Its just rude when you ask for a large water and youre told "youll get the size I give you, which is a small" no other Wendys Ive been to cares what size water you get when youre ordering other items. You dont need to be rude about it.

Like the breakfast here, decent staff and management seems on track.

Went here for dinner and the group of us got the 4 for $4 or the $5 biggie bag and we had coupons for free frostys. Some of us had the new strawberry frosty which is wonderful. It was a nice fast cheap meal on a busy day.

Was a bit of a wait at the drive thru, was given the wrong drink, and my avocado salad didnt have avocado.

Out of all fast food places, this is my favorite

We went here for dinner and there was six of us and the lady was really friendly And patient while the girls figured out what they wanted. With that being said they got every ones order correct!!!! We usually have some thing missed at other places but here it was all delicious and correct!!!! Thank you to all the staff

Fast food isnt all the same if you visit the Tiffin, Ohio Wendys. Never had a bad burger there and despite having very long drive-through lines at times, youre not there for more than ten minutes. They are accurate with their orders, occasionally forgetting my girlfriends Frosty spoon. Tiffins best run fast food place!

Great food in the day dont order from 10 pm on food gets worse and half way made rt 10 pm on

Chicken sandwich was good , but could not see much difference in the "new" fries !

I mean its an okay restaurant. Its fast food, you just dont expect that much. Four stars for comparitive competition being worse. Bathrooms are nice last I checked though but did drive through this time so cannot verify if they were changed since.

Cheap and honestly good for the price. 4 for $4 or $5 biggie bags are way too good to pass up.

When doing business at this location make sure to hand over change first before any bills as the staff will immediately start ringing you out with the bills only. They are incompetent at how to do math to understand that if the bill is 14.43 and you rapidly ring the customer out without getting the exact .43¢ that you can put that .43¢ in the drawer as it was intended to have gone and increase change given from 5.57$ to an even 6.00$ by having 20.43 for 14.43 the .43 zeros each other out. Thus leaving 20-14=6. I will no longer do business as if they can’t do simple math then how do I know they can use cooking timers proper, read expiration dates, or get order quantities correct.

Lady at counter was rude. Manager talking completely unprofessional to workers where all customers could hear.

The cashier was rude someone tried using there card and the cashier tore it outa his hand, and when we went to get straw she complained to her coworker about us and there was poop on the womens bathroom door handle.

Their food is good. When I get baked potato and chili. Not so much when I get a burger and fries. The staff is friendly and efficient.

I swear this place is becoming the next Tiffin McDonalds! Messing up constantly on simple orders and the workers/managers giving attitudes when you tell them it’s wrong and needs to be fix before you leave the drive thru! And when you ask for fresh fries cook off the fryer they don’t even listen to that and give you cold/stale nasty fries!

I love our Wendys but tonight 5/1/21 not soPl much, the window girl was a great help with our order,but the closing manager was very rude. We had mentioned that we had 2 small orders and she seemed really annoyed about it, and then proceeded to rush us through the orders. When we arrived at the window I had mentioned that I think the 2nd order might have been entered wrong, the window girl was trying to be very helpful with it but the manager was very rude and didnt seem to care to heard her. Saying that she didnt have time to fix orders at the window and she needs to get the food out and move the line because she didnt want to be there all night.

My favorite fast food place and the highest I will rate a fast food place, they print themselves on accuracy and fast drive through times. Food is always fresh not old

I have gone here maybe ten times since moving to the area and not once has my order been correct. I keeping hoping the next time will be different. Finally after the last time, Ive learned my lesson.At least half the time the foods warm.

Fast and budget friendly. The staff is quick and friendly. Wendys offers some of the best fast food sandwiches in town. Try the pretzel pub, its delicious.

Ordered ahead via the app, but our order was half-missing when my bf went to pick it up. A large fries and a baconator fries was completely absent from the order (not the receipt), and when we called about it, theyd only realized that the baconator fries was missing.Thankfully, the lady who answered the phone was very helpful and polite, and promptly compensated us for their mistake. Well probably go here again.

Other than waiting in line forever, this is one of the only Wendys around that doesnt mess up our order every time we go.

Ordered spicy chicken and paid for that.....crispy chicken (value menuwas what was in the bag......$3 difference....ordered 1 lg and 1 small fry.......didnt get the small fry......called the manager.......😥 oh well....lesson learned

Forgot an order of fries.Asked for extra cheese sauce on baconator fries, hardly any bacon or cheese at all. Called and was offered a coupon which they never mailed to me when I had poor service before, which I told the girl on the phone and she didnt care she was just in a hurry to get off the phone

Was great today Order was totally correct. G iui t crackers for the chili, and utensils to eat it with. We also stopped here Monday Not so great.. the food was good, but received no crackers or utensils to eat chili or taco salad . All I can say is it was a good thing we took it home to eat, otherwise we wouldve been out of luck, and totally peeved Was it a different person helping out at drive-thru today?

I never get the wrong meal, and it’s always fresh! The toppings for the sandwich’s is never old product and the lettuce is nice and crisp. I’ve always have hot fresh food when I go there and the building is nice and clean. Also the staff is helpful and friendly. Great job!~Cedar K

Always get good food here. Service is sometimes slow when theyre busy, but Ive never been given the wrong order

The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because I like their food, that is when they get my order correct. This is the third time within the last couple of months that this Wendy’s has given me the wrong order. I ordered a cheeseburger with medium sized fries and got 2 chicken wraps and small sized fries instead. About a month or 2 ago, I order myself and my child meals. They gave me what was supposed to be my order, but it was wrong, so they changed out the bags and supposedly gave me my correct order. I sat there after they closed the window and after a few moments the worker opened the window and asked if I needed something. They didn’t give me the kid’s meal that I ordered for my child, which is what I was waiting for... When I got home with our orders, my meal was STILL wrong. Out of all of the fast food restaurants in town, I like Wendy’s food the most, but I haven’t gotten an order correct for myself in the last 3 visits.

Wendys recently introduced a bacon maple chicken sandwich for a limited time. I tried it and found it quite tasty. As an added bonus, my car smelled like maple syrup for the rest of the day. Ill definitely get it again, especially if they can make it a part of their regular menu.

As far as fast food goes Wendys is best in Tiffin. The service is fast, and the food just seems better. I do not get overly mayonnaise sandwiches here and since each order is made when you order the food is fresher.I love Wendys salads and the new Strawberry watermelon green tea is fantastoc

Sorry only 1 star ! Waited at the speaker in the drive in for 5 min and no answer. Then pulled up up the window and they looked at me all funny and they thought it was funny, so I ordered a asiago ranch chicken sandwich. Went home and all I had was a dry piece of chicken with a old tomato on there !

Often busy, but the food is usually good. Ive only had one or two times where my fries have been remarkable cold and not-fresh.

Friendly staff. My hubby wishes the coffee came in larger sizes... it does taste good! Orders are always fast and accurate. We love the fries...best fast food fries in town. Im not as fond of the baked potatoes anymore...overbaked the last 2 times Ive ordered over the years... but maybe I ordered them at less than fresh times. I actually find I like the chicken nuggets and the junior bacon cheeseburger the best next to the fries. Nice quality and just the right portion size. We frequent a few times a month and will continue to do so. Warning: parking lot is tiny so drive careful around peak times. They line them out to the street!!
