Very rude pharmacy employees. I made an appointment on their system for my husband to have his flu shot and Covid booster at 1 p.m. Had to wait for a few minutes, then was told they dont give shots after 1 p.m. They close for lunch at 1:30 and dont have time to give shots after 1 pm! Said the system doesnt work right! Fix the system! Had never been there before. Wont go back! If I could, I would give it no stars.
You need to put the ATM somewhere else. Having it right nxt to the check out is not ideal. You cant use it and someone else check out at the same time. Youre literally standing nxt to each other.
The pharmacy techs are so rude and make you feel stupid for anything you say. They don’t help at all and it is a waste of time calling them. I just read the other reviews and so many people feel the same way. They have terrible reviews. Time to change pharmacies.
Stay away from this disaster. So apparently, it is now a "thing" to have a Psychiatrist write a legal and valid prescription to walgreens. Then the staff at Walgreens somehow ends up being your DR. News flash Melinda......You are not a DR, and have no authority to make changes to an experts orders. Negligence like I saw is going to end up in a lawsuit. I am going to find a new pharmacy.Take this review with a grain of salt. They have filled who knows how many prescriptions correctly.
Horrible pharmacy and pharm techs. Not communicative and will try to brush you off until after their lunch break, even if you show up at 1 pm (their break is at 1:30 pm), which is awful when you have a sick relative at home waiting for their medication. They told me to call my doctor regarding a prescription issue, so I called the doctor, and the doctor gave me their number and extension. I hang up, and only THEN the tech informs me that they can’t call the doctor, when they’re standing right there listening to my conversation. They could have told be before I made the call so I could communicate to the doctor’s office, things like that. Unbelievably unprofessional, disorganized, and lacking compassion.
This particular Walgreens is legitimately struggling to understand how to help those of us still choosing to do business with them. A strong request to the higher up’s, please help your incompetent and rude staff to understand the importance of customer service!!! I can understand being overwhelmed but taking out your frustrated way of practice on those of us keeping you in business, is not the answer. Real simple. Do better! Or find a job where your misery will be welcomed. ( aka nowhere)-0 stars
I go here pretty often and the staff are amazing, efficient and friendly.
My dad came in here one time and left me in the car and didnt come out for 45 minutes so something a little sus is happening in there
Zero stars. I did the 48 hour PCR test for travel. The results arrived after 81 hours and the time of sample collection was listed as two days later than the actual collection. I had flown to Asia and was rejected entry into the country and had to fly back to the US for new covid tests. The time and money this negligence caused me cant be overstated.
Charged me the cash price instead of insurance price for a new prescription.
I am not one for visiting the pharmacy often, maybe once a year I need something. Been coming here 5 years, dont know why I tolerate such a poor level of service. If I was a "regular" I surely would find another pharmacy, only reason I stay here is because its around the corner. They are slow, always backed up with major line, but really what gets me is their poor attitudes both in person & on phone. I can echo the same thing as others, they answer the phones, hang up putting you in back of line, and sometimes do answer only immediately to put you on hold. Not a big deal, but I feel inclined to say something as it has been this way for many years.
You know its quite impressive how they would answer the phone out it back on hold all with out greeting me. It was truly pathetic that I waited on hold multiple times with out talking to a single person. Id give you a 0 but thats not possible, so I give you a 1.
If I could give this location 0 stars I would. Never in my life have I ever had such bad customer service. The Pharmacy Tech wouldn’t let me speak or hear what I was asking. He was short and even hung up on me. I called back and they kept putting my call on hold. When I called from a different phone number, I was able to speak with the Pharmacist Paul who wasn’t any better. He was short and wouldn’t let me explain the bad customer service I had just received and told me that I needed to “calm down” or be “less excited.” No wonder his workers have bad customer service, they’ve seen it first had from their Supervisor. Not only had he told me to calm down or be less excited, he had cut me off mid sentence just to tell me “to be quick because he has other callers to tend to.” Unbelievable. He didn’t understand the frustration I had and still couldn’t answer my questions about a simple request for my medications. I would 10/10 never recommend this location.
I was just at this location trying to pick up money from western Union and the lady helping me was so rude. She literally told me to leave the store cause she couldn’t figure out THEIR computer. She needs a lesson in customer service.
Came here to get both doses of the covid vaccine. Horrible service. After I checked in, I waited 40 minutes just to get the paperwork!! It took another 25 minutes for them to come out to give me the shot. This process should be so much quicker. Also, they messed up my vaccine card both times. The first guy spelled my name wrong even though my paperwork was right in front of him and the second guy put the wrong year. It’s 2022 and he put 21 !!
$14 for a spiral notebook. Same notebook is less than $5 at Target.
