We recently bought a house from team burns, when even after passing inspection with minimal problems listed, the home shouldve been a buyer beware listing because the seller was not truthful on his disclosure, and we spent unforseen money and time on repairs team burns still was there to see us through the home warranty process as well as our own repairs and ward help us compensate for some of those repairs out of his own pocket. Truly very caring real estate company hopefully we never need a real estate company again but if we do we will be back.

Best real estate company in Siloam Springs- hands down. Small, locally owned and run by family.

I hate to write this review for the entire company of Ward Jones because I know they have a great reputation in the community, however I did not have the best experience with Jered Jones. They sent my realtor the wrong floor plans and did not want to take any responsibility. When we complained, his response, mostly by text, was "let me know if they want to break the contract." Like they did not care at all. Also, his responses were always short and not very professional.
