I have had WF accounts for over a decade and couldnt be more disappointed in the downward slide this and other locations have taken. This morning a customer who made an auto payment at this branch had their information and receipt of payment emailed to my father (who is not a WF customer at all and has no accounts here). Thats a serious breech of someones personal information. For the first time ever I (a customeralso had to have my debit card changed 3 times in the past 3 months and Im beginning to think mistakes like this are now a sad lazy pattern at WF. Ill be closing all of my accounts soon since this is no longer a secure organization. The employees also refuse to answer the phone and conveniently have no answering machine. We almost had to drive down here just to report this issue. The management here has become non existent even when serious situations like this arise your stuck with counter employees like their bosses are hiding in the back inaccessible to us CUSTOMERS. Unacceptable.
I have been calling constantly through out the day and cant get anybody to answer the phone.
Absolutely poor communication. Drove 30 minutes to come into this office which I called ahead of time regarding getting a paper notarized, they specifically said “yes we can notarize that for you.” I’ve been backing with them for over 10 years but never this specific bank. I drive all the way here to Have the young lady who is their notary be so rude and even after they said they had “2” notarizes there and to come on down. I get here and she tells me “you are going to be waiting awhile.” Then the bank manager comes to me to tell me “ok yeah sorry we don’t notarize that document and sorry I was misinformed and he would speak with his tellers.” It wasn’t your tellers it was literally your notary I spoke to on the phone!!!! I will just stick to my original bank at Sierra Vista mall where the employees there are extremely kind unlike these rude people here at 50 E. Fry Blvd Sierra Vista! Hopefully this will be a learning opportunity for your lack of Wells Fargo cans and cannot do. Additionally, the rude notary there, why don’t you try a little kindness and professionalism!
Too busy for my business, I was just ushered out the door because even though employees were available, they claimed just over an hour was insufficient time to set up an account for me. My frustration led to an Internet search on which I discovered I could set up an account myself in six minutes. Perhaps I want informed of this by the bankers to protect their job? Went back after setting up my own account and the teller was very friendly, but the bankers were again pretty dismissive, acting like I was an inconvenience to them.
40 minutes in the drive through with only one car in front of me. Horrible wait time. Do not recommend this location if you are in a hurry or bank through drive through often.
Now theres a recording on the phone saying they wont receive calls at this location! Wow, the laziness of bankers are living up to their reputation! My next move is to close my account with Wells Fargo.
Cant wait to call corporate on this woman Lindsay , assistant bank manager is a total weirdo. I dont understand how people this crazy get into leadership roles
I do not recommend this fry blvd location, they give any excuse not to do their jobs and are very rude. Service is beyond slow and they dont seem to care about wasting everyones time.
Worst banking experience in sierra vista. Staff is rude and unprofessional, and this is the 2nd time. Use the other location close to the mall instead.
If I pull money out of your ATM, then go through the drive through and ask to have the bills exhanged for larger bills, why does that require my "ID and debit card so a transaction can be made"??? If theyre real bills, which you just gave me, why is this somehow a congressional process for a simple exchange?

I have been with the office at 50 Fry Blvd since it was 1st Interstate.(30 yrsand have never had a problem. As for the recent problems regarding unauthorized accounts being opened, my question to you is- did it cost you money? Do you regularly check your credit report? I imagine the answer to both is No. Wells Fargo lets me know in seconds when my cards have been used and when any funds are withdrawn or deposited so I keep track of my own finances.
Interior of the bank is clean and friendly atmosphere. Always helpful with difficult situations and willing to work with you.
Not enough people there to help with acct.
This location is nearest and most convenient, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Theres plenty of parking--I use the walk-up ATM or the drive-through usually. Wells Fargo hasnt, so far, signed me up for extras unawares, like this company did to many customers, according to news reports, but, anyway, I do log-in and check my account every other day or so--always have (with all online accounts). Because that problem was corporate in scope, I dont worry about this branchs staff cheating me.

I normally go to the branch near the mall but now twice it has been closer to go to this location. It is a large bank and has plenty of room. While it is rare that I need to be in the branch I needed some ACH printouts. The staff was great and helped me with over 8 different transactions while I was there including faxing out the completed forms. Each item they did with a smile and as quickly as to be expected. Great branch.NOTE: They have some very good safety deposit box deals if your a PMA member. It was $5 a year to get a box with my account level. Ask for more details when your in from a banker. In MD I was paying $50 a year for the same size box with the same account types.
