Wendy's in Greenup County

Its alright if you want a quick bite, but I recommend going to the McDonalds on the opposite side of the road.. I purchased myself a Son of Baconator and some fries. The fries were sort of burned and really salty. The Son of Baconator was not put together at all. It was messy, the wrapping wasnt wrapped all the way, and some of the burger was already falling out into the bag when I got it.

Ok good very short handed

Great service good food and there even nice when you come right before closing seams as if the employees at least pretend they like there job unlike other places

When getting a Wendys salad one does not expect to be getting a mind-blowing culinary experience. I can look past slightly wilted lettuce and less than fresh tomato, what I couldnt get past today was the glob of brown avocado in my Southwest Avocado Salad. While I fully understand that oxidized avocado flesh is safe to eat, it also tastes bitter and lightly of ammonia making the experience less than enjoyable.On a more positive note service was great and the food was fresh (with the exception of the avocado obviously). If you havent given the Mango Pineapple Lemonade a try you definitely should.

I think the Greenup Wendys always has excellent food! The service is good and my order is always correct!

I left for work a little bit early so i could get something for breakfast. McDonalds was busy so I decided to give Wendys breakfast a second chance. I do not like potato wedges so I ordered a cup of fruit, a drink and something else. Ive pulled around once I got my food and opened up my fruit to eat it and I almost threw up. I drove back around and ask for a manager. she was very apologetic and gave me a refund. Check your food closely.

My wife and i have swung through here a few times and it seems to get worse each time. The last time i went through i ordered a baconater sanwich with no ketchup and got a song of baconator instead with enough ketchup that the bun was soggy and not appetizing. Thats the last time ive been through. My wifes burger was also so sloppy it got all over her dress just from unwrapping it. Its like they just throw them together as fast as possible and dont care if they stay that way or not

Waited 25 minutes this time in drive thru. BUT food was fresh and HOT everything was correct. You can tell they are having staffing issues but good food and I didnt have to cook or clean!

Ive gotten food twice this last week, the first time I ordered a Daves double and a bourbon bbq double and got singles. Tonight I didnt even get the 2 sandwiches I ordered but got the chili and potato and nuggets. I live to far away to just make a special trip back. I do know they wont be getting any more of my money I easily spend 35 to 45 dollars every time I went. I advise you spend your money somewhere else because its not worth the hassle of trying to get "quality service" I wish I could give zero stars. By far the worst.

Walking up to counter, employee sat on phone for at least 30 secs while I was waiting to order. Burger was fine but lemonade had a very bad, "rubbing alcohol smell" taste.

Two star because they served me lunch 5 minutes early. The chicken nuggets were cold like they sat for a while the jbc tasted old. Wendys fries went down hill since they switched them not really this stores fault.

The food is good - if they get your order correct.We have been keeping track. Our orders are incorrect 83% of the time. They arent just annoying mistakes, but serious breaches of dietary restrictions.One of us absolutely cannot have dairy, yet the Waverly, Ohio Wendys is likely to add cheese even if you specifically ask for no cheese.Unless you have time to have your order corrected, dont bother going here.

There food was good even though it was a late nite meal

They were clean and covid safe. Also they got our order correct after being very rude about what it was that we wanted and after waiting in line at the drive thru paying for the food and getti g all the way home to realize that he never gave my friend back his bank card!! So I do what any normal human being would do ...I called them after what seemed like ten mins of questioning about why we didnt ask for it back and things of that nature he finally stated that he did in fact have the bank card so I said Ill be to get it the reply was TONIGHT!!!? I SAID YES AND THEY THEN ADDED U BRING AN ID OR YOU WONT GET IT .AS THEY THOUGHT I HAD HUNG UP THE PHONE I HERD ONE OF THEM SAY HE DONT HAVE NO ID HE WONT be after it tonight AFTER IT TONIGHT.🤬🤬

DO NOT SHOW UP HERE ANY TIME PAST 12. They will either ignore you at the speaker 20 mins before they close or your food with be rock solid and your drink will have completely melted ice in it.

Friendly staff, clean facilities, ample parking, and my Panko fish sandwich was delicious!!

Our order was wrong. They fixed it and when I bit into my bacon cheeseburger the meat was colder than the tomatoes. I ordered the 1.29 chicken sandwiches for my kids and was given the larger ones when I told them because my kids prefer the smaller one I was told well we gave you more than you paid for. The problem was I wasnt given what I ordered. The texture is different and my kids like the cheap one! Not our first problems there so I think were done!

This mefford boy needs a raise asap. Went above and beyond to get me my fish sandwich. Highly recommend!

My fries were old and disgusting, the bun for my sandwich was extremely old and tasted like it sat at the bottom of a drawer for a while. A hockey puck would have been fresher than their buns.

Not the worst Wendys, but if their food was fresher they would triple their business.

I tried the jalapeno popper salad and it was absolutely amazing... If you havent tried it yet and you like spicy, you definitely need to get one...

Beyond my expectation. My atm card was acting up so Mr. Jude took care of my problem. I had an issue with that card. Yesterday also so I will be checking with bank. I may have scratched it. Thank you for the help

Im not a fan of Wendys food so I cant rate it. The restaurant was clean. The employees all seemed to be busy. Your average restaurant with good management.

