Good food, good service. Almost always get order right.

I had to stop eating here. The food is blan and Ive ended up sick twice after eating here. Salads and chili good other fancy burgers too much added extras u dont taste the beef

Already 10am and the doors are locked and no one answering the drive thru

I had no problems with this Wendy’s location.

Ordered through GrubHub. No option to add ketchup and chili seasoning packets to order. Wrote it in the delivery instructions. Tried calling the store to let them know to add them to the order, but got a dial tone. Order came cold, and obviously with no ketchup or seasoning. Tried calling the restaurant again to just get another dial tone. Will not be ordering from this location again. If it’s literally impossible to get ketchup or chili seasoning with my fries, there’s no reason to order them.

Good burgers, but our order got mess.

This is atrocious. Who replaces vanilla frosties with strawberry? Vanilla is a household name. This staple food is now unavailable until the ambiguous “late Summer”? After calling 4 times, I realized they have horrible customer service. If you want a vanilla frosty, don’t go to Wendy’s in Highland Park Illinois.

I always visit Wendys for their awesome fries. Never disappointed. Actually tastes like potatoes and always crunchy. My favorite.

On an errand to bring food back to my relative who is stuck for 3 hours getting chemo at the nearby hospital, I ordered a burger for me, frosty and fries for the patient, a favorite. I was in a hurry in the drive thru, so I didn’t check the bag. Later, I found that the fries were not included. No receipt either. A mistake? Doesn’t look good. Go to the taco bell next door instead. btw the burger and shake were fine.

Great burgers and chicken sandwiches. I had to try their new strawberry Frosty and it did not disappoint!

Exactly what you expect from a place ran by kids. Half my order was cold stale and treated like I did not matter. And this is what you get for $9.23! One slice of lettuce and a very thin slice of tomatoe with dried onions and pickles with a very thin patty, Pathetic! Thanks to the Brandon administration and the loser democraps our economy gone to hell. By the way the bathrooms are so disgusting I wouldve been more comfortable urinating in an ally.This is not worth it at all!

Ordered two family size nuggets, medium fries and ice tea. I received a baked potato and ice tea. The person on the other end said I was lying , and has been sending my calls to voice mail.

Ordered a "biggie bag," which is just a 4 for 4$ but instead its 5$. I expected a mildly warm burger, mildly warm fries, warm chicken nuggets and a coke. Instead, I got a cold burger with all of the toppings incorrect, cold French fries, and cold chicken nuggets that were as hard as a rock. The coke was fine. They obviously dont care here about what they serve.

The people were nice and the food came quickly but the burger was dry. Disappointed.

Each time I wanted a burger and I want it quick, I would not think twice but go to the drive thru in this place. There are many fast food in the area that also has good food but I cannot deny that Wendys is the quickest. Last time I went to this place, the staff in the drive thru was friendly and kind. I ordered a burger, fries and a drink. The burger and fries were freshly cooked and both are still hot. Food was good as usual and can definitely satisfies my cravings. The place deserves better cause they really provide good food as well as good service. Sometimes staffs arent friendly but it is understandable especially if the whole place is busy.

This place wants to close. The employees darken the place so everyone thinks they are closed. After 8pm of course.Today i placed ordered instead of getting the combo price i get the listed separate priceI mentioned it to the kid"Inflation everything is going up."My fault , u guess thats why the taco bell next door does twice the business.Who can believe a taco bell is ever preferred over a Wendys...glad the owners are rich and dont want the business

I asked for a chocolate coffee and they grabbed the oldest coffee they had instead of making mine and the coffee was spoiled. You guys gave make me sick with constantly doing stuff like this

Was upset with drive through service. I wanted some more ketchup packets and the lady looked to her manager and then turned around and said no... all I wanted was some extra ketchup packets? Why be like that?

Mobile App Order. Quick, hot, coffee was great. Asked for 2 picante sauce with one sandwich, 1 for the wrap. Received a single sauce. Really needed the 2 more sauce. But, it was the free breakfast sandwich offer, so ...

They l locked the dinning room when it’s 7:50 pm and lied about it’s 8pm. And drive thru is so long because of that . You can’t lock inside before 8pm!!

The lady at the registered was flustered and gave me someone elses food and it was all cold and nasty. After I told her three times what the order was. Terrible service!

Good salad when most fast food places dont have grilled chicken on the menu. Thank you Wendys ... I can get a quick and nutritious meal for a good price and it is healthy...

