Between this place and Farmington hills on 8 mile, its the best. The dudes are awesome.

Paid $20 for the Ultimate wash and tipped $4. The guys pre sprayed the car well but that was it. No dash wipes were provided. I didnt see any soap, foam, wax, any of the things I paid for. The lights didnt even light up to say what wash I was actually getting. Car came out with mud still on it. This car wash used to be great but I was very disappointed and probably wont be back.

The car wash is a good car wash but we need to bring the dash towels back. Its time.

Pretty expensive if you dont get the monthly, didnt pre spray any of my car until after paying and already pulled pretty much halfway into the automated washing area.

Absolutely RUDE STAFF! I got my car washed today and as I was waiting on the car infront of me to go through the car wash I was looking at the prices and everything that is included in each wash. The guy was very impatient and because I didnt pull up right away he screamed at me. Also tried to make me out to seem like I was a lair about putting my car in neutral and taking my foot off the brake, when I have already done so, he said "well if you did then why didnt your car move oh because you still had your foot on the brake" Very unpleasant and rotten human being. I will never come here again

Great employees but it doesnt rinse the soap or dry the car properly.

One of the best scar washes in the neighborhood. The guys there do a great job to prep the car before the machine takes care of the large surfaces. Never any compliants.

My car was covered in dirt. They didnt bat an eye and took a little extra care with spraying before sending me thru! Now if only they would have shared the tacos! Thanks again guys!

The better car washes have at least one person with a long handle scrub brush and hand towel dry, this place has none.

This is the only local car wash Ill go to. I have an SUV that has some weird angles (Nissan Muranoand this is the only car wash Ive found that doesnt miss half my tailgate window (due to an overhanging roofwhen I go through the car wash. The guys have always been friendly and curteous and dont nag you into spending more.

The original owner sold and they took over. No matter what wash you get, the car should be clean. My vehicles had dirt in the same areas on both vehicles! Prices are higher and quality went down. Their help is courteous though. I won’t be back. I don’t have time to get back in line and go through wash again. That’s what I expected the first time. Other owner did a better job.

I Came in on 10/31 and i paid for the best car wash. Which i was really surprised how long the car wash lasted. I think there may have been wax mixed in. Because the shine lasted all week.

Monthly plan is cool. But the dryer at this location does not do well on my Mini Cooper. And it is Zax Car Wash now.

My husband and I have been coming to this car wash for years, we even pay for unlimited monthly washes which are more money than other unlimited car washes. Since the car wash was sold we’ve noticed that little by little the quality is going down. Less soap no heated blowers and the speed you go through has sped up. Please go back to the way Jeff managed the car wash or reduce the prices to match other local unlimited car washes.

Truck was filthy, covered in dirt and salt. The $6 basic was cleaned it without a trace.

Came in with a 2019 GMC Denali, left with it scratched on both sides. Both attendants blew me off with excuses. Im 100 percent positive their car wash damaged my truck..they told me I dont know the car wash business. I dont need to be a Car wash professor to know my truck was damaged by the wash. I will be pursuing restitution for the damage..

Ive always been happy with the actual results from this automated wash, but the staff can be a bit ornery. They like to jam the cars through bumper-to-bumper. Im not comfortable with this, so I always hold back a car length or so before driving into the wash. The employees are invariably furious about it.

Have used this wash for years has been great until recently, the side rollers are pushing against my truck so hard that it pulls my self retracting side mirrors out and back the wrong way. For fear of damaging the mirrors I wont return until issue is fixed. UPDATE 2/15/20: Seems this issue has been fixed as I have been through 2x and no problem with mirrors being forced open anymore. 👍

I have always said this is the BEST car wash in the past as I have 2 monthly packages. BUT the new owner is not using both heaters (only a fire lit on oneto dry your car anymore! Plus he has changed the chemicals/dry agent Jeff use to use so you car would be dry! I am not happy that he has cut costs and I am sure others will notice that their car is NOT dry even the windshield is wet and I have to take a towel and dry my Jeep which was never an issue before. The staff is A OK and I always tip them.

Let me start out by saying this is one of the best car washes in Oakland County.However, there is one employee that works there that is very lazy and rude, he does not perform the services that you pay for when your vehicle drives through. So your car does not get clean properly. He also smokes cigarettes and it blows into your car when you roll down your window to request services.All of the other employees work very hard an do an excellent job.If you are the owner reading this, please be aware this employee is hurting your business severely.

