These folks are great, from the sales to startup technicians. We camped 2 nights in Shipshawana to familiarize ourselves with our new 2023 Geo Pro 20FBS. We had zero issues during that time. We are completely satisfied with our experience at Wanna RV Center. Even though this is their busy time of year, they had our new Rockwood 2205S ready for delivery a week earlier than expected. There was a lot to go over during our walkthrough, yet they took the time to answer all of our questions.

We ordered a new 2022 Minilite 2204s from Wana RV on November 18, 2021. It was completed at the factory and picked upby Wana on Memorial Day weekend 2022. Including prep time and when we could travel our wait was six months and 26 days until we picked up on June 13, 2022. The pickup process was smooth and the walk through was informative. Our hitch was installed and it’s operation was explained to us. All of the questions we could think to ask were answered. The service staff made sure our truck brake controller was adjusted to the trailer so we would have no issues. Our paperwork was completed with JoLisa with whom we had ordered the trailer several months before. She was quick, efficient and made sure we understood everything. We did experience three cost increases that were passed down from Forest River to us through our wait. We understood this was possible from the start. We felt the increases were as minimal as possible and not exorbitant. The whole process took about two and a half hours. We were very pleased with our decision to purchase from Wana RV despite the distance we had to travel. We have previously owned a TT and 5th wheel so we felt we got as good a deal as possible and saved some money too. We realize there will probably be some issues down the road but feel Wana will try to assist us however they can. It was a long process but we are excited to live the RV adventure again now that we are both retired. Thanks Wana and Happy Trails everyone!!

The staff at Wana RV Center are friendly, professional, and very accommodating. They also beat any of our local dealers prices so we traveled out there to pick up our new camper. They were sympathetic to our needs and even corrected a few issues with our camper while we were there. We actually camped very close to them in a nearby campground in Shipshewana, IN. We did have an issue with the heater and they sent someone out to the campground within 30-minutes to rectify the situation. Of course, it was operator error and not the fault of the camper or Wana RV. On our way out of town to head back to NH, we stopped for an 11am appointment to take care of a few minor punch list items. They were quick and efficient and very easy to do business with. They even arranged financing and insurance so it was one stop shopping. This is the second unit we have purchased from them and will do it a third time if the opportunity arises.

Very long but good ordering experience.We were kept informed of what was happening. The delivery went smooth, staff was friendly and helpful. So far the Rockwood has been very good, no complaints.

This place is so awesome. I want to let everyone know that if you go with Wana RV you are getting an amazing deal. Devin was so helpful in getting us everything we needed. And we highly recommend.

Great experience with Wana RV, specifically JoLisa and Keaton. We have been working with them for months (due to the current demandbut they have answered every question we had and provided all the information they had as things progressed. We were hesitant to use a dealer so far away, but would not think twice about using Wana again!

We applied with a pre approval for in house financing. We werent told that you have to put a huge deposit down to hold the travel trailer. Within a day we got the purchase packet, yet they sent a follow up email that they sold it two days later. We went with a smaller company and found the same style camper!

I had looked locally for a Rockwood and found my dealer didn’t carry many models and I prefer to not do business with Camping World in the first place. I searched the web and came across glowing reviews for Wana Rv; I contacted them and Devin was prompt to reply and answer all my questions in a timely manner. I ordered my 2021 Rockwood 2706WS in late November and requested it be ready for pickup in late April of ‘21. The staff at Wana made that happen and I began the 3600 mile round trip from Idaho to go pick it up. Walk through was thorough and to the point, any questions I had were answered. Paperwork and payment took all of 5 minutes and there was no add ons or buy this or buy that. Just simple paperwork as it should be! I brought my WDH that I previously used abs they allowed me to park my truck and trailer in their shop to install it myself. If you want to save a lot of $$ and deal with honest people, who are genuinely courteous, give Wana RV a call and price out a trailer. 3600 miles over 4 days was quite the journey but for what I saved and the ease of the process, it was absolutely worth it.

These guys have the best prices. I drove 4 hours and saved thousands of dollars. Dealers in my area (Cleveland, Ohiokept raising their prices every few weeks as prime season approached. I spent a lot of time researching, and I know that I saved at least 5 or 6 thousand dollars on my travel trailer. They are right down the road from the manufacturing plants. I would recommend anyone make the drive to Indiana. They also have a good selection of accessories. Devin took our sale over the phone. Justin coordinated our pickup date, and everything went great. If I want a different trailer in the future, I will start my search at Wana RV Center.

Friendly, professional folks and the best prices in the country. Whats not to like? We drove there from Michigan, which is only 4 hours away. There were people there from the Northeast and Southwest who made the drive. Theres a reason people drive that far.

