Literally got weak in the knees when my phone screen leaked some type of black fluid under the glass after dropping it on solid ground (I think it was fluid?). We Fix It, overnighted my screen and replaced the entire back plate and front screen. If you must get a fix after a fatal drop, this is your savior.

If you want to pay premium rates for a fix that doesnt work, at a store that isnt reliably open, this is the place for you. For the rest of humanity, LOOK ELSEWHERE!I went in the middle of a weekday afternoon, after calling ahead. There was a sign on the door saying "Back In 10 minutes". I waited 15 and then called the number. The owner (or workersaid, "Ill be there in 10 minutes." 20 minutes later he arrived, spent an hour installing a new battery and charging port into my Iphone, and charged me nearly 200 bucks. The next day the repair wasnt working - my phone wouldnt charge despite the new battery and charging port. I went back to the store at 9:00 on Saturday morning (its posted opening time). The store wasnt open. I waited 20 minutes. Still no one came. I called the number from the day before and he said I should come back "around 12:30 maybe."Not good enough. Not by a long shot. Look elsewhere. Its an Iphone repair, for crying out loud. Four hours shot to hell. Not sure whether theyll give me my money back or not.

Angel was great! Did a fast and reasonably priced job replacing my iPhone screen and battery. After five years still highly recommend this shop!

These guys are legit, quick, and reliable. Dropped off an unrecognizable iPhone 12 at noon and picked it up by 3 with a brand new screen and back panel for hundreds less than other stores with longer wait times. Good selection of cases too.

They had parts for my Google Pixel 5a 5g in stock and was able to fix it within the hour.

My screen was shattered and I called around to get the best price to fix it. Called this place, a man quoted me $95 to fix my iphone 11 screen. The next day I went in and he asked for $169. Almost double. I refused, citing my phone call the day before, to which he made me verify the store number I called, then replied “ok”. When I got my phone back it was fixed, but the screen that was put on was darker (which isn’t that big of a dealbut now a month later it’s super touchy. The screen will scroll up without touching it and glitch out in random places. 2 stars only because no more cracks.

These guys took care of my broken screen and it only took about 10 minutes. I highly recommend you use these guys over those cheap kiosks at the mall

I had two issues with my phone. One was that the battery was drained and no longer functional, the other that my phone could not hold a charge, and no charger seemed to work. Holding it at different angles, using different outlets, nothing worked. I was without the phone for days, it was not coming on at all, and did not know what could be done. I reached out to We Fix It, and Angel did an amazing job of resolving all these issues. He helped both with my getting a new battery, and cleaning the charging port which had become extremely dusty. I would not have figured any of this out on my own. Angel saved me a ton of money and time by figuring both of these things out. He also explained to me what each problem was, and what I needed ton know going forward. I highly recommend We Fix It to anyone who is trying to figure out whats wrong with their phone. These guys are hands down the best in the city for iphone/imac, you name it, repair. Had problems with my iphone X for a while, went to apple store and would charge be 10x the price, without it working. These guys fixed it in 15’. Absolute best.

My Galaxy S9 literally got run over in a parking lot. Curved screen was done! Brought it to the shop on Wickenden Street on Saturday morning 7/10/21 and expected to be phoneless till like Monday...I was wrong.. They had it fixed in an hour!! Im a customer for life after this experience!!

Had to redo my review, spent $70 for a "diagnosis"-- the guy tried a different battery in my sons galaxy S6 and then gave no diagnosis other than the battery wasnt the problem. When I returned the phone to my son he pointed out that glue was hanging out of the back of the phone and on the front of the phone in the upper left corner the screen was pried open or something because a portion of paint is now missing under the glass. I am not amused--the guy didnt have to know the problem (though for $70 in less than a half hour it would have been nicebut I would expect him to put the phone back together as though he cared even a little

I went to this store today to get my iphone screen fixed. It took about 20 minutes. The customer service was exceptional. I would recommend this store to anyone and everyone. The price was right and the service was great.If you are looking to get a screen fixed, need a charger or a case definitely go to this store. You will not be disappointed.

Brought my phone in for a simple screen repair, was working completely fine. Upon pick up, the technician said it was overheating and there may be a motherboard problem, but I figured it would cool off and be fine. Less than an hour later, it would not charge, overheated as soon as turned on and shut down a minute later. Brought it into apple store that day and they confirmed it was broken beyond repair, so I had to replace it and turn in the broken phone.Went in a few days later when the manager was in, with the apple report, and they flat refused any sort of refund or help without seeing the original phone, despite the technician noting the problem and the proof of my apple store visit 2 hours after dropping the phone off with the documented issue. Why would I spend money on a screen repair if I got the phone replaced the same day, its no extra money and broke my apple warranty. I understand wanting to see the phone but the technician noted the problem when he returned it to me, and it makes no sense. I guess they save on the refund, so good for them.Would not recommend this business if you have another option, not worth the risk.

