The staff at VK Salon is super sweet and talented. The atmosphere is very chic and clean. You feel relaxed and comfortable as soon as you walk in. Emilee is AMAZING! I found her on Instagram and loved her work so decided to book an appointment. She was so sweet, listened to what I wanted, and did an amazing job!

I love love love this salon. Amber is amazing. I never had that girly experience where you actually sit down and talk about what you want done to your hair and “gossip” like you see in the movies. The salon is beautiful, they host so many events, and the staff is so welcoming. If i could give 6 stars I would, 10/10.

My husband and I chose to have our daughter’s first birthday party at VK Salon and it was the best decision. Victoria, the owner of the salon was so professional, warm and helpful and above all her salon is absolutely beautiful. She made the whole process so easy and enjoyable and if I want to plan another special event, I would choose to have it at VK Salon again.

I have been going to VK for years! I swear Lauren is the best and my hair is always flawless!! It was a natural decision to get ready here for my wedding. The salon is stunning, trendy, and the lighting is second to none! My videographer and photographer both told me how impressed they were with the space. But the girls here really make it a luxury salon! Victoria is a master in her craft and her stylists are amazing. We all felt so pampered and looked flawless! From the hair to make up VK does it all. I treasure these pictures and getting ready with all of my bridesmaids and the sweet stylists at VK Salon was one of my favorite parts of my wedding day! I will never go anywhere else.

Lauren is THE best!!! She did my hair and makeup for my wedding and a few of my bridesmaids a couple weeks ago and I am still in awe of how talented she is! She has the sweetest personality and is truly exceptional at what she does. She also colored and cut my hair a few days before the wedding and it looks incredible. Love love love this place!

Victoria and Lauren worked on my hair. I was getting highlights and the completely fried my hair off to the point where it was dead and stringy. Not only that, but I asked for a refund obviously and the spit in my face and threw me outside. don’t go to this place ever. I’m now fully bald because if what they did to my hair.

The hairdressers are refusing to wear masks. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy!

I used VK salon as a venue to get ready for my wedding. Victoria and Lauren did hair for 6 bridesmaids and myself. When I arrived at the salon it was clean and ready for my wedding dress to be hung up in a window (beautiful for wedding photos). The entire time we were getting ready we danced and listened to music with Victoria and Lauren. Everyone had an. amazing time and all my bridesmaids were impressed with their hairstyles. My mom completely freaked out because shes really picky about her hair but LOVED what Victoria did with it! She really looked like a goddess when Victoria was done. My hair as the bride was beyond perfect and held up all night long even after hours of dancing.I highly recommend Victoria and Lauren as hairstylists, but also renting out VK salon as a venue to get ready, its so nicely decorated, super clean, and makes for beautiful "getting ready" pictures! Plus, its conveniently located in the heart of downtown.

Best hair salon in Chattanooga! I only go to VK and would trust them with anything I’m wanting to do with my hair. I’m always making last minute changes to my hair and they’re so patient with me and always go the extra mile to make sure I’m taken care of. 10 out of 10 service every time!

Very unprofessional and childish managementVery disappointed with how I was treated.Unwilling to discuss an important issue that required a manager that wasn’t a 5 year toddler to handle. Disrespectful and unprofessional is a understatement. I recommend you get your hair done anywhere else on the planet before this place.
