Very nice eye Dr. Been a customer for many years and very satisfied with their service
I broke my glasses today and unfortunately dont have the ability to buy a new complete pair. Dave (I apologize, it could be Dale. Im terrible with names.spent almost 40 mins helping me find a pair of frames that would work with my lenses. He was so sweet! I am so grateful.
Rude plus they don’t have many choices
Melinda did a quick and great job adjusting my glasses! Highly recommend.
I had to set a one star previously but I’ve been going here for the last two years and within the last year has definitely gone up..
My son had a foreign object in his eye after going to the emergency room they could not do nothing for him I called Walmart within one hour they had him taken care of they got the metal out of the eye I Just Want To Praise them for their quick reaction probably saved his eyeball thank you so much
Excellent Service!
Satisfied Valued Customer!!! Thankyou. Y.B.
Horribly rude staff! Claimed they didnt have my contact prescription and that i would have to pay for another exam(that i already got 5 months ago)and refused to sell me contacts. Now i am going to be blind. Horrible. Never again!
Great service, friendly staff. Been getting my eye glasses here since I started wearing prescription glasses and they never disappoint.
Awesome vision specialists. Id recommend this store to everyone
The staff are so friendly and helpful. They are determined to help you even if it means taking a little longer with you. I recommend you check it out. They are extremely busy at all times however they do give undivided attention once it’s your turn.
Not even a patient there but they tightened my glasses for me and did not charge me for the service!!! Thank you! Since my optometrist retired I think Ill switch to Walmart Vision!!!
Update - Amy= rude, rude, rude. And, you get what you pay for...Glasses broke after about only nine months! I’m a middle-aged woman that’s gentle on my eyewear so I’d definitely not purchase children’s glasses here. Supposedly there is a year guarantee. When I just called to ask about getting just the frames replaced (broke when just picking them up - the hinges are PLASTIC, just made to look like metal), Amy “we could possibly do that if we can find a frame that’s the same size”. Sighing with each question like a customer is her biggest inconvenience. Never once did she mention, after I told her they broke within nine months, about their guarantee. My glasses were around $300, for reference.Previously, just after getting glasses:Pleasantly surprised as I am not a fan of this particular Walmart ever since I visited one time and a group of men were selling drugs in the aisle! Both times I went in, I did so as soon as they opened on a weekday. I’m guessing from other reviews that weekends and evenings are not a fun experience. The woman that helped me was knowledgeable, informative and thorough. I didn’t get a call when my glasses came in - I specifically recall updating my contact number. Also, the glasses were $300 cheaper than a small practice we had supported for a good 15 years - and that’s with Walmart not accepting our insurance (Aetna)!
Despite not having purchased my glasses from Walmart I needed them straightened before a trip and my normal optometrist is an hour away. I went in and was greeted promptly and helped out right away. Heidi did a great job fixing my glasses and was very quick and professional.
I stood at the front counter and didn’t even get acknowledged for 5-10 minutes. No one even told “hang on just a second” “we’re a tad busy hang on” nothing absolutely nothing.Went there today to pick up my glasses that one person told me they’d be ready by today and I go in there after I waited for nothing to just get told that it’s an estimated date
The optical store & its staff are very professional & friendly people to work with.
I love their selection of glasses. I wemt in the the other day and it was one person helping everyone, so when she got to me, she tried ro rush through helping me. The vision center is too popular just to have one person waiting on people. Get it together
Dr. OReilly and his staff are amazing! I am from Dallas and thought I had a contact lense torn in eye emergency. They saw me right away and discovered it was a scratch. Dr. OReilly made sure I had extra contacts, affordable medicine and the office visit cost was amazingly low and fair.I had to give the Doc a big hug as he really took good care of me.
