Very good service and kind thanks for helping us....pharmacy staff
They have your medical supplies and plenty of other stuff forbyourself and household. They have good prices on their clearance items.
Worst pharmacy around ceres and modesto. If you work here, you should be ashamed of the slow service you provide. They never answer phones. Prescriptions never on time. This store should have a separate review section because the store is ok, the pharmacy is horrible.
This is the worst Walgreens ever! Today, by default, I went in because it’s closest to my house. I asked if they can check for whitening strips because I didn’t see it and it show on the Walgreens app that it’s in stock on this store. She being very rude and said I can’t looking for the small things. I’m not going to this Walgreens again !. I hope it will help to improve customer service.
Dont want to give any stars to Walgreens on hatch rd the pharmacy staff are horrible. Very rude like your wasting their time. You dont like your job find one that you dont have any interaction with public
Customer service is hit and miss. I went to pick up my online order and it was already paid for and was shipped to the store by FedEx, apparently the girl could not find it. She didnt even look into it to find out any information whatsoever. She basically just said its not here have a good night. I was very upset I called customer service and they of course replaced it. But I was notified by Walgreens and FedEx that my delivery was there so it was a waste of my time and a waste of gas. I will most definitely only be using the other Walgreens in town on G Street from now on.
after a long day, I came pretty irritated and impatient to the pharmacy. they treated me kindly and patiently. grateful for that
Definitely want to sign up for there rewards to save or you will pay to much with out it
I am very dissatisfied with the way you guys have fallen down. I used to be a to get nuts, ice cream, etc.with my OTC card and the last time I came in I felt lucky to be able to get coffee. What is going on?
The pharmacy is so understaffed that they cant get anything done on time from medication refills to answering the phone something needs to be done and fast!!!
Grand is the worst store manager in Walgreen. Bad human in the earth.
the pharmacy works very poorly queues long waits long medicines are often not ready
This Walgreens on Hatch rd is a joke. The line for pharmacy is long and have to wait and wait. They are very bad with customers services. You will not find anyone to help you and the prices in the store is expensive. They reward is a joke too. They dont have medications in stocks and they will going to say insurance issue. Lots of customers are upset with the service here.I dont recommend this place on Hatch rd for pharmacy services. How the hell this place is still running. They need to hire people who have work ethic.
Besides being extremely slow I’ve tried to call three times today, twice for pharmacy then store & each time after just a few seconds on hold they’ve disconnected me! Same thing happened the other day.
The store manager, Grand, is not an appreciative, respectful manager to his employees, which in turn means that he is not the right person to be the head of a Walgreens. He is hurting the pharmacys morale and reputation.
I can see why this Walgreens has two star rating. I had a craving for holiday Danish butter cookies and they had it for $3.50. I tried to purchase two of them and put in my phone number however, my phone number and never existed in their system. The person behind the counter, a young man in his late teens early 20s, kept arguing with me that my account… My phone number is not in the system. After I purchased it at full price, While I was at the parking lot, I contacted the wall greens 800 number and confirmed with someone by the name of Andrea at the corporate office that Walgreens had switched their reward programs. Evidently the staff here are too stupid to know or explain that they switched of the reward programs to their customers. Luckily, I found a female staff member who understood my situation though there were some language barrier but she fixed my issue and was able to give me the cookies at the discounted price. I expect nothing more from this location. Customer service has never been there number one priority. It’s evident that their employees here are only working and looking forward to go home.Quality: CPrice: BService: CWill I return here? Only if CVS across the street is closed
So sorry to say this but I hope it will help to improve customer service. The pharmacy here has made us a wait a whole week more than once for my daughters antibiotics. Other times they have given us instructions to come back the next day only to not have it still. I was told yesterday a medicine was not in stock and today when I came back they said they didn’t understand why someone told me that, the issue was that it wasn’t covered. I will be switching pharmacies however I hope anyone else needing serious urgent medicines think about this before relying on this pharmacy. I also have heard in line other people being told they don’t have their medicine after they had waited for days as well.
They should let pregnant women and the elderly use the restrooms. I am 28 weeks pregnant and came to get my prescriptions and by the time i got there i wanted to pee so bad, and it was about 7 people in line so i asked an employee a tall guy if i could use the restroom and he said “NO THEY ARE CLOSED”. I decided to leave without prescriptions, I was not going to wait in that line wanting to pee so bad. That was a Horrible experience!!!!
