I was passing thru town and my daughter was having an issue with her asthma so I stopped in to Walgreens to see if they had anything to help her. The Pharmacist was so helpful and suggested I call my kiddos doctor to get an inhaler called in. She even helped me save money on the script by using a GoodRx coupon. I think thats what she called it. I dont remember her name but she is African American and very helpful.
I had to pick up a prescription from the pharmacy and was met by a lovely pharmacist, Felicia. She asked me if I had ever taken this medication before and when I said I hadn’t she gave me a ton of information! She was very patient when I asked a bunch of questions and she really put me at ease. In my experience pharmacists are always in a rush to just give you your meds and get you out the door. Felicia was kind and informative and I would highly recommend speaking with her next time you need a pick up!

Felicia is an awesome pharmacist. My sister was on a drug that she was not supposed to be on cuz she was pregnant. Felicia caught it and now shes taking something better for her ulcers.
SARA IN THE PHARMACY IS CRAZY, BELLIGERENT, AND ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE TO CUSTOMERS! SHE CANT HANDLE BEING IN A CUSTOMER SERVICE POSITION AND SHOULD NOT BE ASSOCIATED WITH ANY PART OF THE MEDICAL FIELD! THIS PERSON SHOULD BE TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY AND UNDERGO AN EXTENSIVE PSYCHOLOGICAL EVALUATION!

Pharmacy manager is rude to customers unprovoked. She left her post to be rude to a CUSTOMER! He wasnt rude he was explaining to the worker that has no idea what shes doing how it works for him and she came over instead of doing her tiresome job of 104 prescriptions. This town was ruined when Joes Pharmacy left and now theres no options other than money hungry disrespectful Walgreens. Will be switching and as much as it may not effect them let enough of us leave and it will.

Need to train employees working in Pharmacy. Wait time in the drive thru is ridiculous at least a half hour or more. Constantly receiving texts that orders are ready and never fails they are not. Extremely disgusted with this place and ready to switch.
This place is a joke ! Waiting 45 min to finally hear them tell me they cannot give me my prescription because I have one patch and they sell only by 5. She couldnt tell me that before ? And they are extremely rude. This is the last in this Walgreens

I asked for assistance in finding an item and the two ladies stocking could only point me in a general direction. NOT the service you should receive. The lady helping me checkout was busy with customers and she was answering the phone, too. Maybe that should be delegated to the ladies stocking & talking with one another. The customers at the checkout should be her priority! She had no assistance and a big line while talking on the phone! Pharmacy area is always available and busy. Last time my husband and I were there, however, the lady didnt know how to handle checking people in for immunizations and it was a big mess! Employees need to be trained, beforehand, and not while helping customers who have appointments. We had to wait almost 2 hours. Management needs to TRAIN some employees on how to handle customers and do their jobs. Disappointed!
I think this pharmacy is being affected by the worker shortage. Just constantly dropping the ball and really short hours at sporadic intervals. I hope Walgreens headquarters can send them more support or something, its pretty bad right now. Definitely the worst Walgreens pharmacy Ive had to deal with in my 10 years of monthly medication so far.EDIT: They seem to have sorted things out and I had zero issues since going the last 2 months - thanks!

GO ANYWHERE ELSE!! When we first moved to Lebanon from STL we were very excited to still have a Walgreens Pharmacy, that however was very short lived.. front of house staff is always kind and helpful.. but it has undoubtedly the WORSE pharmacy i have ever experienced. Nothing is ever ready when they say it will.. your gonna wait at least an hour if you have any direct business with the Pharmacy, and the ABSOLUTE WORSE ATITUDES!!! I run a business in St Robert, so Im sympathetic to the hiring crisis and every business being short staffed, but these issues have existed since we arrived in Lebanon. I would imagine that Express Scripts will be getting a lot more customers with these jokers..
Drive thru is terrible a my time is worth something also. If Walgreens is going to buy up the competition then they need too make sure that have people to run the place.

They have everything you could ever need. You are going to pay gas station prices for food and drinks but if you need medicine this is the place to go. If they dont have it you dont need it. The store is nicely laid out and helpful staff.
Terrible customer service. We used to depend on Walgreens but no more. Will be moving our business somewhere else after 10 plus years!Received notice email that Rx was ready. Went to pick up and was told NOT ready and would be 1 1/2 hours. After almost 2 hrs and 40 minute wait in line was told still not ready and would be this evening. Said would send text, never got one. Went next morning and still was not ready and was told on the 2nd refill would need Dr. auth even though it showed had 1 refill left.Store itself ok, but Pharmacy your worst nightmare come true!!
The lines inside and out for the pharmacy are getting ridiculous! Then if you call to fix an issue and you wait on the phone over 30 minutes and they pick up and hang up. Customer service has really went out the door.
My prescription was ordered from the ER at 12 and i arrived at 3pm and was told it would be an hour. I waited an hour and TWENTY minutes and was then told it would be another 15 minutes another 45 MINUTES LATER it’s still not ready. It should not take this long to get a script filled. I was hearing tons of customers complain about the wait time
I made appts for my husband and I to get covid test this morning. We both received two confirmation emails. We drove all the way from Saint Robert just to be told they no longer do the testing. Well, how about not making appts online and sending confirmation emails....not feeling well at all. That was a long drive to just turn around and come home.
Waited over an hour for a Covid shot. People who came in after me with no appointments went before me. I asked if my paperwork got lost and got attitude. Avoid this location if you need anything done in a professional or timely manner.
Female pharmacy tech is rude. Transferred all my prescriptions. This woman is insane. I am surprised with all the complaints on here that Walgreens would continue to employ someone that is continually disrespectful, abrasive, and rude to customers. Have witnessed and been apart of clear HIPPA violations at this location.I paid for their prescription insurance. Even with that, they are still more expensive then Walmart. I was ok with paying the difference with drive through convenience. Now, it’s always so backed up, there’s nothing convenient about it at all.
Misplaced my dad’s prescription and as a result he had to go an entire weekend without it. It’s a medication that he has to have and could have passed away without. Hours of energy, time and worry went into this ordeal and a very sick man was put into an extremely dangerous situation. No explanation or apology was given

