Walmart Supercenter in Weber County

In and out. Was looking for polaroid film 600. Unfortunately the display was empty. No product.

I mean its walmart, on my most recent visit, isles had pallets blocking them. I thought this was kind of dangerous if there was an emergency, it might be hard to get to safety. There were very few checkers it was mostly self check and there was a line for that.

Walmart is my favorite store, best prices and they have everything.

After dealing with Covid for two months, and the other major difficulties I deal with in my life I have to say I absolutely love Walmart and the fact that they deliver groceries. I have myself am disabled, and use their delivery services at least twice a week!!! you go to Walmart

Lots of empty or nearly empty shelves. Employees who are stocking shelves where you are trying to look and not even asking if you need/want them to move.Not the best shopping trip I have had

I hate this Walmart location, they have the laziest employees Ive ever met, they are never stocked on the things their app says they have. Everything is so messy, you cant find anything there. The price tags are never in the right place, they dont ever have cash self check outs open. I hate shopping at this location.

Always so crowded and the customer service has continually gone down hill just in the few short years Ive been going to that Walmart since I live in that particular area. Just not polite at all, could go as far as saying rude. ok.... ya rude! Lol its like there is a ton of workers but no one is doing anything except assume you are trouble makers you can no longer just go and enjoy the store or have fun while you have to go and do unfun things like grocery shop? Just a bummer, I miss the good ole days lol

Ive been coming here for over 5 years to get my groceries at least weekly. The only thing I would like to have is someone to make sure that people are ticketed if they double Park or warned if they Park incorrectly.

Our experience was excellent. We had a wonderful cashier who was courteous and joyful. Great experience. 5/5 stars

I returned some men’s pants on the evening of the 23rd of September. The YOUNG gal working CS almost didn’t give me the “ruined” (machine ate itreceipt, until I insisted. (She was probably distracted by the two YOUNG male employees RACING each other to the CS counter and one knocked into me.Now it’s not showing up as a credit on my account and I’ve called a dozen times and no one will pick up the phone. Since I live in Idaho it doesn’t make much sense to drive to Ogden to get my $22 refund.

I am disappointed that this Walmart is generally more expensive than the one in Riverdale. Especially when you consider that, because of its location, there are probably more people coming here who make less money.

Go to Walmart for cheap and available canned Goats Milk for my baby, whom is allergic to regular baby formula. I appreciate the available stock they have each time I go.

My most recent experience at Walmart was very uncalled for I went there to purchase multiple items. And I was followed and not discreetly and when I went to the self-checkout I had scanned an item, and I had an item I didnt scan in my hand while I was bagging the item that I scanned simply because it was going to be the next item that I scanned. The lady that was stalking and surveying us jumped all over me and said you didnt pay for that item. I said thats why I have not bagged it I will scan it and then bag it. I also informed her that I have done self-checkout a thousand times and I did not need a babysitter. This all simply started because I was wearing a pair of steel-toed shoes that I was going to buy. She told me that I had to take the shoes off cuz I couldnt walk through the store with them I informed her I was going to purchase them and she said well then you need to purchase them if youre going to walk around him. I then said so Im supposed to go pay for this one item just to walk around in them and then go back to pay for all the rest of my stuff and she said yes cuz we dont know if your card is going to declined or not. I then showed her the multiple hundred dollar bills I had in my wallet. Seeing she insisted I still needed to pay for them first. I am not a thief as a paying customer and I was being harassed stalked and followed to the greatest level possible. When she commented on myself check out routine. I then told my wife but I already paid for the shoes and they dont deserve our business if were going to be treated like this so we went to the Walmart on 21st Street to finish our purchases. Dont shop here if you feel that they are going to profile you.

Always some crazy people getting in fist fights and shouting matches in the middle of the store, low stock and dirty and the pharmacy staff is horrible and hostile and dont know or care anything about medicine, health or customer service.

They didnt have any regular Mountain Dew in the six pack bottles! And didnt have any V05 shampoos or conditions on their shelves either. But other than that they were pretty well stocked.

This is a smaller store in comparison to others and is also a little older. It is fine to visit but is always out of a lot of thing. They have a much smaller food section than other Walmarts in the area. There are also traditional checkouts still in place with only a few self checkouts. I prefer to visit others in the area or you may need to visit other stores to get everything you need.

