Had my old Chris Craft completely reupholstered. They did an incredible job. Turned out way better than I expected.
Very professional, explained prices and other very well. Did what they said they would do, did it in time frame they said. Easy to work with. Would use them again.
If I could leave a 0 star I would I took my truck in to get the head liner fixed and my tv in my truck was working when I dropped it off then I picked it up and it was broken they never fixed it.
I had both front seats of my Acura TSX wearing thin and cracking. Mike and his team did a great job in recovering them for a good price and quickly.
The work literally speaks for itself. Came to Mike at Wasatch with a very specific idea in mind and he made it happen. Fully custom boat interior on my mastercraft is absolutely one-off and flawless. He will be doing ALL of my upholstery work in the future.
Quality work and very easy to work with. Thanks guys
I found this shop organically and am pleased. I had work done and have more for them to do. My expectations were low going in because Ive learned that is the best approach. After getting the work done my expectations have been raised significantly thanks to Good Work. Well done.
These guys do amazing work. Highly recommend
Very happy with the top on my 66 Olds. I had it done last year by another local shop and there were multiple issues. Finally called Mike. He walked me through the process, showed me the quality of top he would be using and promised things would be done right. There was a delay from the time I put my deposit down and when the top actually arrived, but in todays supply chain world, it was actually shorter time that I expected.Brought the car in on a Tuesday, top was completed by the following Monday. It is amazing how much better the top looks - not just quality but installation and parts/materials used. And very reasonably priced based on work done and materials used. Ill be proud to show the car this year - with the top up as well as down.I will definitely refer others to Wasatch and will use them again if I need further work done.
Wasatch upholstery took excellent care of me. My car was in the shop and protected at all times. The guys were respectful and did an amazing job. I would recommend them to everybody
These guys are top notch and we’ll be using this company forever!! Great work on a bench from our party bus that was demolished. They made it look brand new and reinforced it perfectly. Customer service was also as good as it gets.
These guys were awesome, fast, and most importantly, honest. We had a repair that I hoped would be quick and easy, and I was able to email them pictures and they got me on the schedule. Quoted over the phone around $300, which was cheaper than I expected. When they were done, they charged me even less because it took less time. Total props for the honesty, and the good work.
We have been customers for a few years now.Weve taken our work and personal vehicles for seat repairs. Our RV dinette and couch cushions.Excellent customer service and work!
My husband had custom work done to his collectible car. They did a great job. They car about the cars they work on.
Superior customer service and quality. Mike (ownerand his team worked closely with me to ensure that they would do exactly what i wanted. They recovered my factory seats with leather at a fraction of the cost to have this done at the dealership. Installed seat heater too! Highly recommend.
Highly recommend these guys. Very professional. They repaired my drivers seat in my truck and fixed my seat pockets on the back of both seats. Gave me a quoted price and when I picked up they said it was less than they thought and charged me less!! Nobody does that, they just keep the price they quoted you! Stand up in every way, plus their work is top notch.
I highly recommend this business for your all upholstery needs; automotive, motorcycle, etc. Corey & Mike are amazing workers at this place, clean trustworthy, communicative and very professional individuals. They will go the distance to find the exact or near exact hides you need. This facility doesnt miss a step. Very happy customer here.
Highly recommend Wasatch Upholstery! Mike and his crew have re-covered headliners and pillars on two of my P38 Range Rovers. Mike knew exactly what matched my older vehicles interior and also gave options for an updated look. They have also made a custom heavy duty boat cover for my 24ft surf boat. We live in an area prone to high winds and Mike recommended a specific heavy duty fabric. The cover is perfect, very well made and durable. All the projects have been completed quicker than expected, at a reasonable price and with quality craftsmanship. I have more classic car interior restoration projects that I will only take to Wasatch Upholstery.
Mike was great to work with he fixed a tear in my seat and redone my car headliner on a Chryler 300c definitely recommend
These guys went above and beyond on seat rebuild for my 1985 El Camino. They dealt with frustrations of a 3rd party supplier that provided substandard materials. They ended up rebuilding seats and did outstanding job for my baby.
Did a great job on the interior door panel on my mustang GT. They did a quick turnaround for me and it matches great.
Mike is very professional, spent time with me choosing leather color, and perforation sizes to match existing 16 yr old upholstery, He and his crew always wore masks, and i felt safe around them. My finished product was better than original, and is more comfortable than original!
I purchased a seat from a "custom builder" in California called C&C. When I received it the seat didnt fit my Harley the way it should and they would not stand behind it to make it right only gave me excuses, not what you expect for the price of a "handmade"seat. So I contacted Wasatch. They were more than helpful with a resolution for my issue and had it taken care of quickly for a minimal charge. Next custom handmade seat I purchase will be from Wasatch. Their customer service, craftsmanship and quality are TOP NOTCH!
