Wonderful experience. I changed my tour date twice due to bad weather and it was perfectly fine with them. I initially wanted to rent a bike and explore the surrounding areas on my own - to be honest I couldnt see myself having a tour guide showing me places but so glad that I changed my mind. The tour was GREAT period. I cannot describe how well planned the tour is but it was a lot of fun having a guide leading the way. I would definitely recommend them to any rider experienced or not to do a tour with them. Well worth the money.

All the stops at lookouts, cafes , points of interest were awesome.The motorbikes are in absolute perfect conditions-riding gear also.The roads not so great, lots of potholes but we understand that there was alot of rain; but overall the trip was better than we expected to be. I was lucky enough to visit Sydney on a business trip, including a weekend free. Initially was just looking to hire a motorcycle to explore more remote parts around Sydney. My Google search turned up Weekend Rider and it looked pretty good. I booked a ride for Saturday and asked for the northern beach route. Theo was really quick to respond and let me know that due to all the rain, the northern beach ride had a lot of road closures and may not be good. He recommended the Grand Pacific ride, which also looked amazing, so I booked it. Initially I was going alone and was hoping for a larger group. I had a mate from work ask if he could join me so he booked the next day. I was pleasantly surprised to find that on the day of the ride, it was just me, my mate and the tour guide.On the morning of the ride, Renato, our guide, picked me up from my hotel and drove us out to pick up the bikes. We started around 7:30am. The ride was spectacular covering about 430km over 12 hours in total! Along the way Renato would stop and open his helmet to offer information about where we were or where we were heading. We stopped often for coffee, food, fuel, stretching or just to snap a few photos. All the riding was on amazing, twisty roads making the experience exciting and fun. At the end of the day, my mate wanted to make an additional stop in Sydney to let me experience a great walk up restaurant, which Renato had no problem with. We had a beautiful night ride back to the original pickup location then Renato drove us back to the hotel.All in all, I cant say enough for this company and this experience. Getting to experience Australia like this is unmatched in my opinion. Its such a beautiful country and seeing it from the seat of a motorcycle, with the wind in your face is the best way see it! I will 100% be back to do this again the next time I am in Sydney.

A great day out! I rode from Sydney to Wollongong and back along with Renato, my tour guide. It was such an impressive ride with scenic roads and stunning bikes - a triumph and a KTM1190. Renato is a great individual and he made me feel very confident during the tour. We even switched our bikes on our way back. I have to mention, my trip had to be rescheduled numerous times in the past months because of bad weather, and every time Theo at Weekend Rider made sure all necessary arrangements are in place. Finally, the trip was worth the wait! I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Such a fantastic day out! I booked the Sydney to Wollongong tour and my husband and I rode two up on the KTM 1190, which was clearly well taken care of as it looked brand new! The bike was very comfortable for both rider and passenger for the duration of the tour. Renato, our guide made us feel comfortable from pick up to drop off and shared some interesting knowledge along the way. I was also really impressed with the effort he went to, taking videos and photos of us! We would 100% recommend this company and look forward to doing another tour with them in the future!

Very helpful, highly enthusiastic and friendly motorcyclists.- I was given a perfect custom tour for my riding experience; the motorcycle and riding gear offered to me were as clean as a whistle and perfect fit. Shame the weather wasn’t great but still love every minute of it. Do recommend to anyone wanting to gain some riding experience.

The Jenolan caves day trip was an epic day of riding. We saw a whole lot of the local countryside and plenty of roads that I hadnt had the pleasure to ride before.Renato was a wonderful host and guide and made extra effort to show us cool local features, lookouts and generally looked after us really well.Would absolutely recommend Weekend rider and would go for another guided tour in the future.

We did the Jenolan Cave tour and it was a great day out. Our guide was amazing, nothing was too much trouble and he was friendly and full of great little bits of information. Picked some great roads for the trip - we covered nearly 550Kms in the day! I rode the Scout Bobber. Beautiful bike, well maintained and rode really well. Highly recommended.

