Avoid this place, if you can. The cashiers have been consistently rude, time and time again. Its a demoralizing experience anytime I come here. Use self-checkout when possible, my only issue has been workers acting bothered anytime I have had the audacity to ask a question. Always a bad experience, not recommended.

Found the Halloween costume I was interested in online at Walmart

It sucks, place is dirty, cashiers just scan items ,they dont help bag ,just stand there . First time in 4 months Ive been there wont go back not much savings either.

I was walking around and thinking it was my first time at a Walmart. Plenty of parking and the place could use some updated lighting. Seemed a bit dim. Depending on what you get the prices are competitively priced against competitors. Got what I was looking for and they provided assistance immediately when ask. Friendly and customer service oriented.

Good place to get all your needs. Its typically packed so we get Walmart grocery pickup for the convenience. I always appreciate the friendly people they hire for that

Its Walmart. Cheap prices. Well stocked. Food store here too as well as Auto Center. Purchased tires and no complaints. Service was fast and professional. This is a super store so as to be expected its huge. The staff is overworked but they do their best to be helpful.

Never get a oil change in this location. They drained my wife’s transmission fluid. She has to leave the car there over night.

Was terrible for me.Lighting was so low. Couldnt read the signs or info on what you were looking at. At thought pricing was way to high.Everything was behind glass noughthing to interact with as with basketball hall of fame.I think its way over exaggerated to go see

MOST OF THE TIME I KNOW WHERE STUFF IS , BUT THATS CAUSE IVE BEEN HERE FOR A FEW YRS. IVE NOTICED A PATTERN. WHEN I CANT FIND SOMETHING I ASK THEY ARE ALWAYS HELPFUL SOME ARE NOT HAVING GOOD DAYS BUT THATS UNDERSTOOD LOL (TRY TO ASK A WORKER THATS WALKING THEY HAVE ON A VESTTHEY MAY TAKE U TO THE ISLE THEY BELIEVE IT TO BE IN. P.S OPEN MORE CASHIER LINES CLEARLY YOU NEED THEM IN THE SUMMER. SO BE LIKE NKIE JUST DO IT. THATS MY MAIN ISSUE LINES ARE MAD LONG FROM JUNE/ISH TILL EARLY SEPTEMBER I DONT WANT TO GO TOO LATE AS THEY MAY NOT HAVE MOST OF WHAT I NEED PAST 4PMIS LATE OR ITS STILL BEING PUT ON THE SHELF AND IM NOT GOING TO GET THERE BEFORE NOON LIKE EVER SO....

Nothing special, just a normal Walmart. Parking lot is big and easy to get into. Store is laid out just like every other Walmart. The area does not have too much, it is relatively rural. I didnt see a Target nearby, but I didnt check either.

One of the better Walmarts I been too.

Walmart has stuff you may not get in other local stores, but most of their items are cheap. In price and quality. Their produce doesnt last. So buy what youre going to use or tomorrow it may be on its way out. Its the kind of store I shop at when either no one else has what you want and you cant wait for online delivery. I dont like Walmart since Sam Walton passed. His family made this into the worlds largest store, but their reputation for treating workers badly

Been to many Walmarts, this one ranks pretty low in my book....Overall not the cleanest, and forget using restrooms....Rather go outside!!...Not a good experience overall.

Its a supercenter so it truly has everything you need. Too bad they didnt have any Oneonta ts.

They dont care about customers no one at the fitting rooms and when you go to customer service and they tell you there some one back there and you go to the back and still no one there they have really bad customer service I work retail and if I pulled that I would of been fired.

Would like to apologize for the saying the letter of an improper word to a store greeter that ran outside to be rude She came to our vehicle because my husband took a ride on cart outside to unload. She did not say excuse me I dont know if you know but ride ons are not allowed outside She said sir you cant take these carts outside. He said he was sorry he didnt know. She proceeded to say oh, everyone knows (very sarcasticallyIt has been for months. He said again he was sorry and she still proceeded to belittle him. I got agrivated for her rudeness and told her to take her ------------cart. Again, sorry for the language but she needs a course in speaking to people the right way Thank you for listening. This was around 9:45am on 6/26/2022.