Always slow ....whats the hold up? You cant even order by phone like no ones home...this walgreens needs all new staff...sick people need their meds
My doctor called to make sure they were going to have the medicine I needed they said yes I show up to pick up they said they did nit have time for me to come back tomorrow end up I’m the ER again the following day went back the only had 2 of the 3 that were needed ended up in the ER again so not use
I want to give them negative stars. This pharmacy is the worst. I will NEVER use them again. My daughter is leaking sludge from her ear and is in horrible pain. Her Dr. called in a prescription for her at 10:30am. My husband went to pick up the drops at 4pm and they were still not ready and was told they would for sure be ready in 1-2 hours. I called back 3 times and was directed to keep calling. I then called again at 8pm where I was on hold for 59 minutes. 3 callers ahead of me, 2 callers, one caller, then a message that they were now closed and to call back tomorrow. Here we are. No meds and it’s Friday night. I am beyond furious. This place obviously does not care a bout a 3 year old in line.
Probably the slowest pharmacy to ever get your prescription at I do not recommend this pharmacy only four people have had me and took over an hour. Avoid this pharmacy or at least bring lunch with you.
I went to purchase Bare Naked Blue Machines for my son, he has gout, and they were on sale 2 for 6 dollars so we were both happy! The store was not crowded at all , I was in and out in about 5 minutes...it was all good!!
If you want to waist your time come to this store person at the photoshop very rude and unprofessional and pharmacy never has what you need store needs new management and new employees asap
Typically Ive never had any issues with their pharmacy. But recently when my mom went in to pick up her prescriptions, she encountered people in line threatening her life because she used this feature Walgreens offers; allowing one to pre-pay for your prescriptions to avoid standing in line, and using the "express" line offered to customers. Trust me if I had been there this would have not been allowed without bringing it up to the employees working and or the manager. I am taking our business some place else due to this incident. I enjoyed coming to this Walgreens, we just live down the road, but this is unacceptable!!
The pharmacy always is busy and it takes really long to get your prescription. It seems theyre always short-handed or something.
This is the worst Walgreens ever! Today, by default, I went in because it’s closest to my house. I’m not feeling well I need to get DayQuil/NyQuil. I decide to get the knock off brand because it’s $10 cheaper and there was a sale for the Walgreens brand. The sale is buy one get the second box 50% off. However I wanted a combination of day and night. Upon getting to the cash register, I asked the employee if I could purchase both the day and nighttime medicine and still get the sale price. She responded most likely I would be able to. I stand said OK then I’m only taking these two boxes, instead of four, and put the other two to the side. She didn’t automatically ring up my items because she was busy texting. Once she finally rang up the boxes I realized it was $25 versus the $12 it should’ve been. She then stated she rang up the 4 and didn’t hear me. The Transaction took twice as long because she had to cancel, and then re-ring it up,. I let her know she probably didn’t hear me because she was texting. She then shared she wasn’t texting she was looking something up at the store. As she was re-ring in the items she continued to text. So what was so important for her to Look up an item at the store when she has customers in front of her with a customer behind me?I also went to Walgreens a few weeks ago. I waited in the long drive through line only to be told that I had to purchase my items in the store as it was an over-the-counter prescription. I get in the store, I show her what my Walgreens app indicates and that it’s an in-store prescription. She then says, oh she found it. She was able to make the change but then told had to come back in a half an hour. If she had properly typed in my name or got the correct information the first time at the drive-through, maybe I would’ve avoided the two extra stops. I waited a half hour in the drive-through, I went in and waited 15 minutes to be tended to at the counter, then I had to wait another half hour for them to fill the prescription, and finally had to wait in line another 20 minutes to get to the counter. They are the worst! Oh yes, they are horrific on the phones too! I was on the phone for 25 minutes before finally deciding to drive over there. I could hear her each time they would answer it and put it back on hold. This information, I did share with the pharmacy tech, but I am sure it went nowhere. These were just my two last visits. Every time I go in the pharmacy techs are horrifically rude and there’s always a situation. Yes, I should know better I should not be going there anymore! Unfortunately this is where am I insurance is covered. I do think I may have to look for a different wall greens!