Wasatch Upholstery replaced the top on my Porsche 911. The quality of the work was excellent and the price was very fair. Mike was great accommodating my schedule by allowing me to pick up the car on the weekend.I have an MGB that needs the top replaced and based my experience, they will be doing the work.
I have been rebuilding some old school jet skis. Mike and his team re-upholstered a sit down skis seat for me and then several pieces on a stand up ski I restored. The pieces look better than original!! The quality of their work and turn around time was superior. They have earned my business forever, and will get any referrals I can give.
Quality of Work – 3 of 5 StarsAbility to Quote Work – 1 of 5 StarsCustomer Service – 2 of 5My entire experience was with “Mike”, who handles the phones and acts as a Service Manager and face with the customers. Looking online, the owner is listed as Michael Robbins, so I’m assuming “Mike” is also the Owner.Every time I spoke with Mike, I felt like my call was inconveniencing him. He said I needed to bring the vehicle in to him for a visual assessment for a quote, which was reasonable.I took the vehicle in. I showed him the chair and told him “I want to do whatever it takes to make this chair right.” I told him about my lumbar back issues and how I wanted to replace the foam in the back and the seat and redo all the leather and make it look and feel right. When I brought the vehicle in on the scheduled date, he walked out to the vehicle and looked at the seat and said, “Oh wow. This is way bad. I only quoted you the driver seat cushion. This is way worse than that and needs way more work.” I said, “Well, I brought it in to you 3 weeks ago, you looked at it, and I told you to do whatever it takes, price is not an issue.” He then said, “Well I’ll have to charge you more for the backrest, the armrest, and cleaning the plastics.” I said, “Fine, price is not an issue.” At this point I’m thinking, “I don’t get how I’m inconveniencing you. I’m the ideal customer telling you I don’t care how much it costs, but just do your job and make it right.” Throughout the process, I got text messages and calls saying basically, “Man, this is so much harder than what we quoted.” I don’t really care how hard it is. That’s why I’m paying you to do it. Don’t complain about what a burden I am to you. I’m your customer—just charge me accordingly and do the work. He sent a picture of the seat frame which had a crack and said, “You don’t want to weld this to fix it for $40, right?” Why assume I don’t want to when I’ve said about 6 times now, “I want to do it right. I don’t care what it costs.” $40 is nothing. Seriously? I told him to fix it. More complaining but they did it.An hour before they close I get a call saying, “we haven’t done your armrest yet. It’ll have to be Monday.” I left it over the weekend and picked up on Monday.I go to pick it up and he walks out with me to see if I’m satisfied. I asked if he replaced the back foam. He said, “No, you never said to, so we didn’t. We only replaced the seat foam.” Seriously? All along I said I have lumber back issues and want all the foam replaced. The coloring between the patched new leather and old leather was not similar. It was clearly obviously patched. The stitching and patchwork looks good, but would probably only look truly good. if the entire seat’s leather was replaced, not just patched. Again, I said TONS of times, “I don’t care what it costs, just do what it takes to make it right.” Why patch spots, especially after you see that the color of the leather you “matched” doesn’t match?! Again, more complaining. I finally said, “look, I really care how it feels. It’s fine.” He then told me the foam they bought was the wrong foam and too large for t seat, so it took them a ton of time extra to compress it and make it fit.I paid and left. When I got in the car, the final straw hit: they re-installed the seatbelt backwards so it’s reverse. They provided satisfactory (not good, great, or excellentwork, with poor customer service. I paid the bill and am not disputing it, but I would not return if I ever need upholstery again.
Replaced the fabric on my convertible top.It looks nice, and the price was not unreasonable, however...Had to wait about 2 and a half months to get in.And that was after I had already given them a considerable deposit for the fabric. After install, the headliner now grabs on the back seat durring opening and strains its motor and the fabric instead of the smooth glide like it had before they worked on it. There are a number of places outside, (where the top rides on its supports), that the tacks under the fabric have left small nipples that will certainly wear through prematurely. I expect tiny holes in these locations within the next couple of years. The staff was nice enough, and as I said, the price was not outrageous, but no discount was offered for the extensive wait.I regret not spending the extra money and taking it somewhere else, because Im pretty sure I will have to replace this top again in a couple of years.
Wow they did a awesome job. Matched the fabric. Replaced the foam. And a very reasonable price. Excellent customer service. Amazing workmanship. Highly recommend this company.
Mike is great to work with. He replaced my old, worn carpet in my boat with Gator Step decking. The boat manufacturer didn’t have the floor template available so Mike patterned it out for me and made it look like it did come from the manufacturer. He kept me updated throughout the process and the quality of his work made the inside of my boat look brand new. I would definitely recommend Wasatch Upholstery and will use them again in the future.