This place is a joke and I will not be returning. All started with a phone call and I asked the woman if my medicine had been transferred and available for pick up yet and she said no that they didn’t receive anything yet. She was going to leave it at that and not bother doing what she was supposed to do until I told her that I work at a Walgreens pharmacy and I know that they have to call the other pharmacy to transfer my medicine over. Once she found out that I knew that, THEN she decided to go forth and get the information for which pharmacy they needed to contact. I had to make multiple different trips from one pharmacy back to the other because Walgreens would not call the other pharmacy to pull my medicine. I don’t know who I spoke with on the phone, but I do know that when I had to deal with who I believe was named Sara, she had a snotty attitude just as well as the girl on the phone. Told me to give them 20 minutes which I understood. So I waited inside for a bit but had a child with me so I ended up having to leave and just get in the drive thru. She told me my medicine still wasn’t ready because they got backed up with shots. Nobody had received any shots when I was inside. And nobody was signed up for one either when I was there waiting. I’m assuming she thought I was stupid and just wouldn’t know any different. While waiting inside, a couple of the techs were very loudly talking about drinking, so maybe that’s what the hold up was. I am not one to complain or make reviews. But it was absolutely awful today and I will NOT be using this very unorganized pharmacy again. I will drive an hour someplace else before returning to this one.
I just called to get help figuring out what med I needed to pick up from the pharmacy for my dog and she took the time to look up the options for me. I know they can get busy so I really appreciated it :)
Im sitting in the drive through as I write this. This marks the second day Ive been in line for 30 minutes. The first day was to drop off a prescription, and the second to pick it up. Hopefully it wont be much longer.
I prefer Mercy pharmacy when it comes to getting medicine filled in a decent time. We have waited on 2 prescriptions for almost 2 hours for my medicine. Plus, I had a text stating my meds were ready for pickup, but when we arrived at window, the cashier said it was still being filled...we waited another 20 minutes for it to be complete.
I went there because my pharmacy was not open late we had prescriptions filled there previously for some reason they no longer had my daughters prescription card information in their system and i did not have it on me the prescription was expensive i told them to just transfer it to my normal pharmacy i would get it in the morning after them 1st telling me they didnt recieve it i had to call urgent care they said they did send it the girl finally found it then we had the card problem. She informed me she would not send it last night that it would have to wait until morning they were closing i called my pharmacy the next morning to check on it they hadnt recieved it i then called Walgreens and was informed they wouldnt tell me or help me with anything that my pharmacy woild have to call them i called them back they called Walgreens and called me back they told them they dont have a prescription!!!! I called them again! They said theres nothing they can do about i now have to wait for the dr to open so i can get them to resend it all the while my child is suffering and walgreens could care less!!!! I will never go here again!!!!
Pharmacy folks are very nice and courteous, photo dept too, but the other depts need some classes on courtesy and manners.

Pharmacy charged me price for a script of 30 pills when I was only given 15. I even downloaded a coupon and still got charged for the price of what the 30 pills wouldve cost. The technician was not helpful and apparently didnt know what she was doing. Im so irritated .
I called to ask a question and got an answer I needed, but the pharmacy girl on phone was so snotty and rude when answering it. I have a heavy accent so I think she was annoyed by that. This store should remind the employees that they should be nice to people as some are having a hard time in life anyway.
Literally the worst Walgreens pharmacy I’ve ever been to. They always take forever, are unhelpful, and ignore you while you’re sitting at the window. I’m sure they have some valid sounding reason for this, but I can assure you this one is far worse than any other I’ve been to. So apparently something isn’t being done right. Will not be back.
Some nice staff out on the floor today, but rudest front register cashier ever. She went on and on about the glitter on my greeting card being a problem for her, while she dropped a necklace pendant out of her mouth with spittle hanging off of it. This was after going on and on complaining about another customer who had left. Not currently recommending this place.
Great service on the retail side. Pharmacy will always be a 5-10 minute wait in line and 30 minute wait for your medicine.
This pharmacy is not as bad as people say. I have had a few es here but it is no more than other places I have been and they are open later than most other pharmacys. I have had very nice staff members here and the pharmacist is very polite as well. I would recommend!
If your considering switching pharmacies DONT go to this one because even if you call & ask if they carry a medication, & tell them you will be filling it there from now on so you need them to keep it in stock & they tell you they will be sure to keep it in stock, they dont. They obviously lie because that is what I did & when it came time to fill the script, they were out of stock. They will also lie & tell you that you cant transfer a prescription, when you can as long as its not a schedule 2 substance, & if it is schedual 3 through 5 you can only transfer it once. My script however which was a schedule 3 was a brand new script & had never been transferred, they told me I couldnt transfer it, which is clearly a lie because federal law says you can.
Good store, but the staff in the pharmacy are slow and act like they have no time for you or your questions. The pharmacist is great he is always nice but his staff are rude. Please address this problem.
Been there 3 months with the pharmacy one more trip to pick up last scrip. Allways had to wait after a text saying they was filled. Im tired. Going back to family pharmacy no probs. Was a bad experience

I traveling from Chicago IL. There was a accident on the corner in front of the Walgreens. The employee at front check out and myself was talking She stated this is a all WHITE community!!!! We not use to to seeing blacks here !!! I stated we not in 1964 we in 2016 racism steel here