We found Wana RV online because they had the exact camper we were looking for. However, we live in Virginia. Devin was our salesperson and he was AWESOME. He walked through everything with us over the phone and endured multiple emails. He was patient, not at all pushy, upfront and honest. When it came time to pick up our camper, they were ready for us to do our walk through and prep our truck. Bill did an excellent job at that and all the service department were friendly and efficient. JoLisa was welcoming and kind and made sure we had all we needed. There was a hiccup with our closing and financial info, but they were extremely apologetic and offered us the use of a truck to visit downtown and store credit for the inconvenience. Justin was a stand up manager and worked to make it right. This place is very welcoming and feels like family. I would not hesitate to drive 20 hours round trip to buy from them again!

I bought my trailer and hotch about 5 years ago, very very happy experience! I have bought other camping item there too. Sad to say my hitch was stolen! Wana RV had my records from the item bought and was able to replace the hitchbwith the same specs. They stayed open after hours FOR ME! Great people to do business with! And I thank them again!

We purchased our new Rockwood 5th wheel camper from Wana RV. We drove from North Carolina to Shipshewana, Indiana to pick it up. If you want honest people that try their hardest to make sure everything is right and you want the absolute best price then Wana RV is your dealer. Ordered a new camper and the staff was very helpful and made everything very easy with us coming from out of state to pick it up. Everything was setup and ready for the quick last minute installations and walk through etc. Needless to say I am very pleased with are purchase but one thing that kinda left a salty taste in my mouth so to speak and this could very well be my fault but the dealership did send us a check for are state sales taxes and plates and supposedly they go off of a chart for different states but when we went to pay this and get hard plates there was a significant difference almost $500 dollars but overall I would recommend this dealership but I would warn anyone coming out of state for a purchase.

Just picked up a new Rockwood Ultra Lite; wonderful experience from start to finish with Wana RV. Great staff, great prices and always ready to discuss or answer questions about my out of state purchase (California). Despite the 2,200 mile difference in our locations, I would not hesitate to do it all over again!

We were looking for a bunkhouse and found the model we wanted near Madison, WI. I did an internet search to see the pricing since the dealer said they would match any internet price. I found Wana RV and they were WAY less expensive and they included starter items like a battery, full LP tanks, hoses, and adapters! It was totally worth the drive to get it there. The people are awesome and they do a very good job of getting you information about your camper. If we are ever in the market for another camper we will be sure to check with Wana RV again.

Bought our hybrid here April 2019. 8 months later I contacted them for a new door sweep. Skylar said there should be a part number on it but we found none. A few weeks later, we received a sweep but was not the right one. Sent it back with a small piece of our old sweep. Heard nothing for weeks and thought they gave up. Then an email recently from Skylar asking for an address to send what he says is the correct sweep. While it took a while for a response, I commend the diligence and pursuit of customer satisfaction. They had a camper I was interested in I called on Wednesday to tell them Im interested in it and see if they could hold it until following Monday since I was 2 hours away, Devin said sure thats not a problem. I called Friday morning to tell them I was coming Saturday instead and got a time all setup. They call back Friday afternoon and tell me they just sold it.

Wana RV Center ReviewWe recently purchased a new 2020 Rockwood Ultra-Lite Travel Trailer 2707WS. As many RV owners know purchasing a big purchase item such as a RV can be overwhelming at times. Add having a brand new one built with the specifications you want is even more stressful. Finally traveling 1,357 miles to pick up the RV and bringing it home was even more challenging.We did extensive research as we always do with big purchases. We both agreed with this model because of how it was made and the options we wanted. We reached out and contacted RV dealers within several hundred miles from our house. We found Wana RV over the internet and started e-mailing them for the model and items we wanted. They instantly beat total delivered price by as much as $14,000 to their competitor’s prices. The salesman (Devin Puckettanswered all our many questions very promptly and was very knowledgeable and professional. It took the manufacturer, Forest River a long (to us8 weeks to get our RVs production done. We had to modify our camper building to store our new camper in since our first camper was much smaller. He was prompt with accurate measurements for that as well. We also learned over those 8 weeks that Wana RV was a small company that did not pressure us for anything. When we arrived to pick up the camper it was exactly what we ordered except for a minor issue that was fixed with a quickness. The President (Gary Milleralso gave us a friendly greeting and was there for us with any questions or comments. They gave a very extensive one hour walk through of the camper answering many other questions. The Service Manager (Kerry Schrockalso helped us with an electrical issue promptly and very professionally. We took ownership of the camper within two hours of our appointment including the 1 hour walk through.We highly recommend Wana RV to anyone wanting to purchase any RV they sell. The main reasons for this recommendation are their great prices, very friendly staff, knowledge and promptness they continually showed us. Finally, the location of their store a few miles away from Elkhart Indiana, the RV Capital of the world, gives them less overhead and a great rapport with the different RV manufactures. We purchased a Puma park trailer in Aug. 2016.. Our buying experience, sales people, service were exceptional !! We went to turn on our air conditioner this year, it came on but did not blow out cool air..I called service dept. On a Thursday, told me they would put in a call..recieved a call back the next day..They came out the following Tues...checked it out and compressor was not working..took a new air conditioner out of a box they brought with them, had it in about 20 minutes...All I can say is their service is AMAZING !! SO HAPPY we bought from Wana RV!! Recommend them 100%..Great prices..they cant be beat !!