Where do I start.. Theo runs first class tours using immaculate and well maintained bikes which are faultless. After booking a tour to the Blue Mountains Theo couldnt do enough to help to ensure everything went to plan.. Well almost, the weather threw a few curved balls leaving closed roads after the recent floods. Renato who took my daughter and myself on the tour was a complete pleasure to ride with, very knowledgeable of the surrounding areas and a first class guy.. Thanks guys, it was a day to remember.Hopefully Ill be back soon.

My Dad and I had an amazing day doing the Blue Mountains tour. Despite parts of NSW being affected by the floods, Renato made so much effort to make sure nothing stood in our way and have the best and memorable day. All the stops along the way were beautiful, and the cafe was also lovely. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a full day out exploring. Thanks for a day we will both cherish.

Did not expect the riding to be this good but it was a solid and fun ride and to add up we had a super star of a guide, chilled and helpful. Everything is well organised and the provided gears as well as motorcycle are first class. So a huge cheers from us for a top top day.

Sydney to Wollongong on the Triumph Bonneville Street Twin! What a fantastic day! Weekend Rider kept us up to date right up to the day of the tour. Our tour guide Renato was on time, and his knowledge of the local areas made the ride very interesting. The bike itself was pristine and such a great ride. We even got the opportunity to ride the Indian Scout Bobber! Absolutely fun tour and great route!. Highly recommend!

Weekend Rider advertised their tours as a “great day out on motorcycles” and it truly was! I rode 437 km’s on an unfamiliar bike and had a great time doing it. The blend of scenery and a bike is fantastic. Their customer service is excellent, the motorbike is in great condition and the booking process is smooth and seamless. I highly recommend it!

Had a great day. Renato is a brilliant guide, very thorough and always made sure we were enjoying our ride. At the stops he had some interesting facts about each place and he took us on some fantastic roads off the beaten track. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great days riding. I have been thinking of buying a motorcycle for quite a while now, and to polish my riding skills after a very long hiatus (15 plus yearsI went on a day tour with Weekend Rider Sydney Tours. The communication from both Renato and Theo was second to none, they were very accommodating and motivated to deliver a great experience from the start. Speaking of experience, riding a bike in Sydney I had ZERO experience with, but Renato my lead rider was really, (and I mean reallygreat to ride with. His instruction was clear, easy going yet professional and safe. I was able to open the throttle in the areas I felt safe and he really looked out for me in the areas I needed more experience in. Thanks to Renato and Weekend Rider for a fantastic day.The trip itself took in some beautiful scenery via quiet backroads, with regular photo ops. Riding through the National Park at Church Point, Galston Gorge, out through Wisemans Ferry, crossing the Hawkesbury via the Sackville Ferry, and on to Jenolan Caves via the Bells Line of Road, the ride was a chance to visit parts of greater Sydney that I had not done in the 33 years I have lived here.Not having ridden a bike for a couple of years, Renato made sure I was comfortable with my bike before we got underway. He was able to impart little pieces of knowledge on the areas we were riding through, and the places we were visiting.The KTM is a fantastic bit of machinery! A comfortable ride, super responsive and very light for a 1200, it suited the conditions perfectly. We swapped bikes in Katoomba, as I am looking to buy a bike like a Triumph, and it rode beautifully back down to Collaroy via Wnmalee and Richmond.I’d recommend Weekend Rider to any bike enthusiast who wants to experience a great ride, on good bikes, at an unhurried pace with a wonderful tour guide.With 30+ years of hospitality behind me, I can say Renato made the customer experience his focus, which made the day memorable. Great bikes, great route and excellent guide. Really worthwhile day and we revisited the Pavillion at Coogee again today following the trip yesterday. Really relaxed, good communication and would certainly recommend to anyone wishing to see the varied sights of Sydney riding a motorcycle. Great communication prior to the ride. Was picked up by Renato on time who was friendly and helpful. My bike (Indian Scout Bobberwas in great condition. I chose the Sydney scenic ride. You get to see a lot of Sydney and areas around, but be advised that this trip also involves riding on roads with a lot of traffic. I guess I found this a bit stressful, especially because I am not used to driving on the "wrong" side of the road. Would consider choosing a trip outside of Sydney with less traffic. Absolutely recommend the company.

