Walgreens Pharmacy in Otsego County

The pharmacy at your RT 7 location is HORRIBLE! I work literally a stone throw away and changed my scripts to go there for convenience. I have a 45 minute break and literally spend every second waiting in their line to pick up an auto refill! Service is poor and extremely slow. My doctor wrote “dispense as written” specifically for my birth control as I am on a specific one for medical reason, as well as changing genetics on me in the past messed with my emotional being tremendously. When I try to explain this to the tech, I am told I am wrong, that was not on the script and what they are giving me is the same. I asked her if my normal script will be in (I was willing to come back again!and instead of trying to get the correct pill in for me, she continued to argue that the script didn’t say it. Maybe the updated script did not, but how TERRIBLE service it is to argue with your customer instead of trying to get what is needed! Shame on you ignorant idiots!
