Give yourself some time this is not your typical fasfood. Burgers are cooked to order but worth the wait. Fries are good and Malt vinegar is on the table. After ordering you have a seat and your friendly server brings the food to you. I love refillable drinks.

The staff was very nice and the food was delicious. Our first visit to a Wayback Burger and we really enjoyed it.

My burgers were cooked to order and they traveled well (about 15 minutes to home). The fries were packed in a tray so they didnt get soggy, the milkshake was delicious, and Ill be craving this food!

This is basically over-priced Burger King. At this location it was $10 for JUST the sandwich I got. I was not impressed. I can get a mich better burger includi g the fries at a bunch of other places for less money. First time at Wayback. Not planning a revisit.

Little long in drive thru, but, worth the wait.

Went thru drive thru last night. Only one couple inside. Not busy. We placed our order and paid and was told to move over in parking lot to wait for food. Waiting 15 minutes still no food. I finally went into restaurant with paid slip and asked if our food was ready. The girl who took our order looked at me, then looked over to the counter and saw a bag. Oh here it is. I asked if she was going to bring out to us, no answer just handed it to us. Last time I will go there.

Food was very good and the people were very nice and polite.

Food was pretty good. Liked the tots. Was not super fast.

$18 for a burger fries and drink. Get bent. Bye bye wayback burger, wont be there for long with jackass prices like that.

First time I ordered from here. It was my daughters suggestion as a birthday choice. I ordered 4 burgers and sides. The burger for my daughter was ordered with ketchup, mustard, raw onion, pickles and lettuce. We got it home, she opened the wrapper and found a dry burger with cheese on a bun (sound familiarno toppings at all! Wont be going back.

I went with some family. We all ordered different things on one order. I asked for no tomatoes and there tomatoes on it anyway.

I ordered four classics. In two of the four I had bone chips. In fact as I was chewing, I had a few (4actually hit my teeth. They were white and I thought my tooth was broken. Will think twice before going there again..

I went there a few days ago for lunch for D&T Garage employees everyone liked it and wants it again. They were great.

Food and service are typical fast food style but solid. Burgers and fries are much better than BK or Mickey Ds.

Burger was small with very little flavor. Tots tasted freezer burnt(decent amount though). Coke had very little flavor and ended up pouring out and refilling with coke from Wawa. Onion rings were decent. Main reason for 2 stars was that service was good.

I’ve eaten here twice. The first time I ordered a burger and onion rings and ate inside. The second time, I ordered a chicken sandwich and onion rings to go. Both times were enjoyable. I like the new location.If you haven’t, sign up for the rewards program. I have earned a classic burger and will redeem it on my next visit.Thanks again!

came in a few days ago food was ready quick even though they were slammed, that impressed me! I got a classic and my wife I got a grilled chicken sandwich, the young man I seen on the grill seems quick, confident, and overall a really good employee. The rest of the staff seemed to be on their a- game👍🏻, accept for 1 or 2 younger kids which were in the corner “fooling around” . Other then that food was awesome and I’m very pleased, def will be back!

Best Burgers in Delaware, I personally get the double bacon Burger. I have been going to jakes for as long as I can remember and the quality is exceptional, at this point it’s tradition to go there.

The Burger was trash. Waited for about 15 min. Was really excited to try something new and the burger wasnt worth the wait. I enjoyed the chili dog and onion rings though

Excellent customer service. Greeted upon entry and exiting.Quality of food was better then chain restaurants and the place was very clean.

Yum! So good. Took away a star because they literally put 1 small dab of ketchup on my burger and they put cheese on my friends burger who only asked for a plain hamburger.

Cheesesteak was pretty good. My friends burger, according to him, was "better than run of the mill fast food burgers." The restaurant was clean, service staff left a little to be desired. Very "ho hum" with not much personality. Prices are reasonable, much more so than Five Guys. I would say its slightly better than Hardees or Burger King, but not so much Id go out of my way to eat here. Decent food at decent prices.

Service- The young lady that took our order was super pleasant and kindly repeated our order. Wow what sticker shock though on the price for just an ok burger & not so great fries. Way too much money and we go out once a week. The milkshake was the best of all. Food was not near the quality as years ago. It was lunch date with my grandson but will probably be my last visit to Wayback. I know they were short staffed because who isn’t right now, but I even offered to wipe the tables off from customers that had already left since the staff was busy taking orders and preparing.2021-7-30In response to the managers reply; please know the staff I interacted with was super.

I miss the old wayback. I’m not sure what happened now that they are at the new location but it isn’t the same. This is my second visit to give it another chance and I’m still not satisfied. I’m not one to leave negative reviews as I manage a store of my own so I understand everyone isn’t perfect. But once again my fries weren’t cooked all the way through and my cheese was room temp at best on my cheesy burger. I hope they try too improve and go back to their old ways.

Good food bad service. I understand that restaurants are understaffed but theres no need to be rude and ignore customers. Being Friendly goes a long way for me. BTW why get a drive through if youre not going to be at the window....even if there isnt any custumers inside or outside. So silly. Maybe just close the window until you can keep up.Just waited 5 min for someone to come to the window. Lady came out and in and was just typing completely ignored me

Great food, both Burgers and chicken at a good price. No drippy messy sandwich but still moist and well prepared!