A must do experience for experienced Bikers looking to take in NSW and all that state and surrounding area has to offer. Experienced guides take care of everything, you just need to show up, nut up and ride hard! What a blast. Renato was a very experienced rider, kept it fun, safe and banged the twisties just like I wanted to! Equipment was excellent, current and well maintained. Highly recommend for all experienced bikers!

We had the most enjoyable day during our Sydney to The Blue Mountains tour. Absolutely stunning. Sooooo much to see. Our guides Ian and Mike were absolutely fantastic, very competent riders too. Our group couldn’t be happier. I must mention how impeccable the motorcycles were. Truly immaculate. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a bit of excitement!

This was the best ride I have ever been on (North Coast ride). Lots of curvy roads. Tons of scenery and all stops along the way were Awesome with information about each stop from my Guide (Renato). From the pick up to the drop off it was fun. Renato even let me change my drop off and the end of the day with no notice. I road the Indian Scout which was clean and looked like it just came off the show room floor. They did not disappoint. I have trips coming up to Sydney in the near future and I will be doing the Grand Pacific ride when I return. Cant wait.

Jan 4, 2020 - Theo and the team helped me set up a ride for the next day after they were officially closed. Great communication and super easy to work with. It is nice how they personally tailor the ride to you, your riding experience, and what you would like to see.Please do NOT let the fires scare you away from discovering this beautiful place. The fires did cause some smoke but it didnt limit us on the adventure through several mountain passes.Renato was an awesome guide and very knowledgable about the area. I had a great day of full riding. I would plan to do it again.

We booked a tour with Weekend rider, the Sydney Scenic tour, and it was the most enjoyable and exciting way to explore Sydney. Everything went smoothly and the weather was perfect. If you are into riding i strongly recommend this experience!

My wife and I did the North Coast Ride and it was absolutely the best!!! Our tour guide was Mark and riding with him is like riding with a good friend, one that knows all of the good roads and best places to stop. We are going to Thailand next and hopefully they will have something similar to Weekend Rider tours. 5 stars.

This is my fourth visit to Sydney and my very first tour of Sydney with motorcycles. This was incredible and the best way to see places you wouldnt even know existed unless you are local. During the tour I was given a rare insight into this city. My tour guide was great - knowledgeable, a good rider and very cautious making me feel safe. This was a well planned tour. I recommend these guys to anyone on vacation in Sydney. Absolutely 5 stars.

We booked the sydney scenic ride as passangers and we were treated amazingly well. The guides showed us the very of Sydney, so many incredible spots - truly beautiful. The whole day trip is very well organized. Helmets gloves motorcycle all in perfect conditions too. Highly recommend this company. We had a great time!!!

I can recommend the Sydney to Blue Mountains motorcycle tour. The mountains were awesome. The tour itself is fantastic with stunning roads through beautiful valleys with no one in sight. I hired the Indian Scout Bobber and the bike was brand new. The helmet not a single scratch. This guys organize tours simply because they love riding. Time and money well spent.

I rarely write reviews, but this company deserves one, did the Sydney to Wollongong trip it was a ton of fun!! Beautiful ride through a national park and along the coast line. Good mix of windy tree top covered roads and open coast line stretches. I’ve done a lot of classes and tours all around the world but this one hits the top of the list. Renato was a great guide we had awesome conversation and I felt very safe during the trip. You absolutely get your money’s worth, be ready for a full day of ridding, beautiful views, and great food. I’ll for sure do another trip next time I am in AUS. From booking, to pick up and drop off it was all easy, really such a good experience. Great company, if you are a rider and want an authentic full day experience just book it, you won’t be disappointed!

