They take 5-6 hour to load you . Poor management . They dnt care about your time . Avoid this place .

When l took the postion I was told they work 8 hour days and that overtime was mandatory. Everyday since I started has been 12 hour days, six days a week! Horrible place to work! High-school work environment with a very tribal feeling! Alot of dead weight standing around doing nothing!

Well after all took 4 hrs to get loaded...Plus 30!mij for BOL.

This place is a joke to get paperwork from them.

Arrived at 750am for a 8am appointment. The guard calls shipping and then some very unprofessional girls answer and start talking about random garbage. Very very unprofessional. I got the green light at 10am. Walked to door 14 for paperwork. Once I walked in I was told to wear a mask when NOBODY IN THE office was wearing one OR NOBODY IN THE WAREHOUSE WAS WEARING ONE. Total BS!! I hope never to come back to this garbage warehouse

Got loaded quickly ... Paperwork took forever to get very slow with paperwork....

Would be -10 if could. One of the worst experiences ever had. After waiting 5 1/2 hours for them to load me they lost the paperwork so could not load me. Turned out they loaded the wrong trailer. Had a 10 am apointment got here at 0930 still here at 1630 and still loading. It took second shift coming in to figure out what the day shift had messed up. If you load here do it in the evening cause day shift is rude and just dont care.

Atleast 4 hour wait for pickup even though not busy and 1 hour for bills only. Stay away form this company and find better load.

I had to order almost $300 dollars in parts to fix my grill. We received them yesterday and put most of them on. Got to the bottom panel and took it off. The sides disintegrated and called to replace the. Another $225 dollar. Save your money! I would not have spent the extra $225 but we already put on all the parts and I would have nothing!!! Again dont waste your money.... This is my 3rd and last weber I will ever buy. Your Quality has gone down hill, please note metal comes in different qualities.

Product = 5 starsCustomer service = 1 starShipping company (SEKO= 0 starsIf I had known my experience would be so bad, I wouldve ordered my grill through Home Depot, had it in 3 days, and not had to pay for shipping or had to pick it up from the transit companys delivery hub. I also wouldnt have had to call on a daily basis for shipping updates, spent over an hour on hold with Weber, or gotten hung up on by one of their service reps.

Literally got loaded in under 15 mins.

Worst distribution center ever.

This place very bad take very long time to load, they dont gave dam to your ELD or DOT regulations. 2 to 7 hours waiting

3hours later after docked i finally got red light to start loading me, beware other swifts most likely 5hr sit.

Easy place to find and get in and out of. The guards were nice and the shipping ladies were nice as well. Like other reviews say, they did not touch me till my appointment time even though I was in the dock about 20 min early. Loading took about an hour. The place does not appear to have facilities. Its not a bad place to pick up at based on this experience.

I’m thriving to get one star asap to shytholes like this..not that I don’t know that nobody gives a pineapple for any reviews..everything is such a hype here..blaaah.. I can’t wait to get some apex legends and blastaway two hundred of them..:tuturutu..

This place used to be a great place to load nice and quick but they must’ve changed staff and hired a moron because the new staff sucks! They won’t load a second early and if you show up a little late your screwed so Weber Grill f*** you!

Friendly people in busy environment.

As a professional driver I find this location has no regard for a drivers limited time available for duty statuses. For those of us that are docked and checked in before our appointment times, go the extra mile to smile and be friendly to each client it doesnt feel reciprocated here.As a consumer as well, I shall not purchase items from companies that display disregard and flat out irresponsibility to my chosen industry. Thats a true shame because Ive always had respect for Weber, but that too has now changed.Unfortunately, speaking with a supervisor did absolutely nothing but delay loading longer.Very unfortunate.

Quick loading, product staged at dock door. I let them know I had a 2nd pick up, they up stacked and shrink wrapped everything.

This place is amazing. Clean and efficient. New product comes in and is accurately, safely, and like magic, shipped out. Employees seem happy, and who wouldnt whilst working for weber.

quick loading or unloading.. very nice people especially the in gate and out gate guards , at least they smile when they talk to you.
