Quick in and out. Just needed oil and filter. Easy to find but the oil selection was almost empty

They wouldn’t do an oil change because a man was about to leave and the other couldn’t be back there alone… this just happened about 15 minutes ago… I was there before they closed and they refused me as a customer.

Always too busy

I like that you can shop while youre waiting and generally it doesnt take long

No one ever is working back there and when they are it always takes forever

Shop at Walmart frequently, I don’t recommend taking your vehicle here for anything I had something in my tire asked if they could patch/plug it I showed the man where it was and I’ll be damned if he didn’t look at me dumbfounded and say what was it wrong with your car again? I was like dude it’s my tire has a nail in the center tread I just need to patch it till I can get to Firestone tomorrow because I have wheel and tire protection on it and they will replace the tire he said then you need to just leave the mail in there and go to Firestone if you’re not one of our clients?!?!?! Bad for business much!!!

Can NEVER get anyone to answer in Tire and Lube..have called 7 times and someone picks up and hangs up !!!

We called several several times never got a answer. Tried again the next day same thing so we took our business elsewhere and wont be using Walmart again.

Only a couple cars in front of me and a wait time of 2 to 3 hours‽I used to work in a dealership, I can do a complete oil change, tire rotation and 21 point inspection in 30 minutes or less.

I had a blow out on the highway, and was able to make it to Walmart auto center. Now mind u they was about to close and they still put a tire on my car. They was very quick about it too. So I gave them 4 stars....

Couldnt get no one to answer my call

They did a great job with my tires! The manager replaced one of my TPS sensors at no extra charge because he believed they may have damaged it the last time they replaced the tires. While the system was functioning properly, it looked as though one of the sensors had some damage. There would have been no way to prove they did or didnt do it, but just because it was a possibility, he took it upon himself to make it right! It could have been another place that had done it as we have used Walmart and a couple other tire shops in the past. THANKS SO MUCH!!!

Its an inexpensive oil change, that may cost you more in the long run. Overtightened oil plugs, and poor quality filters. My largest complaint is that they dont secure/lock your vehicle after doing the oil change. This has happened three times. Also many of the additional checks they say are performed with your package are just pencil whipped and not completed.

Quick and easy experience would recommend

First thing is CALL. Find out how busy they are. Oil change,tires whatever. Everyone is short handed right now. Prices are good. Service is always about the people.

Stood at the counter waiting to speak to an associate and the person who was working kept walking away from the counter and totally ignored me. I stood there 20 minutes and he never once spoke to me. I figured he could have at least said I will be right with you. Its called manners.

five stars Walmart is my go too place when i need a Halloween costume or simply food it even has a sub way my favorite sub is a tarrie ockie chicken Mme so good and its has candy to shoes to whatever u want but it docent sell scary games but it dose sell the bean bezel challenge.

Great prices on tires

Dropped my car off was told it was going to be an hour and a half for an oil change. They were out of the oil for the change I wanted went back to the counter after doing some light shopping and was told it was going to be an additional 40 minutes so we walked around the store for almost another hour went back to the counter and was once again told it was going to be another 40 minutes after waiting nearly 3 hours for a simple oil change and a heated conversation with the manager the car got finished and I will never take it back again

Would have given 5 stars, but took longer than expected

i will never shop at walmart again do to what happend with the automotive departmenti took my car in and had 4 new tires put on well at first they said 45 min wait ok no prob i had other stuff to do to well after 1.5 hrs i go to see whats taking so long i see the clerk talking to a parts delivery come to find out they had broke one of the tire sensor pressure gauges and wasnt going to tell me until i had over heard the conversation after another 20 minutes they say my car is done but they couldnt reset the pressure gauge i get it home reset it myself then 5 days later go to replace the breaks on my car they had cross threaded the lugs so tight i broke 8 out of 16 of the lugs this place is a friggen joke i am done with this stupid company