My wife and I had a fantastic trip to the Blue Mountains. We didnt really know what to expect in terms of riding but were overwhelmed with the amazing single lane (back roadsthat are big enough to get us through it. We took a 1 day guided tour into the Highlands. Mike our amazing guide customized our trip to make it really work for us. We were lucky with the weather. We saw amazing sites. The food was delicious. It was a spectacular adventure from the start to finish. We highly recommend this tour to anyone interested in seeing the blue mountains by motorcycles. Just fantastic.

Awesome tour - exactly as advertised: great ride, great guide, great roads, and a great bike!I did the Great Pacific Tour with Renato on a shiny like-new Triumph Bonnie. Top day with a great fellow on some unbelievable roads.We got a couple of serious rain blasts to make the day truly epic, but I can hardly fault the fellas for that, and Renato deserves real kudos for maintaining such a positive attitude, particularly through the truly ridiculous rain on the way home.5 stars, and I’d give a 6th if I could.

We participated in the Hunter Valley Loop motorcycle tour at beginning of February 2019. It was really a fantastic riding day. Our tour guide lead us through the best routes in the area, showed us the most interesting sights along the way, and also pointed out the historical significance of the places we visited. The roads were fun to ride and the scenery was striking. Theres no way that we could have possibly seen and experienced this much on our own. Our tour was truly awesome, an experience that we will never forget. Well recommended to all motorcyclists.

We only had two days to explore Sydney on our first trip to Australia so we booked a motorcycle tour with the Weekend Rider hoping to see as much of Sydney as we could in a day. We decided to book the Sydney Beaches Tour and we were blown away by how beautiful and spread out the city is.We had to join the tour as passengers as neither of us hold a motorcycle licence and it was a joy from start to the end. Our guides for the day, Ian and Mike were amazing, very knowledgeable and competent riders. We had a fantastic day. We recommend them toanyone looking to see a lot of Sydney in a single day. I booked a motorcycle tour with Weekend Rider a couple of weeks ago and i must say, it was a fantastic tour. The entire booking process was so easy and straight forward. With just a couple of emails the entire tour was organised. On the day of my ride the tour guide arrived at my hotel in the city centre precisely on time and from then on it was a great experience. The helmet and gloves were of high quality and well maintained, the Bonneville, was in mint condition. The route was well planned, the riding pace was perfect and the tour guide gave some brief history about each place I visited. I was extremely satisfied with their services. You can see that they are well traveled and have sound knowledge on how a tour company should operate. Well done.

This is bar none the best way to tour Sydney! Theo from the Weekend Rider team is extraordinarily professional and my tour guide Renato made it an unforgettable day.I rode the Grand Pacific tour and it was the best of both worlds - beaches in the morning and fantastic mountain/countryside roads in the afternoon. The Indian Bobber was brand new and was quite a joy to ride. You’re able to visit spots you wouldn’t find on your own.10/10 recommend!

Australia is truly beautiful. We found Weekend Rider on Google search and decided to do a tour with them. We chose the Grand Pacific Ride tour and it was a fantastic ride. The coast line was stunning but the country side impressed us the most., so vivid and colorful. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and kept to a great pace. He took us to amazing single lane roads without anyone in sight. The motorcycle, helmets and gloves were well maintained. Also, thank you very much for the video you guys made from our trip. Great ride. I just flew from a long trip the day before and was tired but my guide accommodated me and made sure that I still had a great ride. I wanted to ride an Indian Scout and found the bike in perfect condition and well maintained. I was able to learn the about the places we visited, riding opportunities of Australia, and road rules. I will come back and ride with this company again!!!

The were right on time for pickup and had the right gear and the perfect bike for an adventure ride to Jenolan Caves and the Blue Mountains.The guide was very attentive to my riding style and made the ride a pleasure from fun roads, great lookout points to roadside cafes. I recommend riding with them, and will definitely ride with them when I get back to Sydney.
