Walmart Photo Center in Wake County

Disappointing service. I had a picture printed here and was notified via text that it was ready. I went to the store to pick it up and was told their machine was broken and no one was in the department. I complained to management who told me to call back tomorrow. I called back the next day and couldnt get a hold of anyone, kept getting transferred and waited for over 10 mins before I hung up. The terrible thing is they have you pay before you pick it up! Its not even worth it to me to go back and get my photo. They need to get their act together.
