Great and Friendly Customer Service

Parcel got dropped off there because I wasnt home to receive it, so I went there and all the packages were in the middle of the store for anyone to take or touch. I got mine and only realised when I got home that it had already been opened and what was inside had been stolen. I went back to say something and he yelled at me and accused me of lying saying he will call the police. Goodluck to you and hope your package doesnt get stolen if its dropped off there x

ABSOLUTELY RUDE. She hung up on me before I could finish my sentence. I called to check if my parcel had arrived, I was told "too many parcel here no no no you come in" then she hung up on me. UNBELIEVABLE!!. Get your customer care skills in check.

Unfortunately staff were extremely unfriendly and unhelpful in trying to find an item in the store. One of the most disappointing customer service experiences I have had in a long time.