Its Walmart 🤷‍♂️ Staff is present some know what youre taking about, others hung their tinfoil hats up in the break room at the start of their shift.

Only half of the things here are worth getting for food wise other than that almost same price at dollar general if not cheaper at the dollar general for the same products

The checkout lines today were horribly long. Only 5 non-self checkout lines were open. Otherwise, its Walmart - you know what youll get.

Its a Walmart. If you have been to one, youve been to them all. More or less. This one happened to have MTG cards, which was a surprise as I was under the impression that Walmart didnt sell them in stores anymore.

I only go there to buy Minute Maid OJ, you get what you pay for at Walmart, cheap products that dont last.

I tried calling multiple times to see if they had my property in lost and found...I was on hold 10 minutes EVERY TIME before I just hung up. Like, I cant get out of my car and walk that far due to an injury...and Im not trying to waste a trip to see if its there. Come on. Lazy people. Cant even answer a phone

Did a quick shop for some food items. Lets just say Walmart delivered on the carnival freak show but didnt have limes in stock.

Store had many empty shelves, even of their own brands. It really irks me when they have products on the top shelves and you cant reach them. Another lady and myself wanted bread, butthe loaves were on the top shelf and pushed all the way back. No employees available to assist. Same with the small cartons of Half and Half. Lots of cartons, but pushed way back. Another customer reached it for me. Very disappointed in this Walmart.

Just a note for anyone who visits this store from another state; they dont give you plastic bags or paper bags. You must pay for them. I was in self checkout and had no idea this was even a thing. Lol

Its bad enough that you have to pay a nickel for every paper bag you use but you can almost guarantee that they will rip wide open before you get home.

More often than not they are out of stock. I realize there is a pandemic but these are simple things. Beef gravy packets (only carry brown now), certain flavor jars of Prego sauce, offering only 1 scent of a Walmart brand laundry soap and etc. for months. Online is mostly outside vendors. Whats happening?

This Wal Mart sucks. The older ladies that work here are always on the rag, they think they can give you an attitude for asking them something but when you give them one back you are the bad person. To many stuck up b*tches. It should be old hag Mart.

Got all my Easter shopping done in one place our cashier was cheerful and polite even though the store was busy busy

I feel they need knowledgeable workers if their going to hire ppl in specific depts. The lady in the shoe dept was no help & knew nothing about what brands Walmart carries, & every foot or shoe question Id ask I got "I dont know" I was not happy.

One of the cleanest Walmarts in New York. The staff was friendly and helpful. I didnt have to wait long for an item that was locked up. There in-stock on items were good.

The store employee was very polite and helpful, he was very knowledgeable and able to answer my questions and helped me make a decision to purchase a product that was more suitable for my needs. The store was clean and organized.

The vision center was GREAT. The store in general neat and reasonably stock, staff friendly. But EVERY WOMENS BATHROOM WAS MESSY/DIRTY. NO TOWELS TO DRY HANDS. IN STALLS TOILET PAPER ON FLOOR. BROKEN DISPENSERS. SOME TOILETS FILTHY.. I had been there in November the bathrooms were spotless. And it didnt seem like they were short handed either time.

Normally I do not mind this walmart however I have hardly gone here once this pandemic started and their hours changed. They close at 11pm which is ridiculous and they use this pandemic as an excuse still. I dont get out of work till midnight and I used to come here all the time till 2 am shopping because I dont like wasting my weekends I have free to get groceries. There is absolutely no reason they cant go back to staying open all night or even till 2 am other then them being absolutely lazy.If they cant stay open later they need to just shutdown and let other businesses rise.

