We have had Steve come out a few times and I just wish he could also be an electrician and take care of some other things were in need of. One time he came out to fix an issue with our bathtub faucet and after almost an hours worth of work he couldnt fix it permanently, he needed to order a different part, and he never even charged us for that hour he was there doing the temporary fix. When he needed to order things for repairs, he didnt bill us for it. He also had no problem working with us for the payment at a time where money was tight. He was very understanding and flexible. He is always kind, polite, professional, fast, HONEST, and has no intention in trying to scam you. I feel like he understands that when youre honest and forthcoming, you get repeat customers and those customers tell their friends and family about you. Steve totally gets it. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Always on time. Always professional. Always positive. Doesnt try to sell anything that is not essential to the job at hand. Very considerate of the time. Gives great advise. The invoice for payment is always less than expected! Worth way more than 5 stars.
