My house finally closed after three very disappointing buyer cancellations. The agency did their best to stay involved with the sale of my house in order to take advantage of the market. I will recommend this agency to friends and family.

In late December, my wife and I decided to buy a vacation home in the Pocono Mts, Pennsylvania. We used Weichert Realtors Ruffino Real Estate. The woman who answered the phone was Dawn Moglia. When I asked to speak to an agent, she said she was one. That was the beginning. We closed on the house on February 15.Between that first call and the closing, Dawn was more than great. She took us to all the houses we wanted to see and when they were listed for sale and 3 days later listed as pending, which happened several times, she always found other houses to show us. But what made Dawn so terrific was how she treated and supported us from the time we put in a bid until after closing when she was able to give us recommendations for various workman we needed.After our bid was accepted, it seemed like there were 100s of little problems. Well, not really 100s but at least a few. Would the seller fix some major issues the home inspector found? Would he pay for a problem regarding the septic system? Would the seller pay all or part of the cost of a new oven? Each “Would the seller . . .” meant calling the listing agent, waiting to get an answer, following up when the answer didn’t come and then getting back to us. Yet, time and time again she did just that.Dawn is a highly energetic person. She has a bubbly personality and was always upbeat telling me all would be well, and it was. Obviously, she was not brought up in a family where her mother worried a lot about almost everything. Unfortunately, I was.I highly recommend Dawn if you are looking for a home in the Milford, Pa. area. She knows the area and the pros and cons of the developments in the area. When you tell her what you are looking for and an approximate price range, that’s what she will show you.She will listen to your concerns and answer honestly. What more could you want.

Fabulous experience! Joe was instrumental in helping us get our getaway place in Trails End. He went out of his way to show us the place through 3 feet of snow while we were 3 hours away one day, then met us there a few days later to show us in person.
