This place is a joke no one to help and you can forget about trying to get someone on the phone
I used Walgreens pharmacy for some new medications. When I received the prescription printouts, my regular, local pharmacy was already closed for the weekend. I had to have the medicine right then, so Walgreens it was. Went today to check on refills they had for me, because I received a message from them. The pharmacist was rude, and she clearly didn’t want to help me. Told me there was nothing in the system for me, asked me for my name and DOB 4 different times. Then told me I would have to come inside. I said no, don’t worry about it. Now I remember why I don’t use their pharmacy to begin with. The rest of the store and employees are very nice, not sure why the pharmacy is drastically different.
One star because I cant give them zero stars. They printed photos but would not give them to us because they "looked" professional. My aunt took them.
Pharmacist.seems to be very unorganized. I do not know what the problem is but they need organization. The one in Pelham is much better or Hunter is on top of things. Probably will go there from now on.
This pharmacy was a friendly helpful place at one time. Lately, every single prescription is delayed, either due to not handling insurance correctly, not being organized and on top of everything, or even just flat out missing called in prescriptions. They are extremely slow and unhelpful. This place used to be pretty reliable. Extremely frustrated and disappointed. Going to look into somewhere else for my family’s prescriptions.
Love the pharmacy technicians, Monique & Towanna. Both are very sweet, and knowledgeable.
Store very clean and well organized. All staff were, and usually are, very friendly. This visit was pharmacy and they too were really helpful.
All staff are very sweet and helpful....except the pharmacy. Not sure if they still have this one lady back in the pharmacy, but she was so rude, it caused me to switch all my stuff to Live Oak, down the street! At one point she tried to tell me that a medication I had taken for several years didnt exist.....?
Cant say enough good things about this pharmacy and their staff. The Pharmacy Manager Cadesia, and another pharmacist named Bradley have gone beyond the call of duty to help with the cost of my medications while I have no insurance at the moment. Very friendly, very professional, and highly recommend. This store and especially the pharmacy know how to treat customers.
Nice, friendly place. Low prices
