The pharmacy is so mismanaged i wouldn’t trust them to run a single lane self checkout. They accept all new adderall prescriptions though.
Rebecca was SO nice!! She went out of her way to find something in the back for us, and I just wanted to write this to send my appreciation to her! Definitely needs a raise!
The customer service associate working the register named Janice, who has apparently been an associate there since 2011, has atrocious customer service. I would suggest not having a negative and grumpy individual in a customer facing position. She could have possibly been having a bad day, but again, this is a customer service role and regardless she should not let it have an affect on the customers. The simple experience of checking out a couple of items should not have been anything but either neutral or positive, however,Janice should get an award for taking up every opportunity to be unwarrantly rude and dismissive. I will avoid shopping at this location in the future.
I am an M.D. specializing in Cardiology and Internal Medicine. My advice to anyone thinking of using this pharmacy, would be to think again. Every time I try to call in a prescription there I run into the most user-unfriendly menu system I have ever encountered, and then be put on eternal hold. Like just now I called three times to call a prescription in for a patient and was placed on a cumulative hold for 38 minutes. The result was the patient did not get the needed prescription today and will have to wait another day for an alternate pharmacy. Stay away from this pharmacy if you can at all help it!!!The only reason I’m giving this place one star (other than that’s the lowest you can giveis for one guy who is their one bright star. Wish I knew his name because I hate to refer to him as the guy with long hair and pony tail — the one distinctive feature I remember, other than how polite and helpful, and intelligent he obviously was. (If you are reading this, don’t let anyone make fun of your pony tail). Easy to tell he was probably valuable to the manager as well as he did not wait or need to be told what needed to be done next and he was already on it. Now, if just the manager would shape up and make the pharmacy efficient and user friendly.
The pharmacy at this Walgreens is the worst ever. I called at 10:30 this morning to get a prescription refill. I was told that it would be ready by early afternoon and to wait for notification that it was ready. I never received any notification, so I called again at 3:00 to find out that the prescription would be ready in 2 days. I then spoke with someone who told me that they would have it ready in 90 minutes. I called to check and it is still being processed. I was told by the recording to call again to check the status in an hour. This is a major inconvenience. This pharmacy needs to get their act together. I will start using a different Walgreens as this is not the first time it has happened.
I have been to this location many times for prescription and photo pick ups and have had nothing but positive experiences each time. The staff is always friendly and willing to go out of their way to help and are always anticipating needs. I’ve never had to wait long to get checked out and love the convenience of the photo department.
Placed an order for a photo pick up online. Went to pick up photos about 30 min after the time it said it would be ready. When we got to the counter the guy pretty much laughed in our faces saying he has 15 orders to print in front of our and to come back in 3-4 hour. Like what! All you are doing is printing photos that u pre approved and when it said it should be ready online don’t laugh in my face when I come in to pick them up. Horrible customer service and I will be going to any other Walgreens from now on.
Pharmacy and checkout staff have always been professional when Ive been here. As a rule, pharmacy staff have been friendly and helpful. Pharmacy lines tend to be long in drive-through and inside, and prescription prices are higher than, say, Costco.
Went in last night to fill a couple of prescriptions. Walked around while i waited and bought a few things. Everyone i dealt with was kind and considerate. I see a lot of negative reviews but that wasnt my experience at all.
The lady Stacey was rude and treats us like we are bad people. Everything we go In to walgreens she has something negative to say
My familys Walgreens. The pharmacy staff are wonderful. They are knowledgeable, helpful and take care of you. They answer questions and will help you find stuff. All the associates in the store are quick to help.
It was so bad I wanted to give you a zero, but that’s not possible so I give you a one.
I went to get a few items from this store with my friend and the staff was very rude. One of the workers was very unhelpful and made me feel stupid for trying to buy a couple of things. I will not be returning.
Terrible PCR testing experience concerning the turn around time. We were told the testing results would take 48 hours. 5.5 DAYS later, we got our results. Due to this, we were unable to get our kids the service they needed due to the time sensitivity and time lag of the testing. If you want pcr testing, go somewhere else. I’m giving 2 stars because scheduling the testing was very easy and the pharmacist was friendly, but ultimately, we were put into a terrible spot because of the false advertising of the turn around time. At this point, what is the point of testing if it is going to take that long to get the results?!!!
Seriously choose another Walgreens this on sucks… the costumer service is awful. Arlene the shift lead is so rude and don’t let you talk. Not surprisingly, this place has 2.9 stars with people like her working there.
This is the busiest pharmacy Ive ever seen. The employees are working as hard as they can but it could use some direction and more organization.
Pharmacy is soooo slow
My daughter Avery and I went in on Wednesday night to grab a couple snacks for movie night, the lady that helped us check out was so sweet to me and my daughter she wants to go back there every time for movie snacks, thanks!

Everytyme I fill my prescription they are 2 to 5 hrs and they are rude
I have only had good experiences at this location. Drive thru pharmacy has always been quick and correct. The checkout line inside can sometimes take an extra few minutes. Other than that this location is clean, well-stocked, and friendly.
The total lack of customer service by the cashier was rude and offensive, when I requested to speak to a manger to resolve the issue she became argumentative. After speaking to the manger which was not much better, I’ll never shop at a Walgreens ever again!! 1311 Draper parkway Ut. 7/21/21 9:15 am
This Walgreens has serious customer service issues! I frequently send photos here and each time their is an issue in some form. For the third time in a row they have not properly cut my card. In addition, each time the worker has problems. I understand people are human and very fallible but it isn’t difficult to acknowledge a person or simply work to fix an issue when it arises.
If you have an hour (or twoto kill, then pick up your prescriptions in this drive through...
Richard the pharmacist was very pleasant. The technicians did a great job checking me in for my second vaccine. In spite of an angry and rude woman calling them incompetent, they all remained calm and handled the situation very professionally. I’m sure they were very busy and doing their best. Very pleased with the service.
Terrible!! I have no idea how they stay in bhsiness. Inaccurate prescriptions filled, rude pharmacists and techs, ridiculously kong lines. After years of working with this store and goving them multiple chances to redeem themselves we will be moving our entire familys presricriptions elsewhere.
The most incompetent Walgreens ever!! After waiting 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru line to pick up my prescription, I discovered they had lost my prescription and had never entered it into their system to be filled! After explaining that I had just dropped off my prescription a few hours earlier, they ran around their pharmacy looking for the paper prescription I had given them earlier. After searching, they informed me they had found it but asked if I could come inside. Such a joke. DO NOT FILL YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS HERE!! The lines are always long and the service subpar.
Customer service was very rude at the photo booth. I was very close to yelling at the individual at the countertop. I gave my name and number and she proceeded to give me a hard time about not finding it but yet she found it! Not sure how she found it after claiming no such order existed. No apology for being rude and short with me.
I ordered New Years cards from the Walgreens on 1311 Draper Parkway and picked them up on the 23 of December and addressed all the envelopes that were to be sent out of the country. To my dismay when i tried to insert the card in the envelope i found it didnt fit...the card was to big. I took the cards back to Walgreens and spoke to a Arlene...she was very apologetic and told me the cards were cut incorrectly and that she would work late to make sure the cards were cut correctly and could be picked up in the morning. I must admit i was skeptical...but at 9 a.m. when I returned the cards were properly cut and ready to go....Arlene saved the day for me and I appreciate her superior customer service....Thank you Arlene. Best customer service! Me and my brother went thru the pharmacy drive though to grab an rx. We were going out to grab our dad a card. Aaron in the pharmacy went out of his way to get us a perfect card for our father. He loved it too, great customer service right there!
