Walmart Photo Center in Wake County

No self serve kiosk... OUT OF ORDER for over a month

Do not use this Walmart photo center for anything other than basic prints. I ordered $50 worth of SAME DAY photos (several 5x7s and 3 mounted 8x10s). After numerous calls to check the status of my order and being told their printer is down, with no estimated fix time, I finally received my order. 5x7s were not 5x7, each photo had an extra 2 inch of white space at the bottom that I have to cut off and mounted photos were basically just stuck on a board and cut haphazardly. I will have to use an exacto knife to fix. Very disappointed, will use a reputable photo service in the future. Giving two stars only because staff was friendly.

I tried to have a photo printed on canvas and mounted twice, the first time they used the wrong paper, not canvas, the second I went to the store and order it, I was told it would be ready by 1:30 pm. I got a call around noon and was told the printer was down with no time given for my print. This location can not honor their commitment, I guess they are fine for small prints but I would stay away from anything larger than 5X7. I tried to call them but have been on hold for over 10 minutes with the recording telling me my call is very important to them and to keep holding. HA!!!
