My cat Lucy had what I thought were flea bites on her back. Vet checked and found no fleas. I changed my cats dry food and it was determined she may have had a reaction to the new dry food. Vet gave me medicated pads to wipe her back and I bought the old dry food. That worked. Her back scabs are healing and she is doing well. Costs here are so reasonable that I see no reason to take her anywhere else. Love this vet service.

My usual vet was on vacation, and the two other vets I tried were full for the day. The clinic was able to get my cat in right away, explained all the options, and were friendly and professional.

The staff was wonderful with my newly adopted dog who was anxious and didnt make it easy for them. They were very positive and pleasant.

convenient and very helpful. was able to get a vaccine i needed for my pet with out an appointment and just walked in.however they performed a "physical" which i did not need nor ask for. this was an small additional charge. but given how helpful, nice, friendly they were and more importantly that it was my pets first time in the facility i felt it shouldnt impact their 5 star service but should still be mentioned.

I have gone to VIP pet care many times. Everyone there is great! Dr Karch helped us with many issues with our pups and just there on times to just say hi. They all do a great job. We also have a regular vet and to compare the both , they’re the same in quality and care . Easier to get to without appointments needed.

Great place to go awesome service in and out quickly I would tell everybody to go there.

Took my puppie "nike" there for the first time and to be honest, was alittle nervous how they were going to handle such a small puppy. They were so great!!!!! Explained everything in detail, treated my puppy as they would treat their own. Nike had a great first experience there. We cant wait to go back🙂 I would highly recommend going to this one.

Everyone was so nice and helpful. Had an emergency with our Cocker Spaniel and couldnt have ask for better care. So grateful they were willing to see us as many emergency hospitals in the area were full or on super long wait times. Dr was gentle and caring. Diagnosed the problem and gave us solutions to comfort us. Would definitely use again. Thanks for being there. Much appreciated.

We prefer to come to Bethel Park VIP pet care over our regular vet. The staff is so warm and loving, as well as the vet. She is nothing short of amazing. Highly recommend

Truly a great vet experience. I frequent this office often, use their coupons, and never a wait time. Gals are great with my group of pets.