Excellent work for a very fair price. Everyone I dealt with new what they were talking about and gave honest advice for the best results. Thanks I’ll be back with my boat!Rich C
Wasatch Upholstery is a professional company that took pride in selecting the correct leather to replace three sections in front seats on my 2008 Acura TL and Mike matched it perfectly and did an excellent installation job.
My truck has a structural issue with the seat, causing the bottom seat foam to feel broke down and uneven. Mike did the job right, reinforcing the entire seat while installing a new seat foam bottom at an unbeatable price.
Absolutely amazing work just had my wifes driver seat repaired and it turned out perfectly and at a really reasonable price I will definitely be a repeat customer with future vehicles
Really enjoyed working with Mike on getting my boat seats looking better. His with matching colors was greatly appreciated and the seats turned out great.
Mike is great to work with. First, he quoted me the cost of reupholstering most of my damaged seat panels, but then advised me that I could save money by going to Alea Leather’s website and making a design for all three rows. He then worked with Alea Leather and made sure they didn’t nickel and dime on every piece of the kit. He ended up saving me $200 due to a mistake by Alea Leather. He also accommodated my last minute design changes and customized parts of my design where necessary to ensure the best fit and appearance for my vehicle. Lastly, when I tried to give him a tip for the great work, he refused. Not only did he refuse a tip, but he gave me a military discount instead. If you have something to reupholster, go to Wasatch Upholstery and ask for Mike. If you don’t have anything that needs reupholstering, then buy something ugly to take to Mike.
Mike was friendly, fast, and well priced. The work he did on my chairs, is better than the original. I will definitely recommend him to all!
Mike was amazing to work with he talked to you with the upmost respect. I’m so excited that I chose to work with these guys. The work was outstanding and they have a customer for life.
I totally recommend Wasatch Upholstery to EVERYONE. They did such an amazing job on my Range Rover headliner and sunroof. It’s gorgeous and I can’t wait to see it put back together. Thanks for the professional and quick work y’all do!!!!
Mike, Cory and the rest of the team at Wasatch Upholstery are amazing! The quality of work and attention to detail are second to none. I have a 20 year old Tacoma and Mike helped me get the right fabric for a perfect match, he not only repaired the area I needed fixed he rebuilt the foam and support of the seat so it’s better than new...ready for another 20 years! I wouldn’t use anyone else, reasonable, fair and honest and outstanding work!
Wasatch Upholstery was recommended to me by a previous customer. I brought in a 1967 Mustang coupe for seats, headliner, carpet, and upholstery on the rear quarter panels. Mike Robbins and his crew had it done in just a few days. I like that Mike is a perfectionist and looks for the small things to make each project look it’s best. The interior of my Mustang is absolutely beautiful.
Mike does very high quality work. My job was particularly complicated and my boat interior looks fantastic. I would absolutely recommend his shop.
Responded very quickly gave me a good price and worked me in the schedule quick too. Matched my existing leather super well. I’ll be going back to get the other seats done in the future.
Mike and his crew are exceptional craftsmen. Quality is impeccable and prices are below competition. Work done on time and professional attitude is evident. In all 3 jobs theyve performed for me, they have exceeded expectations.
They recently replaced a side panel on my Honda pilot. They did an excellent job and went above and beyond. Much better price than competitors. I highly recommend them.
I took a seat cover that was ripped for repair and was hoping to get it back sometime this week as he was busy with other works. Mike, fixed it perfectly while I waited! Definitely recommend his workmanship and great customer care .
I brought a small job to Mike and was so pleased that I took my other car to him. The man has a real talent. He doesnt just match the materiel... he even matched the stitching on my jobs; but the real test is how these jobs hold up. Ive waited a year to write this review; both cars have had serious wear and still look perfect. Great customer service, reasonable price, on time, best quality.
We worked with couple of upholstery companies in SLC and Davis county because my husband owns a high end detailing business for aircraft, autos, and marine but none of them could deliver in quality and price. Finally, someone referred us to Mike (the ownerand we were pleasantly surprised by his works--best quality in the industry and very reasonable price! I would recommend Wasatch Upholstery to anyone.
Mike does amazing quality custom work for a fair price, he has an excellent eye for color matching, explains everything and answers all your questions. I will definitely use Wasatch Upholstery again! Thank you for making my G35 look new again!
Mikes shop is that rare combination of first class craftsmanship, reasonable expense, and honest customer service. Hes busy, but worth the wait, if needs be. Highest recommendation.
I highly recommend this place, they beat everybodys prices and Mike does awesome work he was professional and on time he repaired my seat in a few hours. Gratefully now my back doesnt have to hurt every time I drive my truck because of a worn out and broken down captains chair. Mike saved me after I felt like I was getting ripped off by the other companies around town.
