. Once I told him what I was looking for and that they had initially installed my fence he provided me with the needed replacement caps for free. This is how you keep customers for life. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a new fence or fence products. This company also did a custom gate for me several years ago that is working flawlessly.

I needed a certain part for my existing vinyl fence and had called around to multiple places. I either got their voicemail or was told they did not having enough time to help me, as larger orders and installation took precedents.When I called Vinyl Fence Connection the woman I spoke with on the phone was extremely nice and told me to come on over and they would be happy to help. When I got there a gentleman was quick to ask if I had been helped, proceeded to look at the pictures I had taken and find the correct part. He even took the time to show me how to put another part I needed on my vinyl gate. A different gentleman, who was just about to go on lunch, took his time ringing me up and was very courteous.Even though I was only spending $40 they treated me with respect and great customer service. I will definitely be using them for any vinyl fence needs as well as recommending them to all family/friends.

The installer who came out was amazing. He really knew what he was doing and knocked the project out extremely fast. Took one day to get all posts in.. and another day to do the panels. The only reason I’m giving this company a 4 star is because I had to correct them twice on my credit card information. Somehow they kept saving another customers credit card to my account.

NOT A RELIABLE BUSINESSWe order 175 ft of white vinyl fence with "professional Installation" as advertised back on July 2018. It was all set to start on August 10th and finished by August 17th.I called the office on 08/08 and spoke to Stephanie to confirmed everything was good to go and I was told YES, they should be here on 08/10 between 10am and 12pm. I said OK.My husbands takes the day off to be here in case they have questions. It was a NO SHOW!!!!!So we called the office and spoke to Justin who said they didnt know why they were not here and asked MY HUSBAND to called the installation GUY (dont have a name).GUY said he was going to be here at 5:00pm to check the work and would start Saturday 11th between 6am and 10am. YEAH, NO SHOW AGAIN!!!!My husband called and texted GUY all day Saturday and he never responded. The office is closed on the weekends so we had to wait until Monday.Monday comes and we called the office again, spoke to Stephanie and she said she was going to called GUY and get back to my husband. YEAH, SHE NEVER CALLED BACK.GUY shows up at 10:00am on Moday 13th with his "crew" (one personand this ONE person worked by himself until 2:30pm removing the old fence. GUY comes at 2:30 to help and thy are "done" by 4:00pm.Guy says to me that theyll be here tomorrow Tuesday 14th to dig the post and install them. Guess what, NO SHOW AGAIN!!!!!!!We called the office again today Tuesday at 11:30am and they said they will get a hold of GUY and called us back.Now is 2:00 pm Tuesday 14th and still NO SHOW, NO CALLED BACK.At this rate Ill be lucky to have a fence by Christmas!!!!!"Sight" Mother F*&#ers

Ill admit I was concerned after reading prior reviews of this company, however my experience was excellent! I contacted the group here in Ogden UT area (West Haven). First, VFC under bid all competition with lower labor costs. Second, they set appointments with me and kept them, making an extra trip out to ensure we were all on same-page with what I wanted done. Great communication from the office and installer on multiple occasions. Lastly, I agree with previous reviews that the quality of the workmanship and additional attention to detail was excellent. For example, the installer made careful/clean core cut for post in driveway, he ensured in-ground post was solidly anchored and helped enforce it further to withstand the weight of 7 gate. He was also extra careful on making sure all connections were level and aesthetically looked good from multiple vantage points. He made sure I understood anchor point for one side and that I made the right choice on which to choose. He also allowed for potential design change after the initial core cut before the gate was constructed (dual color panel or single colorand there was good follow-up to get what we wanted the first time. Note: I only had a dual RV pad gate installed since the rest of my vinyl fence had been installed last year, so it was not a complete fence job. That said, I am very pleased with how it all turned out! Thanks VFC.