They smoke sometimes when rinsing your car before it goes into the automatic car wash and it draws inside your car. I go there to get clean, not make the inside of my car smell like cigarette smoke. They also dont pre-rinse it well, so it doesnt come all the way clean.

I am a picky Tesla Model 3 owner. I am on the monthly plan. I love this place. The taller gentleman is always very nice to me. He knows I have trouble getting into neutral and is patient. He even noticed my Lions hat and says with a smile “what happened?” I went into autopilot by accident once and fell off the track. I went into panic mode and they talked me back on the track. I was embarrassed! Not a scratch!! To anyone, but especially Obsessive and Compulsive Tesla owners this is a great place to take your car. I think they lose money on me cause I am there 10 per week.

Actual wash is fantastic! New owner is horrible with following up. The staff has always had less than friendly attitudes with exception of Jeff (the old ownerand one other, tall slender guy with glasses. If this car wash wasnt conveniently located and if they didnt have such great equipment I would DEFINITELY take my business elsewhere. Customer service should always be #1!! Miss you, Jeff!! I wish you had never sold your car wash.

There are better options. Been a longtime customer, had to switch to a different place because these guys are always crabby and the wash gear was too aggressive and damaging my truck. Furthermore, this is the only wash on the planet that makes you remove your hitch before entering the wash?

The price is reasonable basic wash is $6 and humans wash down your car before you head through the automated car wash section. My car has always come out very clean from this car wash and no damage after 5 years of using this.

Best car wash in the county. I drive out of my way to see Scott,Erin and Bubba. They have all worked there many years Its refreshing to see a familiar face at a business like that. Tells me the owner takes care of his people.

So about 2 weeks ago, my boyfriend and I went to this car wash. Nice people besides ONE guy who is bald... always has an attitude. My boyfriend asked him if he can wash a magnet that was on his truck and one guy said it was no problem. The other guy the BALD one threw his magnet on the ground as my boyfriend was approaching him to grab it. We drove off brushed it off. Well yesterday we went to the car wash again it was the same BALD headed guy. Well I had MY Matts in the back of his truck so I can wash my Matts to my car well he made a big deal about the matts being in the back of my boyfriends $70,000 truck and told him no. So my boyfriend said “okay can you just put them to the side and will come and grab them when we get through the wash” THIS BALD HEADED GUY REALLY THREW ALL MY CAR MATTS! he didn’t just throw them he legit threw them like a frisbee. So disrespectful and we’re already telling people not to go here because nobody wants to be greated like that and nobody wants their hard working stuff to be thrown. It’s honestly just the one guy that ruined me and my boyfriends experience there but everyone else has always been super welcoming. I’m just letting you guys know about the bald headed one.

Horrible service. Bald Guy running the wash is extremely rude and unprofessional . Used to love this car wash. Now I’ve had 2 bad experiences in the last month.

Service was friendly, but there was little red dots all over my vehicle. Looked like rust, but the truck is a 2016 so not possible. Had to hand scrub off for a long time. Will never go back. Finally got it all clean after two hours of elbow grease. Back to always washing by hand.Edit after owner response: makes sense, never have had that happen with any vehicles I own before, but I normal wax and wash more often. This is just a lease.

Thought I loved this car wash until my husband got a new car and I couldnt figure out how to put it in neutral and three men were being so mean to me about it! Yelling at me even! Then a bit later I was with my husband and he had the same problem- there was a guy in a button up and a buzz cut that was SO rude to us. Unbelievable.

This is an awesome car wash. The machines are top quality. I have received a super job every time. The people are friendly and the place is very clean. They have monthly passes and prepaid cards. Prices are very good. I would recommend this wash to anyone that likes a clean car.

So I go there to get my truck washed, in the prewash area this guy trying to get the ice off my running boards, he decides to kick the ice off, when he does the plastic grid plate breaks off. He tries to put it back on with no success, I roll down my window, and he asks me if I had ever had a problem with it coming off before, I told him not until now, he hands me the piece and tells me that I should keep it in the cab so it doesnt jam up the car wash, and sends me through the wash.

The absolute best car wash in the area. Been going there for many years and have never been dissatisfied. They have the equipment perfectly adjusted to provide maximum cleaning and an ample amount of water for a clean rinse .

I own a pressure washing company and occasionally over spray gets on my car, or dirt roads from estimates, or I just want to make a good impression when doing my estimates. They always do a great job!
