Wade.mc caullm in Griffith

These people should have their contracts removed from them by toll ipec, their attitude and behavior is disgusting from throwing customers parcels at their feet to threatening with violence, be very aware if you need to use there service or stay away for your own safety

I can agree with other reviewers. I thought I might have been a one off, but no. One of the rudest people I have come across in the transport business and refuses to help. Being a country business I expected a much more personable approach. Unfortunately are a representative of TOLL and TOLL are being let down here.

Do not use this service if its a residential delivery. They focus on business deliveries. Residential deliveries can sit there for days before they can be bothered getting off their arses.The workers are nice but the management it atrocious.

This is the worst example of a courier company I have seen. The lady that seems like the manager is incredibly lazy and rude. In addition to this refuses to listen. Also the offices are incredibly dirty and unprofessional. I remember going there to enquire about my parcel and finding McDonalds everywhere with an overflowing rubbish bin. Do not recommend.

the woman who calls herself the manager of Wade Transport is a rude, horrible person who refuses to help you out. all other staff are friendly and helpful but whenever i have to deal with her she is negative and dismissive from the get-go. she should find another job because she makes it obvious she hates/is useless at this one. today was my 3rd bad experience. i will avoid paying extra for Toll Priority in future

If there was an option to choose no stars, I would. Angelas atttitude is not very customer friendly. Her actual comment to me regarding a delivery was "I dont have time to keep chasing customers". I think TOLL have made a big mistake in choosing Wade Transport as an agent for deliveries in Griffith.

Just rubbish. Notorious "card-and-dash" business model to maximise profits and demand the receiver pick up from their depot. Ive had three dealings with them all three times theyve been rude and extremely and unapologetically slow. Avoid at all cost.
