Very helpful! I ordered my tires online an then called when they came to my house! They put them on the same day they came... They fit me in right away! Tires are on an I feel so better knowing my hubby will be ok driving in the upcoming weather... Auto center saved the day! Thank you!

They need to pay the employees in the garage more, I went for 2 tires which doesnt need an appointment I was told and then I got there and they were closed, a manager said yes 2 guys quit and 2 others called off so they had to close.

Staff is great and always get my car done quickly and I never have to worrie.

Was there at 645 place opens at 7am no techs showed up wasted about an hour of my time. Should fire them

I need a tired replaced right away and they were able to do the work. Friendly staff once you are able to find someone to assist.

i took my car there for new tires and a new headlight. my car never had any issues until after i got it back from walmart. took my car to a dealership to get my engine checked because my car was shutting off on me WHILE driving and they said the battery wasn’t connected right so i wasn’t getting power. (don’t know why it was messed with in the first place just pay the extra costs to go to your local garage it’ll be more worth it.

From my boyfriend. He had called to make an appointment to get tires put on… get some more professional staff if you want business.“Remind me never to try to do anything automotive at Walmart again. I just called to set up an appointment because the tires I ordered are supposed to be delivered on Wednesday. The guy answers the phone I tell him I’m wondering if I can schedule an appointment early because they’re supposed to be delivered and he goes okay let me check if they’re here. And I was like they’re not, the email I got said they would be ready by 12 on Wednesday. Then he says he’ll go check. Then when he comes back to the phone hes like we’ll I’m sorry buddy but I don’t see those tires or that name anywhere. And I thought to myself no kidding, because my order isn’t ready yet. So I explained to him again that my order said it would be ready for pickup on Wednesday I just wanted to schedule an appointment to get the tires put on. He says we’ll when did you want to do that. I told him Thursday or Friday if possible and instead of giving me available times or anything he just says we open at 9 on Thursday you can come in then. Took my name and number and then just hung up.“

I had 3 different vehicles in the past year that they have messed up on. They do not change oil filters. Go somewhere else pay a little more because they are frauds.

Not the employees fault, they rock. Management is most definitely inept.

Twice i uave gone to fix a tires, they could not tske the tire.off my car, and the second one a valve stelm, they did not have the tools to remove it(diferent tireboth times after waiting 3+ hours!!!!!!!!! And im not exaggerating it.. THEN went to jack williams and they solved me problem within an hour... no excuses no complaints.... just save yourself a headache and go to jack williams, fair price and fast work also great staff and knowledgeable.

Service Center Hours are 8a to 3pm. Used to be 5pm or 7pm depending on day. That is absolutely ridiculous. I work until 3 and most people work until the hours between 3 and 6. How the heck is anyone suppose the get anything done at this shop. Not everyone has the luxury of taking a day off to get tires and an oil change. Obviously taking business elsewhere.

This review is based solely on the phone conversation that I just had with the Auto Care Center. I had called to see if I came into the store and bought tires if they would be able to mount them onto my vehicle today. The lady who answered the phone informed me that they would not be able to do that because they are pretty much full for the day. I thought ok thats understandable so I asked the next logical question being, Can I schedule an appointment to come in and have the tires done tomorrow to which she replied "No." I was slightly taken aback by this response and hesitated a second before asking my follow up question which was "You dont schedule vehicles by appointment?" To which again she replied "No." At least this time she offered an explanation she continued by saying that basically they take customers in on a first come first serve basis and that they open at 8am and to be sure to arrive early because they fill up for the day pretty fast. Maybe its just me but I have never encountered something so ridiculous in all my years, an Automotive Care Center that basically runs on the same premise as their Deli counter does lol..Let me know if its just me or if anyone else finds this to be a bit off putting to the whole idea of having a vehicle worked on here. Again this rating has nothing to do with the actual services performed inside of the shop itself but rather to the way that they run the shop in general.

I had a tire issue, they helped me out with it, didnt charge me anything. I needed tires sometime later, they gave me a great deal. Will go back again.

Clerk went into the garage for 5 minutes or so came back in after talking or smoking or whatever and said they couldnt help me change my tire around because they are closing in 10 minutes! Seriously not like I have a flat or I wasnt there before the whole 10 minute bell.

I don’t know how the staff does it but good for you. Every time I come up for my oil change I do what nobody else seems to do and that is be an adult and plan ahead.. wait time was 3 hours. Ok. I planned ahead. 2 hour shopping, and came back browsed around the auto center, sat for 30 minutes watching a movie in the waiting room and I couldn’t even enjoy the movie on because people do what they do best in schuylkill county which is complain.. wait time too long.. please just go somewhere else some people actually know things don’t always go as planned with vehicles.. should look at the vehicles that come in there.. buckets on wheels but they expect to be done in a flash.. good greif.. 5 stars to staff, 0 to customers around me. The young man who helped me out was very smart and knowledgeable about my vehicle I believe his name was David. Thank you young man.

Very polite and energetic staff that are very helpful if you need assistance

Called around 12:40pm on a Saturday to see if they were busy. They told me they had two cars in the garage. I arrived around 15 minutes later, waited another 15 to even speak to someone, and suddenly there were 5-6 cars ahead of me. Either everyone decided to get their cars taken care of in about a 20 minute span, or they lied to me over the phone.

Called ahead to verify the tires for my car where available and in stock, the woman answering the phone said the store had 4 in stock. I asked the wait time for service she told me TWO hours. I needed tires so I drove 30 mins to the store, walked in and was told they only had 3 tires! There were three guys working ( actually standing at the counter...NOT ONE CAR was being worked on and only one customer who literally walked in right in front of me definitely not a two hour wait. I would and will not EVER go to this store for auto service again, and WILL NOT recommend them to anyone! I had shopped at this store many, many times before for tires and service....they lost a good customer today!!!!!

WILL NEVER GO BACK! Stopped in and got the standard oil change and it was to include conventional oil, a new oil filter, chassis lubrication, wash exterior windshield, and more. Well my truck never received the chassis lubrication, not one single grease fitting received any grease and they did not wash exterior windshield.