Wait times at pharmacy are always 30+ minutes. Drive through is always worse. They do not know how to staff properly nor do the people working understand time management. I watched a girl look at the computer screen, go get one prescription and repeat, for 6 scripts. It took her 10 minutes just to get my items. And 5 of them were in the same bucket, yet she got them one at a time. If you have any other options for getting your meds, go somewhere else!!
The worst pharmacy ever - the staff has such bad attitudes and such poor customer service- the line is always long, they hang up the phone on you, they never apologize for the wait - after today and 15 years later I’m pulling my prescriptions and taking my business elsewhere even though they’re 3 min away from me - Im truly tired of dealing with the extremely poor service
Have called the pharmacy 5 times and they just hang up. I’m pregnant and scared of Covid so I’m calling them to prevent going out. Wish I could give them 0 stars.
Worst Walgreens ever to pick up prescription i got ignored the outside drive thru was packed! They need to hire more people if they cant keep up!! Ill take my business else where!
They literally do not care about COVID-19 regulations, employees pull their masks down all the time to talk to you, customers arent told to put them on, and customers arent always respectful of the 6ft lines. Will be reporting all incidents I can find here to hope they improve, bad management. Go to CVS across the road for a slightly better experience.
Im talking about the pharmacy here..i dont think express pick up is a good idea it just allows people to cut in front of you. It already takes a million years to get thru the line so when two people cut right in the front of the line to say they are express customers and the employees accept that, well everybody should be express, then what? come on walgreens, you can do better than that .
I wish I could put 0 stars. The manager Lina needs to learn customer service. As a manager of the store she could have handled the situation a lot better. Maybe she needs to learn people skills...
I just got out of the hospital yesterday at around 2:15 went to Walgreens to get my a couple prescriptions filled and this lady tell me that both of my insurances dont cover my pain meds so I asked her if she was sure that she was talking about the correct medicine and she said yes and told me that I will have to pay out of pocket. I asked her how much it would be and I told them that was fine. Then the lady was told that yes my insurance would be covering my pain meds and that she confused which meds the insurance wouldnt cover. Then the lady who already told me I could pay for them out of pocket then gets a slight attitude with me and tells me you cant purchase them sorry. So I was really starting to get frustrated and reminded her that she had just told me I could pay out of pocket and she proceeded to argue with me about it until I just asked for my prescription back. Mind you this whole time I am in excruciating pain in my abdomen and running very low on energy and so I asked her where else I could go to fill my prescription and she said any other pharmacy. Well at least she was helpful with that but I hope someone can help her better understand what the real policies are and I hope she has a better week.
Im fine social distancing when Im standing in line but it would be helpful if they had signs that would remind customers that there are marks on the ground where they need to stand because I was in there and I was told that I needed to distance myself. I strongly advise the management of this store to put signs reminding people where they need to stand and that they need to distance themselves therefore we will know exactly what to do when we get in line to purchase our items.
Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Walgreens. I called to see if they had a certain product in stock, the lady answered me and told me yes. So I quickly showed up at the store and there was none. I asked the cashier if they had the product and he refused to look or check if there was any.
Horrible! Lazy! My son went to pick up his prescription and they gave him some story about him living in another county and since they were closing in 20 mintutes he would have to go to a 24 hour walgreens and he could look up the locations online.I called and spoke with Sonia who unable to explain the whole out of county (excuse for being lazyBasically they didnt want to work! I called the 24 hour location and they said they had NEVER heard of that. The very helpful lady at the other location was able to enter my sons information while I was on the phone took less then 3 minutes.I will be calling back to complain to a manager.
Made a quick trip inside today to pick up one item. Found the item quickly and headed to checkout where I found no cashiers. The two employees that finally came to the registers to help were extremely rude and one was even talking down to me. Customer service does not exist at this location. Save yourself frustration and time and shop at CVS directly across the street!
This is by far the worst Walgreens ever. Just because Walgreens is having a lawsuit they are being very rude to their customers and making them cut back. Every month gets worse and worse. The pharmacist don’t even care about their customers. They just want to get their numbers. I hope one day their family member gets sick and someone does them wrong the way they did to my dad. Before coming here please go somewhere else. You won’t be happy at this Walgreens on hatch road. They make u wait so long on the phone. Long drive through lines. They say they open at 8 but not even ready to open because they can’t find the key or the pharmacist is late or there isn’t a pharmacy tech. I truly hope corporation gets involved.
the crappiest pharmacy ever! I switched from the oakdale store to the one in Ceres! Big mistake I am switching back and drive the extra miles in order to get good service. The pharmacy staff is rude and lazy! I hope someone in Corp not only sees this post but DOES something about it!