You could not go to a slower more inefficient pharmacy with less competent employees if you wanted to. I would save yourself time and money and go to Costco
Don’t believe what they tell you on the phone!!Scheduled a covid test yesterday and had a flight change. I called into the pharmacy to see if I could come in a day earlier for the test and they said I could. I went in to do the test because of my flight change and they said they never spoke to me about this time change and they have a ‘strict policy’ about not letting people come the day before. I verified that I called their pharmacy and spoke with one of their pharmacists! Frustrating because of changes needing to be made to flights and wasted time driving out there.
Maybe they are often having a super bad day, but the people at the pharmacy here are pretty rude!
Worst Pharmacy Ive ever been to. I put in for a fill, they said it would be ready in two hours. When I returned, not only was it not ready, they said it wouldnt be ready that day!
Horrible customer service make an appointment a week before for COVID vaccine I was there in time and the lady was rude from the beginning telling me walk in have priority over appointments,, make no sense to me !!!
They couldnt find my prescription. When I called other store they found it, and I asked them to help this pharmacy find it. This pharmacy said it wouldnt have time to fill because it closed in 4 minutes! I had plenty of time to fill it before they couldnt find the my info! They are the reason I ran out of time! Very unprofessional. They have no clue what they are doing, look at the reviews. This store sucks!
I love going here for the deals and that makes my Walgreens points add up fast.
Just took 15 minutes to return one item, 60 minutes after I bought it. They collect so much personal info, but somehow dont have a digital copy of your receipt connected to your phone #.... Somehow I dont believe that...
Customer service here is just awful. I have had nothing but negative experiences with the staff here during my multiple visits. These experiences have been in person with various employees and on the phone with the pharmacy. Probably should pick a different Walgreens to visit.
I’ve been to the Pharmacy 3 times now trying to pick up my prescription, and they have messed up each time. First time they didn’t order the prescription I needed, the second time they ordered the name brand instead of the generic like I requested, and the third time they forgot to put it in again. Suuuuper frustrating. After I eventually get it I’m going to switch to a different Pharmacy.
Paul, the pharmacist was very degrading to me on the phone. Not professional at all. Very disappointing as I have been using Walgreens for a very long time. I understand that he is stressed but, arent we all!!?
Great service! They have always been willing to take the time to figure out issues with us that we have had with insurance. They don’t always know what’s going on with it but they are quite patient as you call them multiple times in a row to ask them for more information!
The pharmacist who helped me today was excellent! I wish I would have got his name. I was visiting from out of town for a family event and my son developed an asthma attack. Unfortunately, we forgot his asthma inhaler at home. He was able to pull his prescription from our Walgreens pharmacy in another town and get it filled immediately. I waited less than five minutes. I was able to administer the proper treatments to my son immediately. The pharmacist he was working on June 13, 2020 at 4 PM was a very nice man and excellent. He deserves a big raise and I appreciate his sympathy and urgency for my situation. I am definitely going to keep shopping at Walgreens.
Pharmacist is horrible here. Charged me twice for medications, acted like he had no idea what I was talking about. Petty and rude about me transferring script to another location.
Somewhat unorganized but recovered with good customer service! My wife called in a prescription yesterday for nausea meds (shes pregnantand when I went to pick it up today it wasnt ready for some reason. They were not sure what happened but they said it didnt get requested or something and made it seem like we didnt call it in... which was very frustrating and somewhat rude. So I let them know it was requested yesterday by my wife at this location specifically, I even called the other locations nearby in case my wife called the wrong store and they didnt have it either, and so the guy told me he would talk with the pharmacist to see what they could do but wait right now was about 1.5 hours!I was getting ready to write a 1 star review but then about 5 minutes later the guy came back and said the filled it for me. He made up for his rude remarks and made a customer happy to do business with them. Still 4 stars for slightly rude and sloppy business practices.
Awful customer service, Brent specifically was terrible something was priced incorrectly and he was so rude about the whole thing so demanding and only blaming the customer. I understand employee error and am willing to pay the price but when its clearly marked incorrectly dont blame me and offer me some kind of help or solution.
The pros of this pharmacy are that its got a drive thru compared to Maceys which is right around the corner. Staff is also friendly and its a clean store. The bad is that the hours arent nearly as good as Maceys or other pharmacys in the area.
On more then one occasion I have had to wait for close to 30 minutes for service in the drive through and had similar issues that others have had, no apology for the wait, no telling me that I didnt have insurance on file (doesnt make sense since I gave them my information the week before, there have been a number of pharmacies in the area that have close down and Walgreens has picked up those customers. I feel that this small pharmacy is trying to pretend that it is larger then it is and is unable to keep up with the demand that they have gathered. If they really care about the customer, hire on more staff instead of trying to keep four pharmacies worth of customers with the staff of one.
Literally the slowest pharmacy Ive ever gone to, even when its not busy. Only redeeming quality is that its open late.
The store is usually clean and organized. The photo dept is one of the fastest around. I can typically order my photos online, and they are done in like 15 mins... the only issue is finding someone to get your photos for tough since theyre isnt typically someone at the photo counter. The pharmacy has a drive-thru, and the pharmacy techs are really helpful.