Hopefully I won’t be breaking anymore iPhone 11 screens, but if I do I know exactly where to go!Cracked and smashed the top third of my iPhone earlier today, it was right where the front camera and earpiece are so I was really concerned and thought I might have to buy a new phone entirely. I live around the corner of We Fix It so I walked down, dropped my phone off, and it was fixed completely when I went back an hour later. It was ready sooner, but I had a work call.It was a little on the pricey side (normally $150 but was $190 because the camera had to be fixedbut to be fair, it’s a helluva lot cheaper than buying a replacement! Five stars.

We Fix It is an excellent small business deserving of our praise and support. The owner Zack is knowledgeable - talented - helpful and always available. What stands out is his honesty and sensitivity to the various age groups and our comfort with this new digital age. He has fixed our phones and we are so happy to have found him during this Pandemic!!! We highly recommend him!!

Zack did a great job. Replaced the battery in one phone and installed a new screen and protector on another phone. I hope to get another two years out of each phone. Wickenden Street is a wonderful community of small businesses. Not a big box store in sight!

If we could give in a negative 5 if we could. My daughter dropped off her Apple Watch three months ago to change the screen because she has a scratch in it. It was fully functional and was a cosmetic concern. They kept giving her the run around because they need a “piece” for her watch. Now she is $90 down - three months later and now has an broken Apple Watch that is missing a screen.

Professional repairs at a bargain price. Screen replacement was fast and professional. All questions were responded to with detailed information. No pushy salesmenship methods on the vast variety of accessories available. Everything one could possibly need seemed to be available at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommended.

My iPhone XR had a crack and some water damage, took it to Apple they were going to charge me $400. My daughter recommended WE FIX IT and let me just say the service was excellent and the repair was quick and efficient. He charged me $189 for the repair and added a screen protector, I paid $200 and it was well worth it.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!

I came into the store with a broken phone and my lost sanity, and I left with a friend and a phone that was better than new.Zack is AMAZING. I came in with a shattered screen and he fixed it within 20 minutes. However, I had some issues with functionality (unrelated to the new screenand had to go back a few times - he took a comprehensive look and fixed it every single time without complaint. Im writing this right now as Ive dropped my screen yet again, and honestly, he makes the experience significantly less stressful. I couldnt recommend him enough!

ZACK was incredible!!!Best customer service that I’ve received in a very long time! He didn’t rush me or the job that I needed him to do on my iPhone 7Plus which before coming in had seen better days!My screen was entirely shattered and had those scary lines all over it and the buttons would randomly press even while the device wasn’t being touched.I didn’t have the money the day I came in but Zack was still kind enough to give me a TRUE estimate and was good to me even though I wasn’t able to get my services done that same day.Flash forward to a week later and I’m back with the estimate amount in hand, and Zack actually remembered me and my device and went ahead and made sure my screen removal and new install was done flawlessly!!!Shout out to Zack and the entire We Fix It team!!!

Overpriced. I spent $127 for a new screen of my iphone 8 plus, but from 3rd day of the new screen, it gets darker around the home button. I requested at least a partial refund, but the owner was only willing to change the screen. I figure it would be the same screen of same brand and the same issue will happen again, so I refused. I think they should tell the customers no refund policy before they do the work. Update on 5th day of the new screen: it starts to blink occasionally.

When I asked about battery replacement, I was delighted to find that both screen and battery would take less than 20 minutes, and cost a small fraction of the cost of Apple Store. At this point, my only regret is ever going anywhere else to get my phone fixed. Seriously, if your phone needs serviced, get it done here.

Great Service! My iPhone 6 needed a screen replacement. I casually mentioned that my car was being repaired too and that I would be walking. He offered to pick up my phone at my house, make the repair and bring it back!!! The fee for delivery was small, so I decided to take him up on his offer. He arrived on time, actually fixed the phone on the spot and it was working in under 10 minutes! It works perfectly! He was able to charge my credit card at my door... it was so nice for me! Excellent Service a Pleasure to deal with. The guy that works there is fantastic, he is very trustworthy and a genius at fixing mac. I had the worst accident ever I was sick and spilled honey lemon tea on my make I took it to a mac genius bar store they told me to buy a new one. When I took it to him, he fixed it as good as new, and it took him only two weeks to fix everything and install a new keyboard, and he did it for me with a great price. I highly recommend the store. I am very satisfied with the service

What a wonderful experience! My iPhone 6 had a cracked screen and I brought it to this place based on other Google reviews. Unsal was really friendly and the repair was excellent - in addition to being fast and for a really reasonable price (he even went so far as to add on a new screen protector). I particularly liked that he explained all the little parts and pieces of the phone as he took it apart and put it back together and I really enjoyed the conversation we had while he worked (the whole thing only took about 15-20 minutes).