This is a good Wendys but I wonder why all these fast food places have to make everything so peppery or spicy. I only got the biscuits and gravy. Way to peppery.

Rude woman at the ordering speaker and first window. Not sure what was happening that evening before I arrived, but Im certain that yelling at customers doesnt help. Also two employees inside were not wearing their masks.

The food was good but the cashier forgot to give me my change. I had to stop eating and walk to. The front door and place a phone call explaining what happened. The manager was professional and provided my correct change.

Slowest service in town, and at the end of the wait, they mess up the order with military reliability. I am fairly certain they have not gotten an order correct more than once out of the previous ten visits. Just a disaster.

Very rude drive thru cashier. I wasnt given a big portion of my order. They rushed me through my order. They were not wearing gloves while preparing food. All around a horrible experience.

Long line, and wait, in the drive-thru when I went around 6:30 pm. Asked for large fries with my single, but got regular and they werent hot and fresh as Id expect, nor was the burger. I go to Wendys fairly often - this trip was a disappointment.

Usually have a decent experience here. No problems till recently.Had a really rude drive through person and VERY slow service. Forgot some of my food and sauces..Make sure you check you have everything before leaving the window I guess. The drive through service was absolutely lacking.

Order is always wrong or missing an item. No matter how carefully I explain what I want, they mess something up. Today I ordered a garden salad and they didn’t give me croutons for some random reason. Last week I told them no bun, and I got a burger with a bun that only had lettuce on it. My name is Ira Im a licensed chauffeur. I drove my client up to Libertyville Illinois. On the way back Doctor Jays wife told me to stop at Wendys she said they have delicious food and it was delicious the three of us ate in the car. The food was delicious the drinks were out of sight. I get Wendys five stars Plus.

I’ve been to this particular Wendy’s 5 times this month because of proximity to work. 4 out 5 times they have gotten more order wrong or forgotten an item. I’m usually extremely patient because I work in the service industry also, but this is the first time I have had to give a bad review of any place.

Without spouting the reasons we shouldnt eat fast food, Wendys was the place we would go if we needed some fast food. We found it to be a mid-way point between the McDonalds and the Culvers in both price and quality. We enjoyed the open seating area and menu options, as my daughter is a picky eater. I like that I can get a salad. The people are friendly and the bathrooms and dining area are usually clean. You see many other local families there.

This used to be a really nice Wendys. Last two visits received weong orders after two attempts. Chicken sandwhich was really greasy and got grease burned my daughters mouth. Two of the people behind the counter were swearing at each other in front of me abd the manager didnt do anything about it. The girl at the register looked afraid of the arguing. Worst Wendys visit ever..

Worst Damn Wendy’s in the United States ... Order Constantly incorrect . Food is always Cold ... They have you wait an Enturnity to Order Place for a business is just not there . You call to complain about the order being incorrect the managers or family members act like they don’t know what the hell is going on . Screw that Customer Service is off there very rude & Can halfway speak English properly let alone take a customers order Correct. I’ve been here numerous times & they fail almost every time . Sorry not giving them anymore chances . I rather give my money to A Vending Machine .

Clean and well laid out. Friendly staff and good fast food. Burgers are not greasy and good fries. This Wendys is on a busy highway. Easy to see, get into the parking lot and get back on the highway easily. Just have to wait sometimes for busy traffic. Right by an intersection with traffic signals.

Opened within the past year, this location aims to please your taste buds. Its will lit and inviting with the classic great taste you would expect from Wendys. This location has outdoor seating so, but its relatively close to the road, still great eating outside.

The workers are very welcoming and nice. The food is okay, sometimes they will mess up orders but the usually fix it. The service is very fast and it is easy to know if your order is ready.

Whenever I buy their spicy chicken I usually buy a junior bacon cheeseburger in case the chicken is too rubbery. At this restaurant I did not have to buy a second Burger to offset the terrible Taste of rubber chicken. Aside from one of the women at the register looking like a crackhead, service was nice, tables were clean.

Do NOT come here after the lobby is closed at night. The PM drive through staff has no sense of customer service... On more than one occasion Ive ATTEMPTED to get food here during strictly drive through hours when they were in fact still open and waited 10 minutes plus to try and order, even drove up to the window and theyre just standing there talking and COMPLETELY ignore a paying customer just trying to order food. The daytime staff is great, but the PM staff needs to be overhauled...