Got the double bacon burger. It was good. The best part was the cashier, Noah. He was very friendly, and super helpful!

Took a while for the food to cook, but it was worth it.

They moved to a much bigger better place in the same center with Pure Fitness and PKs. Even have a drive through. Good burgers and shakes.

It was our first time there and it was ok but for the same money or less we will go to Hardees Or five guys they have much better burgers.

Terrible first impression!! We ordered two combos at 6:15. It’s now 6:53 and no meals in sight. People who came in after us and ordered have already gotten there meals and left. I was excited to try the food but I’m over it now. Update. Just got it and EVERYTHING IS COLD. I talked to the manager and he said it’s hard to make burgers and fries at the same time! I will never go back.

Very first time visiting today. Little overpriced for the area that we are in but my Burger was delicious and they give a ton of onion rings when you order the combo…. Has my boyfriend and I STUFFED!

Eaten here before and was happy with it. But wow.. what happened? Pretty sure the rodeo burger is just burger patties, cheese, BBQ and onoin rings. But for some reason mine had ketchup, mustard, tomatoes, pickle and lettuce as well. Not that it was bad but totally took away from the point of a rodio burger.

Burgers & buffalo tenders were good. "Full" fry portion is very small. Overall food is tasty but way over priced.

Soooooo disappointed! Ive been wanting to try this place since I first saw it a couple months ago. Finally stopped today and ordered the cheesy burger. Two patties with just cheese on a toasted bun. The picture on the menu board looked like it was going to be juicy. "Its gonna get messy" was printed on the paper that lined the tray. Unfortunately, I watched them make the burger and cringed (yes, I literally cringedwhen I saw the cook press his turner on the patties which released the juice onto the flat top. ALL. OF. THE. JUICE. WHYYYY do cooks feel the need to press down on a burger? Leave it alone! So anyway, the flavor was nice, the bun was perfectly toasted, and the burger was not juicy at all. Please train your cooks.

Best dang Burger I have had in a long time!! 🙂I ordered the Classic Burger with Bacon and it was wonderful!!! Clean establishment with friendly staff. All CDC guidelines were followed and clearly marked areas for same. Would definitely recommend this establishment.

I called a order in of a classic burger with lettuce, tomatoe, mayo, & fried onions. Picked my order up. There was no lettuce or tomatoes. For $7.99 u need to make sure that the order is correct.

The very nice blonde that works upfront on the grill is fantastic. She was a one women show ! Unfortunately she is not the boss or in charge as she should be. She was on the grill the,im guessing the manager came out and took my order and left.. other people in line too. Such a shame she needed help and he gave none.

Offering curbside pickup if you want to order ahead. Also, very easy to eat in with just a few tables that are sanitized after each use. Great staff, thanks!

Absolutely terrible. Ordered my boss food online and waited 15 minutes before even leaving. Went to go get my food else where first. Pulled up and called because it was curbside pick up. I still waited an hour before anyone brought my food out after calling 2 times about 20 minutes apart and they both said they were bringing it out. The 3rd time is when someone finally brought it out and she even told me it was sitting there for a while but no one answered her if it was curbside or walk in. It was absolutely ridiculous! I will NEVER order from there again... Really need to fix your system! And on top of it, its cold and tastes terrible! WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME!

My burger was fairly decent. Nothing fancy I cannot complain. The bacon cheese fries had barely any bacon or cheese on them. We actually couldn’t even eat them. So that was a waste. Customer service was alright. Probably won’t eat here again.

First time here. The restaurant was really hot inside and the tables were sticky. Burgers were delicious but a bit on the greasy side, fries needed more salt, my strawberry milkshake was delicious as well. Overall great place, will come again :)

Restaurant was very clean. Service was friendly and fast enough. Quality of the burger I had was excellent as all their locations are. Although the prices seem a bit high, the food is cooked fresh and is quality meat. I will certainly revisit. A+

This place looks like it stays busy, but with the quality of the food and how fast it came up I was impressed, they brought it right out to our table, and the food was really filling and totally worth the price, you can even see them making your burger behind the counter. They have drink options of pepsi products, sweet tea, unsweet tea, lemonade, and milkshakes with plenty of flavors to choose from! This is a big step up from fast food, you can choose to dine in or take out, and they have plenty of seating space with the option to sit at a bar and bar stool. I definitely suggest stopping in here for lunch or dinner!

Ive eaten here several times in the past. I find their burgers okay. I dont love them. But they now have chicken sandwiches on the menu. They are very good! I highly recommend you try them out. My husband loved his bacon cheesy hamburger and my kids always like what they get when we eat there with them. We also enjoy their bacon cheese fries. Their shakes are delicious, too!

We waited 40 minutes to get out food. The burgers were cold; however our fries were hot and very good. The milkshake seemed smaller than usual. The service was friendly but seemed understaffed this evening.

Food is always very consistent and pretty good; worth the extra money for the quality that you get versus fast food, (McDonalds, etc.). The place is always very clean; they do a good job at maintaining it. The staff is always pleasant and professional. Considering what it is, mind you we are talking about a burger place here, its very good.
