Wells Fargo Bank in Cochise County
I went in just to ask about making an appointment to open a checking and savings account but the lady sitting at the counter said she has no idea who I would talk to. She then asks if a banker was on the phone and I said no, hes slurping on a soda. Do I talk to him? She again said she doesnt know. I said ok thats awesome you dont know. I went over on my own accord being he was only visible banker. He told me he sees I have a phone. I can make my appt on line. Hard pass..weirdest bank experience ever. I banked with them in my home state where they were consamate professionals. Perhaps Ill wait til I move back. Just bizarre

Poor customer service from the manager Ray who boasts he has 36 years experience. No greeting, no smile, sits at his desk offering no help while I waste 3 hours. He gets in another situation with another customer as we are there. Refuses to close the guys account or negotiate a Wells Fargo check. I just don’t get it. 30 years with them means very little to Ray.

MoreJanuary 5th I hurried into this location about 9:40-10am to have a basic power of attorney notarized. I brought a BLANK form with me and filled it out while literally SITTING ACROSS the desk from said notary. I slid the filled out form to her once completed just to be turned away because I signed it "before she could verify it"..... EXTREMELY frustrated I left and later went to the main branch on West end of town. There I asked what exactly was being verified? They didnt verify that the minor child listed was mine or even existed, they didnt verify the 2nd adult listed? Are they checking the SPELLING? OR making sure I wrote in the correct lines on the form??? The BANK MANAGER (@the west end explained that was nonsense, apologized for my waisted time. He said I should have been notarized that same day. Moving forward I will intentionally avoid the small extension in the mall parking lot & utilize the main branch for superior customer service ! Thank you West End for everything, you were extremely helpful and patient in assisting with all my needs! From opening a new account for my teenager to providing us with the necessary information in aiding her in learning the importance of banking & budgeting to the simple notary!

I was at wells Fargo at 11:58 and doors where closed so I drive out and there still helping customers in drive trough so I call to ask why they closed at 11:58 and so she lied saying, we just closed our doors after me pulling on the doors at 11:58. Who ever answered the phone hung up, unprofessional b****.

MoreI found out today that a Wells Fargo employee at this location is disclosing my financial transactions to the public. Its apparent that their employees are not receiving adequate corporate training with regards to customer information privacy.
MoreClosed an hour early, smiling at all who attempt to enter smugly. Cant even do an international transfer properly. Im pretty much done with wells fargo.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have banked with The same Wells Fargo branch for 20 years The service has only gotten worse. Sat in a customer service chair for 28 minutes not one person asked me how can we help you sir or we will be with you soon. Finally had enough walked out still nobody said a word. I will be switching banks soon. do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time at this bank. Went to another bank got help within three minutes.

I came in to deposit some money into our business account and had a very pleasant experience with Ashley, my teller. She made good small talk with me and threw in some hilarious jokes. She completely changed my mood around. Ashley was really great to chat with and made my visit very enjoyable.