If I could get it less than one start I would. Literally the worst pharmacy I’ve ever patronized. Their wait times are ridiculous, staff is unknowable and have horrible attitudes! When dropping off my medication which I e been on for 6 years, they always make we wait at least a day or two before they fill it and one time shorted me on my script and then tried to tell me they didn’t. Whoever oversees this place needs to make some sweeping changes! And whatever state oversight that is in place needs to take a hard look at their business practices and morality. WORST PHARMACY EVER!!!!
Pharmacy is horrible! No employee has a care in the world. After waiting for 20mins in line I was told to go back in a few hours because medication wasnt ready. I get there a few hours later and it still wasnt ready. I was told itll take an additional 20mins so i waited. I was at the store for at least 1hr before receiving the prescription. Switching to CVS!
Have been told to get to the back of the line 3 times because the pharmacist is taking a 15 min break. It has been 45 min and I’m still waiting at the window to get my prescription. Very poor customer service.Update: finally got my prescription. Arrived at 10:15am left at 11:35am. Time to change pharmacies.
Im currently here at the pharmacy where Ive been waiting for over 20 minutes. The phone has been ringing for as long as Ive been here, the people behind the counter dont care. Little to no organization whatsoever. Theres a huge line that hasnt even gone up to the counter yet! Just go to CVS for any medications, this wont happen over there.
It does not appear they are interested in filling perscriptions. Head pharmacist will do anything not to fill a perscriptions. Including handing them back and deleting them out of the system so when the physican does call and verify. No one knows what perscriptions he is verifying. Also appears to be a tad racists. And a little put out by having to talk to people. Sorry robots dont need medicine. And people usually spend way longer then 25 minutes dropping off a perscription.
Store over all is good, but i always wait forever at the pharmacy. The least Ive waited was 10-15 (when i get lucky). I feel like theyre understaffed or they just dont care.. but im over it and i do not recommend going to the pharmacy at this location
This is the worst Walgreen I ever encountered, Im not sure about the grocery store but the pharmacy is very bad customer service. Right now Ive been on hold for over an hour. The voice recording keep saying there is one person ahead of me. Came to find out they opened the pharmacy late at 10 AM when they are suppose to be open at 8 AM. The lady who just answered the phone had no clue of whats a customer service is. Her response to my lengthy hold is "Ohh Well" ..... This is the last time I use Walgreen.
This walgreens is overall always organized, clean and the customer service is nice. Only issue is the PHARMACY, although the pharmacy techs obtain amazing customer service in person its completely diffrent when over the phone. I work in a medical office and whenever I try to call in prescriptions "from a provider" line im left on hold for 15mins (not kidding my coworker once took video of being on hold for 30minsand sometimes after that long of a wait Im just hung up on or rushed off the phone. We now tell patients we are no longer calling in prescriptions to this specific walgreens and if theyre insistent on going they must take the the script in themselves. Sad because like I said every experience Ive had myself there in person is quality care and helpful.
Okay. Ill give it the 1 star only because I had to...this pharmacy is the most inconvenient and inefficient. Note that I live in Ceres just up the road and have been using Walgreens on McHenry for the past 3-4 years because of a previous bad experience here at the Ceres Walgreens and thought Id give them another chance. Needless to say, Im going back to Walgreens on McHenry. First off I gave them a prescription to fill for Prednisone and she tells me its going to take 3-4 hours. Its 10:15 in the morning and no one in line other than me. Shes says they are short one person but I see one other person behind the counter with her. So I ask kindly if she wouldnt mind entering the prescription into the system and have it transfered to McHenry to save me a trip. She tells me it would be better to take it myself... Wt..whatever dude. Okay. So my last experience happened like this, dropped off my prescription, they told me to be back in 2 hours and then when I came back they still were not done and then came back a second time and they had closed...Smh..(done with my rant and done with Ceres Walgreens). 👎🏼👎🏼