Currbside pick up is a great and convenient feature and most of what I order is always in stock. If not, they substitute your items, most of the time. The staff is always pleasant. The store is always neat and tidy. I do go in the store for my meat, deli and produce as I like to select my own. The deli needs sprucing up but the staff is always pleasant.

Curbside pickup....with three toddlers, 2 that refuse to wear masks....its the way to go. I cannot speak on fresh produce there, I buy locally, but I get a great deal on all the other items I order at Walmart. Either for delivery or pickup. Thank you.

It was fine. The only thing was it was 12/23/21 and there was 4 lines open. The lines were so long. It took 30-40 minutes to check out.

Walmart was a movie last night. Got lit in the canned food isle with the boys. Mad shorties, always come here to spit game. They also have red-box still for whatever reason. Recommend this walmart to all the brothers its mad brazy yo.

The bag situation at Walmart is a disgrace. The paper bags always rip open when taking groceries into house. Last night I asked to purchase "Reusable" bags. They said they didnt have any. I walked down 5 isles and found Reusable bags for 2.50 a bag. The bag ripped open in my driveway. That store has sales of $200,000 a day, the carts are awful and they dont provide bags to put the $300 worth of goods I buy there a week. I am going to start shopping anywhere but Walmart going forward. Other places may have higher prices, but it will be worth it.

Closest store to my daughters college. Go there often with her. Store is clean and well stocked but never has enough cashiers. Self checkout is impossible with large orders. Overall always a good experience here.

I went to walmaRt the other day to get 1 thing which obviously turned into more then one thing. I went to self check because the 4 reg lines were backed all the way up to the clothes. Sadly enough because it was cash the whole order had to be voided. Thankfully customer service was taken ppl to cash out. When I got up there I had decided the make up I was gonna purchase I didnt want I had already spent more money then I wanted to. After purchasing my items and telling the cashier have a good day I proceeded to exit the store only to be stopped by 2 ppl and be accused of stealing. After finding nothing they didnt even apologize. Something like that is down right embarassing. A week later it happened again, only this time I hadnt even reached the check out yet. This never happens when my hair is brown and Im in my work clothes, but because my hair was green and then purple and I had on sweats because it was my day off they automatically assumed I was stealing from them. Try catching ppl that are actually stealing from you leave the innocent ones alone. If it continues to happen I will be hiring a lawyer.

Have been stopping in daily to purchase a hunting license in the sporting goods section. Have not been able to get this license for a week due to their system being down. I tried to pick up some goods while there and use the scan and go as a cash purchase but told if I wanted to use cash I would have to get on a cashier line.I DONT THINK SO!! I PUT MY GOODS DOWN RIGHT THERE AND LEFT THE STORE!So much for customer service or convenience.I dont find anything Super about this centerGuess I will get my license at the town clerk and shop at Price Chopper and elsewhere for my other needs.Not to mention the 4 employees standing in a circle having a conversation while customers are in need of help.If Walmart can not attend to my needs as a customer, I dont need to shop there.As big as Walmart is , they probably wont miss me, and from my last week of experience, they probably wont care

I was in total awe, this store has everything. I must be more careful my next trip."I spent money I had no intention on spending!" However, I was happy with my purchases. Tip for first time or occasional shoppers, "separate your funds," and have fun!

Never pick up phone calls! Always have to wait for assistance! Some of the workers are very rude and snotty. I will cash out at the garden center as that is where you will find the nice people. Very polite and respectful! Whish I knew the to ladys names.

Did my first pick up order, just for fun to see how the process worked. Built my cart online, follow directions, called when I got there all my items were ready. Frozen items were in great shape. Although I love going into the store I will use this service again. In general my store is a pretty good one. The staff is helpful and friendly.

This Wal-Mart is nicer and larger than the one in Norwich. Larger gives more options in terms of product selection and availability. Their grocery section definitely is great and has some hard to find items. Their electronics section is smaller than expected, and their book and magazine selection is exceedingly small.
