Walgreens in Kosciusko County

Came here for a covid test. The guy at the drive-thru told me to come inside for the test. I was confused and said again I was here for a covid test. Then he realized and proceeded. He asked me for my phone. If I have covid then he should be nowhere near my phone. Im not sure if the process is the same at all Walgreens but at a different location they didnt ask for my confirmation email or my phone. It seemed like it was his first time giving a covid test due to the slow process. When I saw an employee instructing him I knew it was his first time giving a covid test. Overall, the training process needs improvement. Please train employees before a live customer interaction and have them take notes.

Once again they told me Wednesday we dont have your childs medicine. We will order. Be in on Friday. Came back Friday we forgot to order come back Monday. Every other month we do this. A drug store with no drugs. Worst pharmacy ever! Do go to Walgreens.

Horrible pharmacy customer service. Have tried multiple times trying to get a hold of Pharmacy, but am always put on super long wait times. When Im finally next, they hang up the calls.

Wanted to share my outstanding experience with the pharmacy staff, especially Julie and Marionette. They helped us saved an outrageous amount of money on our prescriptions, without be prompted. Their professionalism, kindness and expertise in their industry is unmatched. We definitely recommend that you make this Walgreens your local pharmacy.

This is the worst pharmacy that I’ve ever been to in my entire life. Due to their error they double charged me a co-pay on a medication that I had to pick up. They told me when I needed to pick them up the first time that their shipment had just come in and they haven’t done all the so either I would have to go without my medication or they could give me five of the pills now and pick up the rest later when they’re done with inventory I paid my co-pay and left with five pills I was told that when I come to pick up the rest to bring my receipt and I would not have to pay another co-pay. I went to pick up my medication and guess what they charge me yet again so I paid two co-pays for one month. No one there understand anything you say, and they really don’t care about their patient. Avoid this place at all costs

Nice store. The lady who gave my daughter her Covid vaccine was extremely kind and patient. The toy section had good prices.

People here are always helpful quick checkout lines I pick up my prescriptions here and the pharmacist is always really nice

They were a good 4⭐s imo for a long time, primarily for their 24hr pharmacy drive-thru, but location is sketchy if you need to get out of your car. Im a fit 64" male, so rarely have issues with homeless harassing me if I say no or use my dont even try face, but Id feel nervous if I were on the smaller side or female. Id definitely prefer my mother using a different location if she needed to get out of her car!BUT...Sometime in the last few weeks the drive-thru pharmacy went from a 24hr to 8-5PM Tues-Sat, 24hrs Sun&Mon (according to their phone A.I.), thus from 4 to 3⭐s imo.- 3⭐s for friendly staff and decent inventory, for overpriced last-minute items..- 2⭐s for location..TL;DRThey no longer offer convenient 24hr pharmacy drive-thru service, so I no longer have reason to drive further to this sketch location. Ill be staying local unless things change again.It was good while it lasted✌

Accidentally went in when the store was opened only to senior citizens and was treated rudely. The employees disrespected me and presented me out loud very wrong. I made a mistake, I didnt deserve to be treated that way. Walgreens will never see a penny from me again.

Walgreens needs to get your act together. I went to do a beauty event deal, the store did not have a point booster flyer on hand. I offered to look it up so they can scan it off my phone and they said no. Why not is my question? Should all the stores not be prepared? I did not get it offered to me online neither. Thats borderline false advertisement. To pick and choose who gets what is OUTRAGEOUS and UNACCEPTABLE. -5 STARS if you ask me

As long as you go though the drive thru to get your prescriptions, all is good. I usually get Oliver to help. He is very polite.I went inside to make a purchase with a coupon that I was given a couple days prior. It didnt work. The manager was called, it had the date I was using it. The manager asked me twice if maybe I had just picked it up off the floor? Really? No customer service at all.I wont be going there anymore.Walgreens you need to check your employees helpfulness!

This is really just a review of their film developing photo service. Its also a bit of an oddball review BECAUSE Im putting in a review for their film service without having used it but at $13.99/roll its unbelievable. So, if youre looking to get your 35mm film developed, do some searching. Fromex in Signal Hill will do it at $5.99/roll for either 35mm or 120. A lot of people will laugh and talk about digital but theres a reason film is still alive and kicking with more and more people moving back to it.Anyhow, $13.99 is pretty outrageous. Otherwise, the store is well kept and staff are helpful/friendly.

This place is great. Every time I visit the store is always a pleasant one. The staff there are always friendly and helpful. Way &beyond sometimes! Today my Clumsy self! left my car keys in my car but luckily one of my windows was opened a little, right. Thank God! Seriously. & at the end I had the most helpful experience by one of the staff there. He got my car keys out with a wire. It seriously made life a whole lot easier for me! Thanks Walgreens!& there staff!

This is the closest Walgreens to Super 8 Motel Disneyland Drive (north of the park). Just a short 8 minute drive. You know youre going to need something since youre away from home, and this is the location to frequent.

Avoid this place if you are going for passport photo.worst place, they take pictures using pocket camera😣, if they charge 13$ for 2 photos they should be using professional cameras. Print quality is pathetic...will never vist again