I met a beautiful woman named Tara with an h and she helped me get my accurate prescription medication to show amazing I love her so much and the most innocent way I can she made it so I didnt have to experience any more stupid friends apps from cymbalta withdrawals and she is so awesome and I love Walmart so much for hiring such an awesome pharmacy tech or for all I know shes a pharmacist or shes like the boss I love her shes like a future CEO as far as I know

They tried to lock us in with some strange gate contraption! Tweekers were everywhere, employees were as useless as every other Walmart. Just in the way, no cashiers working. Garbage

They never restock items for months.i dont even shop there anymore because of poor produce. I go out of my way to other Walmart in harrisville or Riverdale.

Nice, newer building. Parking seems more uncrowded than at other sites. Great prices on back to school items right now.

This WalMart is away from the road, thus, is difficult to see from the highway. Clean, organized, helpful sales associates, clean restrooms. It is well stocked, also. Check out was quick. Good WalMart compared to others Ive patroned, across this country.

I remember when Walmart used to Stock shelves at night when they were closed, isles were open and not packed with stuff making you walk three isles over to get what you needed, and when you asked an employee for help the didn’t tell you to hold on because they were texting, I went to get cheese the other day and waited for ten minutes while a female employee was standing there flirting with to male coworkers, there’s something wrong with this location

Has There Ever Been An Actual Good Experience Here? Dang! For A Company whom "is here for the people", You Are Treated Like You Are "less than". I use to work with this one Employee.. @ a different location and I seen her here, ( we were friends). Her Name Is MARIA. ( very short hair, plus size; mostly in self checkout. AND ONE OF THE WORST ATTITUDES EVER!! I seen her here and I was attempting to strike up conversation with her, and I stated, "Hello! I Think I Know You"! And Her Answer is, "NO YOU DO NOT"! "YU DONT KNOW ME"! SHE WEARS HER NAME BADGE BACKWARDS FOR THIS REASON.. AND MANAGEMENT DOESNT EVEN DISCIPLINE.

Ok im not a fan of the self checkout. However I was able to walk in a out to within 5 min with exactly what I needed and no lines or waiting.

This store seems ok the customer service is way better than west valley and friendlier too. And they dont have those speedy checkouts that dont take cash

The Walmart on 20th and wall seems to be a little better the the one in Harrisville although it does not have as many selections the prices seem a little lower.

The cashiering supervisor made religious slurs, so I emailed corporate. Many phone calls and even a zoom meeting later, hw gets to keep his job. Never going back.

The place was packed otherwise would have been 5 stars. The employees were all helpful and friendly.

Why are their pickup signs offset by half a parking to the right? Why is it that when you use their grocery pickup app that it does not ask for the parking spot? It works correctly in every other Walmart Ive ever been to. Weird.

Picked up a few things. We were in and out quickly. Traffic is bad during rush hours. Plus people need to calm down when leaving the parking lot. Driving like fools just to get stuck in traffic.

The Deli department was sorely missing personel. Only one person working and she was in the back. She saw me but ignored me. I finally found the bell for service, and she appeared, because I rang the bell 3 times.Also, there was another employee stocking the front end but was in a personal conversation. She should have been observing the customers and seeing to it that they were properly served.

I am from out of town I came across the most helpful lady in your Walmart. My mother has a broken foot and shae greeted us at the door and helped my mother into a electric wheel chair.her attention and caring warmed her heart. Shes amazing!

If there was an option for zero or even negative stars, this location would easily qualify! Never in my life have I ever been more insulted! Its one thing to judge a book by its cover as they say, but its another thing entirely to judge, persecute & then execute a person solely on their appearance.Last week my husband and I were shopping at this location, getting groceries & things for the weekends holiday activities. We completed our purchases & exited the store. Then, put our items in our vehicle & put the cart back in its proper place. When we got home my husband realized that he left our purchased bag of charcoal in the bottom of the cart! Immediately we jumped back into the car and contacted customer service. We let them know the situation & were told that if the charcoal wasnt still in the cart, they would have security check the cameras.To make a much longer story as short as I can - we got there, no charcoal - after security reviewed the footage we were told that it wasnt their problem. Even though we hadnt left Walmart property with OUR PURCHASED charcoal, someone else had. Which means theres "nothing they can do, policy says that once the merchandise leaves the front doors its not their problem".A few days prior to this I witnessed a woman drop a gallon of milk just outside the front doors, went back in, let them know what happened & got her milk replaced. Of course that made me question this so called policy. I did a little digging and come to find out, its the At Managers Discretion whether or not these items get replaced.So youre telling me, that because me and my husband have tattoos and mohawks, we dont get our charcoal replaced? Even when its right there on the video showing proof that we did not leave Walmart property with our charcoal?Profiled. Every single time.