Only one in line, took forever to get food. Woman who we paid was rude. Asked for ranch (we paid extrathey gave us a bunch but no bbq sauce for our nuggets as we asked for it first with our meal nd then just ranch for extra.

Long wait for just a frosty! Bad timing as 8 people came in right before me but they only took one order at a time! Mens bathroom both soap was empty! They get paid by the hour and they were moving like it!

It was what I expected. They messed up my sandwich I didnt realize until I was 15 miles up into Ohio after eating my French fries. I wasnt to happy but I wasnt turning around to go back especially as late as it was.

So tired of this bad Wendys. I left a review here about a year ago expressing my distaste but figured "its been a while." Weve gone a few times recently because it is one of the only places very close to where we live for something quick (that isnt McDonalds), giving it a second shot, and every time our order is wrong. There is always something missing or incorrect. We always have to plan on going back through the dive-thru and getting something corrected. Every. Single. Time. Its exhausting and infuriating. If you cant get staff to ensure order accuracy (and judging by other reviews it isnt just meafter this long, then it is an issue in training and management. Learn to do your jobs, higher ups. Im not going to be annoyed with the line anymore. And maybe dont be rude when we call after realizing that when we get home, our six year olds meal isnt there. Like it hasnt been the last two times. Thats absolutely pathetic. Worthless. Do not waste your time.

I ordered one of the pretzel beer cheese burgers. I got down the road, unwrapped it and... No pretzel bun. No beer cheese.I didnt have time to turn around and go back, so I ate what they gave me. But I wasnt happy.

We didnt know if the dining room was open but they let us in right before it closed. The food was overall good but one of the young men working had a bad attitude. He made a couple slick remarks, making sure we knew he didnt want to make our food and gave my husband sticky packets of ketchup, which we threw away. The manager brought us some that wasnt disgusting and was very nice, so that kind of made up for it. I understand its fast food but if you dont want to do the work then find a different job.

I had to have the vehicle due to our daughters Doctors appointment. So...she, on break from her job at the Post Office, attempted to get lunch through the drive thru. You refused her service because she wasnt in a vehicle. Well, I regret to inform you, your services will no longer be needed from this point forward.PSA: The lady at the window said they wont serve truckers either.

Out of the 5 times I’ve been to this Wendy’s they have messed my order up 4 times! I alway walk in to get my food so I can watch and make sure no funny business goes on, I always ask for my order to go and a plain burger for my son, plain meaning when I tell them I just want meat and bread they always seem to mess this up! Every time I give my son his food it’s the opposite of plain!

Went to Wendys in Greenup Friday night Nov.11th. It was my brothers idea. We trashed our food. It was the worst restaurant food ever. It was warmed until it was nothing but a shell. We were the only 2 there. McDonalds was packed. No wonder. Next time we will join the crowd at McDonalds

I tend to pick the same foods over and over and at Wendys, its nuggets and chili. The nuggets are always great but sometimes the chili tastes like soap?? Its hit or miss on the chili but I will always grab nuggets. My dogs love them too. The perfect after vet treat!!

They got my order correct, which was great. Its surprisingly hard to get a sandwich with no bun, and they didnt give me a hard time about it and were even nice about. Busy place even at 1:00pm.

Fries where cold and rubbery. But got new ones. Then chicken sandwich was very over cooked hard.. But got a new one of them too. Then meal was great.

Cold food every time. I take my family to Wendys a lot , I have been very disappointed the last 4 to 5 visits , I have gotten old cold food , the worse salad I have ever eaten and had to repeat my order three or four time as they are putting on my tray. The employees are poorly dressed, and the dine in is sad every table dirty no napkins trash overflowing , ketchup pumps broken and empty . I was a very nice place to eat but not sure if I will ever go back.

Service bad. Server spilled drink all over the counter and out tray including our tray and receipt and even though I ordered my sandwich without cheese it came with cheese. Also the young lady cooking was wearing an ear bud and was using her finger on the ear bud then back to handling good. Wont be going back there.

They never get my order right. I’ve tried to even remind them to make sure that my order is correct several times, and they still manage to mess it up. The slowest, most inaccurate Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. The workers are friendly but that’s the only charm this place has.

Lobby didnt have any clean tables.. trash overflowing inside and out. Food was good tho and staff was friendly just needed some TLC and a bit speedier service.

Honestly, if I could give less than one star, I would. Every time I eat at this Wendys something is wrong. The chicken for their sandwiches is ALWAYS over cooked or burnt, theyre sandwiches also seem to be smaller than other Wendys I have been to. One worker on particular also doesnt ever seem to shower, or even attempt to look he cares about hygiene. Overall, even though I live very close to the Wendys in greenup, Ive decided that if I ever want Wendys, Ill just drive to the one in Flatwoods or Grayson...

Went through the drive thru around 930 pm. My order required freshly made chicken. He apologized and asked me if I was okay to wait. Our entire order came out hot and fresh. Good job!

This fast food joint is great in many ways. Providing healthy and delicious food, providing great service to customers, and having a non-stressful/crowded atmosphere. Ive seen softball teams come here all the time to eat or celebrate.