Ive purchased 4 RVs in the last 8 years and this was by far the best buying experience Ive had. They gave me a great price without any games or extra charges.They gave me a fair price on my trade-in and the delivery was spectacular. They noticed a problem with the awning and replaced it while I signed papers. I couldnt have asked for a nicer process.

Ordered a Rockwood 5th wheel through Wana RV. We live in Arizona and drove to Indiana to pick it up. The whole process was smooth and no pressure at all. Wana RV accommodated all my requests, fixed one minor problem with the 5th wheel, and the price was excellent. Would definitely do business with them again.

Weve bought two travel trailers from Wana rv and are planning on a third purchase. This is truly a great place to do business. The staff is friendly and welcoming, the business is organized and informative and Id recommend then highly. We want to thank Wana RV staff for making our 1st travel trailer an easy and pleasurable experience.Communication is by far the best,they always answer you back with any questions in a timely manner(same day).The purchase and walk-thru only took us an hour and a half.They leave the trailers unlocked on Sunday so you can look through at your leasure.We drove all the way from Brandon Fl to buy our Geo Pro 19fbs and stayed at Shipshewana Campground North to get used to the trailer before heading back to Florida.We camped 8 days on our way back and everything was perfect.It was a nice trip and Shipshewana is a beautiful Amish town with a lot to do.We are so glad we went to Shipshewana for our Geo Pro,and would recommend it to anyone.Its worth the drive and the Savings is awesome as they are made here locally,so take the trip and enjoy the best buying experience ever.Happy Camping! I have researched several RV dealerships throughout America, and I am so glad that we finally decided to choose Wanna RV. We are from Oregon and picked up our RV and had hesitations about size, their whole staff was super accommodating and patient with us while we first timers were going through our decision-making process. We picked up our RV and traveled for a month and a half in it and everything was so great! We are heading back to Oregon and had our RV service here yesterday, and they are still just as amazing group of people then as they were when we purchased it. The prices are unbeatable, and the genuine honesty of each person that works here you cant put a price on that. Wanna RV will always have a customer with us when we upgrade in the future. Dont waste your time going anywhere else in the United States to buy your fifth wheel or travel trailer. Just come here and you wont regret it!!

Weve bought 2 other campers at another dealership and they didnt hold a candle to Wana RV. We drove 700 miles to buy our camper from them but it was worth it. Not only did we save $4000 over the price of our local dealer, but we saved an additional $1,200-1,700 on fees, which they dont have. The salesman, Keaton was wonderful and Mike, who did our walk-through spent probably 45 minutes with us, going over every inch of the camper. They even gave us a free starter kit with hoses, tank treatment, and TP! It was a long, long drive but well worth it. I HIGHLY recommend Wana RV.

Great buying experience. Prices are listed and no haggling or pressure to buy. Walk the lot and look at whatever you want. If you have any questions go in the office and ask. We drove 455 miles to get our RV from Wana because of their price and their no hassle or pressure sales. If I ever buy another RV you can be certain that I am going to Wanna! No 5 star rating because surely they couldve detailed our new rig before we picked it up. ☺

We bought a new 40 park model Puma a year ago. Right off the bat, the sliding door didnt shut, was told how to fix it. Then the handle broke, they sent the handle with instructions on how to replace it. We had snags in our wallpaper, and was told to send photos (havent heard back on that). Then one of the compartments was getting flooded, I was told HOW to caulk it. Then the radio went out, was told to check fuse in radio and fuse box. They were good. Called them back to send service guy out. We were told they would have charge us. I explained we purchased the extended warren, and was told they would still have to charge us. We asked what the warranty actually covered since I was the one fixing everything and that if that is going to be the case, we were going to have to ask for our money back on extended warranty. We were told to "do what we have to do". So buyer beware, even if its new, your basically getting it "as is".
