Very friendly staff,but we were missed about their ability to take mainecare. Once the work was done at over $700 we were told. Went to get a cap and crown put back in place and its fallen out again in 2 months. Also 1 tooth extracted. Worth $748 not really. Why does dentistry cost so much?

Courtney & Becky were excellent! Such a great environment, polite and so very helpful! They both worked so well together and answered any of my questions! If I could give them 10 stars I would!

The office is super clean, and Faith and Dr. Choe were incredibly professional and kind, answering all of my questions and putting in the extra effort to make sure we had the best plan possible moving forward. Front desk staff were also super friendly! A+ yall :)

I have to agree with most others on here, Faith was knowledgeable and a fantastic personality, staff is pleasant and friendly and I had a very reasonable wait time, Dr. Choe was very efficient and matter of fact last time I saw him which I appreciate very much.

Dr. Choe did an awful job and did not care about my concerns. Hack job dentist. Very painful. I would not recommend to anyone especially children.

Staff is very friendly, they made me feel comfortable and safe that they knew what they were doing. My first time going and I left feeling like Faith had listened and met my needs fully. I feel confident now about my whole family using them for their dental needs.

Waterville Family Dentistry is a wonderful place to go. They are so friendly from the front desk to everyone out back. They take time to make sure you know whats needed for your teeth and go over cost thoroughly. Dr. Choe is marvelous and does excellent work and does not pressure you into anything you cant afford. Just tells you whats needed and leaves it up to you. My hygienist was also excellent. Traci was so nice and did an exceptional cleaning. Every spec of tarter was gone when I left. Thank you so much Traci for the awesome cleaning. You are so good at what you do.I recommend Waterville Family Dentistry Highly! You wont be disappointed here. 💯 😁 Update___ 12-14-2021 Chipped a front tooth. I called and they got me in the very next day And I couldnt be happier with the results. Had my teeth cleaned here last week and it was amazing the lady that cleaned my teeth did an amazing job! She was also friendly ( I mean everyone at the office, from receptionist to dentist!They are all amazing, and very professional! I highly recommend Waterville Family Dentistry!

2 hours in the chair for a cleaning! Coffee through a straw, people…coffee through a straw. Tracie was a trooper….I may or may not have bitten her a couple times. Our hungry bellies were chit chatting the whole time. This practice is why I travel from RI to ME. Dr. Choe is a man of few words but when he says something…listen.

Im so glad to have found Dr. Choe! I have a lot of anxiety about getting dental work done. Dr. Choe is gentle and understanding. Traci the is so nice and she gets me laughing during my cleaning! They both set expectations about when something might feel uncomfortable, and are very careful and thorough. They are honest about what work needs to be done. I highly recommend this office!

I didn’t grow up going to the dentist, so it was difficult for me to go for the first time as an adult. I feel safe and comfortable here. Dr. Choe is caring, calm, and patient. I’ve had absolutely no issues with any of his work, he’s great at what he does. The hygienist, Traci, has been a serious upgrade to the practice compared to my earlier visits last year. She takes great care into making sure her cleanings are as thorough as can be, while remaining gentle and considerate, offering helpful insight along the way. In my experience, everyone here has been kind and professional, doing what they can to help you feel at ease, down to the ladies at the front desk. I don’t have another practice to compare to, but I’ve heard so many stories from others that have made me really happy I decided to go here.

This visit was easily the most comfortable Ive ever been at the dentist both mentally and physically. Dr Choe and the staff listened to and assuaged all my concerns. taking the extra time to explain everything. If everyone had a dentist like this then noone would be afraid of the dentist.

Service is prompt, Dr. Choi efficiently explains all procedures. Faith is friendly and helpful. I’m not a fan of dental procedures but the staff and dentist have made every visit a pleasant experience

Everyone there is so nice and personable! Best of all the Hygienists are absolutely great with kids, my 7yr old actually gets excited to go to the dentist.

From when I first looked at the website, through sitting for my appointment with Traci, everything about Waterville Family Dentistry has been top notch. For me, going to the dentist has been a miserable task, to the point that I had grown to hate it. This place was different though. The office staff were great. Traci is the best dental hygienist that I have ever had. Thank you Traci...youre awesome. She knew that I was nerved up, and she kept me at ease. It ended up being a pleasurable experience. Ill never go anywhere else. They are the best. I highly recommend Waterville Family Dentistry, for all of your dental needs!

I am very pleased and thankful to have found WFD. I lost a crown on my front tooth and I am scheduled to travel next week (Murphys Law). I called WFD and they took me in as a new patient and got me in that day due to a cancellation. Dr. Choe scheduled me that same week to come in at 4:00 so he could take an impression for a new crown and to make me a temporary. The temporary looks amazing.I highly recommend Waterville Family Dentistry!

I was nervous going at first but Kelsey was friendly, patient and made me feel very comfortable. She explained everything to me about the x-rays and answered my questions. Dr. Kim was also very nice, patient and explain the procedures that I need to have done. Everyone there was awesome. I would recommend them to anyone who needs dental work

Absolutely amazing! Not only did the dental assistant ( I’m so sorry I don’t remember her name but she was amazing and made me feel so relaxedbut the entire staff was so kind and professional. Dr. Choe fixed my chipped tooth and was such a perfectionist about it. I couldn’t be happier. When I finally saw my smile in the mirror it brought me to tears and the staff seemed just as happy for me as I was. Can not say enough good things about them or recommend them highly enough! Ty ty ty! Is the best I can do. I can smile with confidence again!

Had severe tooth pain. They got me in the same day and decided I needed two teeth pulled. There was no room on the appointment schedule and the oral surgeons are booked for a couple months out. I know that Dr. Choe had plans for the evening but he adjusted his schedule to take care of me right then. Truly compassionate. Thank you Dr. Choe.

I am 53, and I have experienced many dentists in my lifetime. I have hated all of my experiences, so this review is a BIG DEAL because I had to go to Dr. Choe to get 3 fillings done, and he fixed the problem very expediently and with empathy to my nervousness, and I left feeling extremely happy with his results! Dr. Choe is the best dentist I have ever had to see, and I am forlorn that it took so long in my life to actually have a pleasant experience.

Dr.Choe was amazing! 10/10 would recommend! This office gives you many options in order for you to get your prime dental care, without making you feel pressured into anything. Dr. Choe goes makes sure you understand your own treatment plan, and treats you with genuine kindness. I felt at home here and would highly recommend! I will be coming back for further treatment & cleanings! Staff was kind as well, and collaborated to make my experience as smooth as possible.