Two stars for the dork at the cigarette checkout lane for refusing to accept my federal ID. He said it was Utah law not to accept cracked which is wasnt or taped I have tape on the side of license, I use to pull out my ID with ease. I immediately asked for a manager who came up and and told this checker that our federal ids were acceptable. Besides that the store was well stocked and clean. The employees there have no spirit or personality, maybe its a Utah thing. Life is to short it wont kill you to be friendly or smile.

Great hours and selection. Quality of products might be little lower. Not a fan of buying fruits and veggies from here though due to taste being low

So once again pickup has messed up my night. When i arrived at pick up it was before 10p, the app even allowed me to check in, but no one was there. I called & called & it was still 10p...then I went inside, by this time it was 1012p. I asked if they would allow me to get the stuff, it was just a case of water & a 6 pack of tea. Ive spent a lot of time in this particular store. Its comfortable but the last couple years theyre product availability has just been horrible, since the pickup & delivery became so popular. But theyve had issues with people not knowing how, when or if these issues are resolved.. I FEEL LIKE THEYRE TRYING TO GET ME STUCK??? But the pickup and delivery are influenced by so much stuff. Times that I know they had what I ordered - they said they were out of stock, also some products they say that were no longer available for pick up or delivaey. The problem is theyre constantly running out of stock... & no one is really trying to fix it.. I shouldnt go to the store & have them be out of half the things on my list... That Ive bought the same things at least once a month for over 3 years... I wish who ever is doing the

Went to Wal-Mart the other day. Needed a few clothes. Found some on clearance. Plus when I wad there. They had 50% of the clearance price. Was pretty good deals.

I shopped in Walmart yesterday for a battery booster jumper box and bought the Everstart product as well as a hyper tough portable drill and Im highly satisfied with both. The jumper box started my car without a problem and the drill did what a drill does. Although Walmart is the devil it is the only game in town and I will probably go to them forever. I dont even try Target cuz theyre not close by or as numerous. Ive purchased both brands before so I knew what I was getting.

This is the second time I placed a delivery order, and it still hasnt been delivered!! I ordered friday for a 9pm delivery the following day, Saturday. It is 5pm Sunday and it still hasnt been delivered, and Ive called the store at least 20 times but can NEVER get anyone to answer the phone. I finally got thru to customer service but they couldnt get anyone to answer the phone either. My daughter went to the store and spoke to them directly, but my groceries still not delivered!!! Im an invalid and cant go to the store myself. This particular store is the worst! Im switching to walmart on Harrisville road!!!

Carts were pulled out which made it easy to grab. Store was clean and well stocked. Self checkouts were all up and running. No complaints.

Shortages are hitting everywhere. Apparently pasta is the new toilet paper to hoard. Wet cat food too. Went to 2 different Walmarts to get just a few cans.Interaction with employees was great.

Horrible experience this time they dont advertise their products right, I was looking for dog food I saw a 50lb super cheap so carried it to the counter they told me it wasnt the right price on top of that they were rude to me.

Had checked online to see if a bike was in stock, website said yes at this location. Beautiful, sent a family member to pick it up for them to tell him its not in stock. I called and spoke to a sales associate who was absolutely useless. She stated if I ordered it online I could pick it up same day... now wait a minute you just told me you didnt have it in stock so how is it possible to pick it up???Also called the Riverdale Walmart, even worse, I couldnt get anyone on the phone. Incredibly disappointed with the complete lack Id knowledge. Ive unfortunately ordered online for something that we were very excited about only to be emailed the day it was supposed to arrive that it wasnt in stock.

This Walmart is at a beautiful location, you can see snow-capped mountains. On my maiden visit, the layout appeared different from the usual ones. You are invited by an automatic gate before you hit the item shelf. Neat and well stocked and have a lot of variety to choose from for an item. The deli staff was friendly so was the hardworking check-out clerk. The only problem was parking you cannot crisscross from one lane to another!

I like this location, its one of the better locations as in the Weber county area. They have a better selection of products in certain departments. The employees at this location are attentive, knowledgeable and kind. They have never offended me or made me feel any negative way in any situation -examples- returning items, asking for help, price checking or correcting price of product, checking out in the self checkout isle. They are always helpful, willing to help with anything. Ive never had a negative experience at this location. I would recommend this is specific store anytime. If you had the choice between here and Riverdale location. I would choose Riverdale location everytime! Just being honest.

The store was nice and clean. They were in the middle of doing restock but there were not in your way. We found what we needed and the cashier was very friendly which doesnt always happen at Wal-Mart.

Could have been the time I went, but this was the best Wal-Mart I’ve ever entered. Clean and all the items were organized.