Great for fast shopping and their costumer service has always been nice
Generally, when I pick up prescriptions, the employees offer to add a coupon since I dont have insurance. Not today, Lisa advised me that I would have to download goodrx app to find coupons myself. I did this when I got home and found one that would save me $15. When I called I was advised by the same employee that I would have to come all the way back to have it applied!!! At least with the app I downloaded, I was able to find other pharmacies in my area whose prices are about half the price of Walgreens. Looks like I will be saving alot more money with a different provider.
They used to be great here but the last two times they have been terrible. Today I called and talked to one of them over the phone who told me she had put in both of my scripts and that they would be ready in an hour. An hour and a half later when I got there they told me they have been out of stock on both my scripts for two months now (which makes no sense considering I get monthly refills and have refilled here the last two monthsand that only one of them was ever put into their system. Then he says to wait a second and he will check something and disappears for five minutes only to return and tell me they have some in stock at which point the pharmacist says something to him and he stops to talk to him for five more minutes then says they cant do anything for me. Last time they had the pills but they werent ready until three hours after they had called me saying they were ready so I wasted a trip. Just not worth it anymore.
Had an amazing experience here with their pharmacy! I had been going to Rite Aid until they went under, so I called to ensure my prescriptions had transferred smoothly. The woman who helped me in the morning was so nice and helpful- updated all my information, was patient with me while discussing what medications I needed, and so kind. The gentleman that helped me when I picked up was also super nice, going out of his way to help me get a fair price. So relieved to know I can trust them!
Worst costumer service I have ever recieved, they should really evaluate the people they put on register. Pharmacy and on floor staff were nice but the guy at the front register was a total jerk. Always with a bad attitude, doesn’t even greet you, doesn’t even hand you your receipt he just places it on the counter waiting for you to grab it, when you tell him an item is on sale he is super super rude about it and sometimes doesn’t even vaild it and so much more. I used to love coming to this walgreens but the experienced i received not just once but couple of times with the same staff member have made me question to go to other location. Also on another note please if a item is on sale, let your employees know. I swear they are always questioning if your telling the truth or not when clearly the price tag on the shelves say its ON SALE!
Today I came in like any other day. I actually walked in instead of using the drive up. I dont have insurance so my doctor had let me know to download the good RX app for discounts so I dropped off my prescription because the app said they had one of the best prices for my medication. Just an FYI this pharmacy chooses to no longer use the GOOD RX APP if you EUA to to use it you must have the actual card or print it off your phone. What a pain, who wants to deal with rude staff that take to long to fill anyway. These people at this pharmacy are very unprofessional and rude especially the pharmacist in the morning with the glasses. your better off going to Smiths. He dont have any customer service skills whatsoever. I will never take my business here again or refer any of our patients from work to Walgreens. 🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕
Pharmacy is great when they are on. But their automated system will text you randomly about refills that are ready but arent. Technicians are helpful though. They will fill faster if you are staying in store to shop while you wait.
The pharmacy better step it up a notch. Refills dont take all day especially when they have the meds in stock.
Pharmacy was great at first. Everyone is super nice. But at this point only 1/5 times the meds are actually ready when they call you to let you know they are. Last time It was over an hour after the call and still not ready.Super nice but I dont want a call telling me something is ready thats not. If the call said will be ready 30 min after you show up it wouldnt bother me but dont say its ready when its not.Almost everything else in store is rather over priced as well.
The supervisor I spoke to does not know how to deal with customers. Young, inexperienced, and rude. The cashiers were nice and were trying to be helpful. You need to train your managers/supervisors.
I have never had one bad experience with this Pharmacy. Their techs and Pharmacist are nice people and go above and beyond.
Could not get it right! I dont know what it is about Walgreens but there are major issues with its processes. They sent me a notification saying my Rx was filled. I drove all the way over to the South Orem location and low and behold, they had ran out of the medication and were only able to give me a partial refill. I was upset because I would not be in town for another week and needed the entire Rx. Instead of informing me it was only partially filled, I drove all the way in to get it only to have to drive all the way back three hours later.Heres the kicker::: When I arrived the second time, a man in the drive up bay next to me was furiously upset. I heard him yell, "but you told me it was ready!!!" Then I heard the tech say, "I apologize sir, we have the one ready but the ibuprofen... is not, we can have it ready in 20 minutes, again I apologize". UPSET?!? To say the least. I could not help but laugh out loud! What a joke!Whats amazing is Walgreens is a publicly traded company but based on numerous experiences, youd think its being ran by the Federal Government.Walgreens - FIX YOUR ISSUES SO THE REST OF US CAN FIX OURS!
after multiple attempts and phone calls they could not get my prescriptions correct, they said the lost one and then they filled one contrary to the way it was written, resulting with my insurance refusing to pay for it. this has happened on more then one occasion, never use this pharmacy!
Theyve been great about refilling prescriptions and also have use the automated system to notify when its ready.
