WAFFLE TOWN in Wrexham

Ordered a cookie dough, milkshake and sundae this evening. Ordered and delivered within half hour.Cookie dough was nice and hot.Sundae was delicious.Milkshake was also delicious.Keep up the good work !!! 👍🏽👍🏽

Delivery very reluctant to give my drink, come to the door with my order without my milkshake when asked where are the milkshakes he then went on to say “I’ll go get them now” poor service.

Ordered pancake bites, doesnt say anywhere that they come delivered covered in any kind of sauce or give an option. Bites came covered in chocolate sauce which I dont like so never got to try something I paid for, my partner did enjoy hence the stars. Allergen information should be provided with all products considering every place that serves food should be following natashas law.

When I first started ordering from waffle town the cookie dough was perfect, however lately in the past 2 months Ive noticed as with my order yesterday that the cookie dough was very doughy and mushy than its previous chewy and soft texture. However apart from that the ice cream and other desserts such as waffles and holiday special desserts are delicious.

Had a waffle town tonight from the Port Talbot store. I received the delivery the cookies and cream cheese cake was a very small slice for £3. Phoned up the store to complain, the girl on the phone said sounded very rude and said it comes pre cut and I will get my manager to phone you back. The store phoned back saying that another one will be sent out. Received it and it was frozen like rock frozen. Customer service was very poor will not be ordering from that particular store again. Very disappointed

Can’t fault it, always enjoy a waffle, milkshake or fruit cup from Waffle Town. Would be lush if they could do a Terry’s chocolate orange waffle though!

Had a slight shortage of ingredients for the waffles but ended up with the aero waffle

Poor quality food, saggy bubble waffle that looked undercooked inside. Ice cream had a weird texture and was completely tasteless. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

My delivery was delivered too wrong house up the road and the delivery driver just walked away, someone in my street actually delivered my food. The waffles were ok, small but tasted ok! The churros smelt and tasted like they had been cooked in dirty old secondhand fat. Overall, I wont be ordering again frankies is much better.

One if the girls there needs to learn customer service skills she litterly told me to get out of the shop when I asked what flavour milkshake they had when I told the man he sorted my order straight away sort your staff out and you will have better reviews wouldnt re visit again until the staff sort there attitude problem with customers

Went to waffle town and had a couple of chocolate strawberry waffles. Delicious and the staff were ever so friendly. Yummy food and highly recommended

Took 1 hour 45 minutes to arrive for a waffle mind. Girl on phone doesnt seem to have a clue. Waffle arrived cold

Ordered last night waited an hour before phoning them back , absolutely useless, they hadnt even made the order and pretty much didnt give a toss, no apologies for the wait , they then said the order was on its way low and behold the order still hasnt turned up, joke of a business , the mrs is pregnant and was craving something sweet, and after this let down Ill never order from here and will be telling friends and family the same. dont waste your time!!!

Lovely fresh desserts. This will definitely be.one of our favourite places. Would highly recommend.

Quite little cafe but has a big warm family friendly vibe. Food is excellent quality and the portion size are more then genours. Would recommend you stop in and try it out.
