Wendy's in Letcher County

They never get my order right. They practically throw your food out the window into your car like there in such a hurry to get you out of there. And very rude customer service 🙄.

A great place to eat at a place thats not far, expensive or out of touch.

Considering it was a little late, the food was made fresh, nice friendly service and price was not crazy. Definitely recommend.

This restaurant was bought by another franchisee last year, it has gone downhill ever since. I recommend not eating here. Its awful.

We love there vanilla Frosty-ccino and there is a few workers that make it absolutely amazing

So slow. If theres more than one car ahead of you go ahead and expect a 45 minute wait. I usually avoid this place but it had been a while, figured it might have gotten better.. no.No matter how big or small the order, they almost always mess it up.

Its really a hit or miss with this bunch!! Sometimes you get a 5 star type of service and the next time you may get a 1 star!

We had a 55 dollar order that wasn’t edible. The fries were hard as rocks the burgers were made from old meat that should be chili meat. And when I complained they said they would replace the burgers but nothing else because they were fresh. Which we all know they were not I’d be lucky if they was from the dinner rush and not the lunch rush. They hardly get our order correct but this was the last straw for me they have lost a loyal coustumer

Had to wait a little bit in line to order our food but every thing was great, other than that ...

Changing this to a one star. Seems like customer service is getting worse by the day. I dont know whats going on but I believe that an employees attitude is a direct reflection of management.

This place is rediculous. The wait in line at the driveway today was 34 minutes people. Something needs to be done

They use cheap cheese on those chicken sandwiches the cheese didnt even melt. The fries were hot but they tasted like old grease gummy. One ice machine worked the other one didnt and they didnt have half of the drinks off the machines. It was one of the worst ones Ive ever been there

Listen, Im from the south and like me some greasy and hearty Wendys from time to time and I have to say the 4 for $4 with a double stack and baconator fries just hit different today with me. It was like heaven in my mouth, probably the best quality fast food Ive had in a minute.

Stay away from this place here in whitesburg, my husband just left that place cause for one, they supposed to teach u how to do stuff n how to work the stuff but they dont, they expect u to know how to do this stuff as soon as u start working thdre without even being trained. Also my husband said he seen it first hand some of the workers would use the bathroom n wouldnt even wash thier hands. He also said one guy dropped meat on the floor n pickdd it up n put it right back on the grill.

Love this Wendys! Their dining area so neat and clean. The employees are so accommodating and sweet.

Quick drive through, and the food was very well prepared. Good service.

This place has gone way down hill.. FOOD IS ALWAYS COLD!! The drive through takes no less that 25+ minutes even if no one is in front you. Plus, forget sauce, napkins, eat even if u asked for it. The night manager does not care, they offer to replace it but its gonna be cold either way.

I have zero complaints regarding this Wendys. The employees are as friendly as they come, and food is always great. The only "complaint" I could think of, is the occasional long wait, but I do not fault them for this, as with most restaurants these days, it is hard to establish a full staff on a regular basis. Highly recommend!

Just stay away! Always takes forever to get your food and when you do it always cold and 90% of the time not correct! You always have to wait in drive thru forever! I would give zero stars if I could!!!!!!

Food was good prepared nicely. Drive thru was packed and was a little slow. However, I dont think they were fully staffed either. All in all it was good

Burgers were very good. This is our go to for hamburgers and chili

Standard Wendys. Used to get the $5 Biggie Bag which was a sandwich and 10 pc nugget, but was recently changed to a sandwich and 4 pc chicken nuggets so essentially isnt any different than 4 for $4 just 25% more expensive. Had become my lunch go to after TBell changed their menu for the worst and made some of the items mobile order only which rarely works, but sounds like less is less across the board so on to Canes, Qdoba or places that attempt to improve and not just change to make more money

Good food. Food service. Wait time was a little long but they have few employees working per shift because of covid.

Website states you open 6:30 waited 10min never was waited on , boy in drive was changing clothes or something but never did wait on me need to change time or find someone that is ready to work

Whitesburg Wendys has the market cornered on hot breakfast. Breakfast baconator was delicious and the seasoned potatoes were amazing.

Drive thru was a bit slow, but order was correct and food good.

I wish I could give this sorry excuse for a restaurant 0 stars. They got our order all wrong and the little bit of food they managed to get right was cold and old. They left out food on our order and we was told that we would have to come back the next day because they were closing in 20 mins, even tho we are a 5 min drive away. I see why they are desperate for workers because the ones they have are incompetent. Stay far away!

One of my favorite restaurants. Their food is delicious and an easy go to meal on the go or just on a late night when mom is tired. The fries are delicious and even good when they get a little cold. The chicken is crispy and delicious. The burgers and other assortment of sandwiches are amazing too. I highly recommend this restaurant. Oh, and not to mention the icecream/frosties! (the machine always works too😉)

The lines are long but the orders are usually close to what you asked for and the foods good

Had a great time with the love of my life. Food was great if you like fast food, staff there was polite and done their job right and service was great. Over all had a good time.

They should have e killed the cow first, be careful what you eat from here, I spoke with the manager and they knew what they did!!!!!

Heck of a place to open up a restaurant. 7:45 pm and they are out of Baked Potatoes, and Chili. I mean come on. Is Wendys not famous for their chili. And you close at 1am that is what 5 hours from now and you are seriously freaking out of food. It isnt like there is 5 foot of snow on the ground and supply trucks havent been able to get in.

I love my Wendys, always fresh, hot, fast, and friendly. Also they dont make us wait til 1030 am to order lunch.... some of us work early early and we need our beef patty and fries early

Wasnt over impressed here for a start the air conditioning was far to cold,people were shivering, but the staff didnt look as if they really cared. The food was very basic, they were advertising grilled chicken with advacado, but the chicken had a weird taste to it,why not say what it was being cooked in.,we couldnt eat it,just grill it plain it was spoiled, we also had to wait nearly twenty mins for our cookie ice creams even though the waitress said she would bring them out to us as soon as the freshly baked cookies had cooled down,she forgot.I had to go back to the counter,as soon as she saw me she remembered, still waited another ten minutes mind.

Always gets my order correct and food is always fresh.

Im not a Wendys person but the last several times Ive eaten here it was great really great double cheeseburger

Friendly but cannot comprehend orders. I ordered a single combo (No. 1I asked " What kind of dressing comes on it?" The reply was "mustard and mayonnaise " I responded "I want mustard and ketchup ", and therefore the sandwich should not have any mayonnaise on it. (I did not say, repeat did not say "add ketchup " which would mean that the sandwich should have, had mayonnaise, mustard, and ketchup.)Well guess what the sandwich had mayonnaise on it. It was corrected, but that was a chore.

Good food and fast friendly....good for a fast meal...plenty of selections of combos to choose from...

Food is always fresh here. No matter the time you go. 20 minutes before closing? No problem! Food is fresh! Why can McDonalds not comprehend this concept? No matter the time your customer orders food, they should ALWAYS get fresh, hot food!

chicken nuggets,there tasty. But they are skimpy with the bacon. An the buns are dried out so bad at times its like eating saw dust. Plus they never put more than one napkin in the bag. And they never give ketchup unless you ask. They need to care about their customers more.

Good food and fast my order is always right not like most fast food places

I favor the salads. Had apple pecan chicken salad, and it was good, but not as good as it could be. Its supposed to be a mixture of various greens, minimal iceberg. Most often it is mostly iceberg, and in chunks. The lousy cheap lettuce takes away from the flavor. Its very disappointing to receive a lower quality salad more often than not. It is too frequent.
