Wendy's in Greenup County

Waited 13 minutes for my order at the drive thru. When I asked what the hold up was the manager tried to tell me I had only been there 5 minutes and that they were waiting on fries.

I ordered a biggy bag. Soda was off like it was watered down. My fries and everything else was lukewarm or cold. they forgot my straw. All in all it was a very dismal experience, they met all my expectations

Just went through Wendys half hour before closing time these people up here treat you so nice it doesnt matter that it was close to closing time we got excellent customer service and excellent food they made the fries fresh The owner of this place should be proud of his staff keep it up Wendys in Coal Grove youre the best

My food was OK but wife got a burger that was mostly raw.

Of all the Wendys in the area, this one is a bit run down. Employees were nice though.

Most of the time this Wendy’s is great, but todays experience has me not wanting to go back. I’m a manager at a fast food restaurant, so I always give the benefit of the doubt, but not this time. First of all, I ordered the nuggets and fries combo. Supposed to have nuggets, fries and a drink. Instead, I received two orders of fries, no nuggets and one of the fries was half full. After eating some I see a long hair, I’m thinking maybe it’s mine. I mean, it happens.. then I got farther down and saw another hair, it was shorter and a different color. So, I was done at that point. Not to mention, they didn’t give me a straw for my drink, or the sauces I’d asked for. My fault for not checking the bag before leaving. You HAVE to do that. I get that times are stressful right now and mistakes and accidents will happen, but there were so many things wrong with this order to the point it’s like c’mon guys. Do better.

Quick stop on the road for our family. The staff was super friendly and the food was delicious. A very nice place to eat.

Was way to pushy about the coupon books. Food was sloppy and my chicken was cold on the inside and bent like rubber. You could tell it was old and reheated. Fries were okay The lady at the second window acted like she was to good to work there

They have the worst breakfast around. They need to come out with something better. I will not buy there breakfast anymore.

We don’t stop at this location very often but I wanted to say the lady who took our order and the guy who gave it to us were both very nice and the service was very fast. Thank you!

It’s Wendy’s so you really can’t expect too much. They’re still not open for inside dining so don’t expect that. Service was fast-ish, food was cold.

Hated it .Terrible. The quality of the lettuce in my salad wasnt fit to feed a rabbit- it was brown and limp. The french fries were cold and hard. I am from Dublin Ohio..Home of Wendys International so I know for sure this is not typical of Wendys. Dave Thomas would be highly disappointed. The staff were pleasant. The one star is for them

My experience was practically perfect! The staff was warm and welcoming. The food was exactly as it was ordered. And, we only had a small wait when we got to the second window for our food. Lovely staff and great service! I highly recommend this location if youre nearby and need something for your tummy!

I ordered a #6 with extra pickle and extra mayo. And they got it wrong it was plan and dry. This is the 4 time they get it wrong. Am not going back.

Was all good, except they did away with the high chairs and booster seats, after the remodeling.

Fast service, food was good and order was accurate. Dont know how much more you can say about going through the drive thru. Lol

Most disrespectful place Ive ever been they will not let you order to go inside or through the drive thru unless you have a vehicle. I cant drive my semi through the drive thru this place is despicable! No respect for truck drivers! I will not be coming back!

This is my favorite Wendys. I drive by two other Wendys stores to eat at this one because I know this store makes good fresh and they do not mess up orders

They are rude and never get our order right. Would rather go to a soup kitchen than that place

Ive never been fond of Wendys food. It was the closest to me that was open. Other people really enjoy it. Now if they still served fish sandwich, I would stop more often.

The food was good they messed up the order. Had to go through the drive-through again to get what I didnt get the first time. And we had to wait about 15 minutes in the parking lot for our order to come to us.

The food was normal for Wendys. However the management left a lot to be desired. We had ordered to Chilis. I went to get spoons, but they were out so my husband asked behind the counter for spoons. They said they didnt have a spoon in the place. So the next logical question is "how are we supposed to eat the chili?". Dumb, puzzled looks all the way around. Management totally blew it. They said they had run out of spoons because people had been ordering all the 50¢ Frosties. 🙄😒

The food was excellent. Does the dining area the tables were dirty. They needed to be washed off.

Actually good food but 9 times out of 10 my order is incomplete either short on fries or a drink short,its not every Wendys, only the one in Coal Grove, Ohio

Friendly servers and good service and french fries were hot and fresh. Bathrooms were clean as well as the dining area. Food was the typical Wendys quality which is always good

Great customer service. Clean dining areas. Have never waited for my food. Usually by the time I fill my drink the food is ready. Plenty of parking and there is truck parking next to main parking area.

Me and my boyfriend decided while waiting on a prescription to be filled close by (Coal Grove Pharmacy)to grab lunch here it sets right on the main stretch just a 2 minute drive from the pharmacy.It was extremely convenient , clean,inexpensive,has very friendly and prompt service,great food at more than reasonable prices,plenty of parking,wifi,and also a nice sunny sitting/picnic area.Wonderful for a cool day to enjoy the fresh air and freshly prepared food. We both ordered the bacon cheese baked potato both of our potatoes were covered in cheese and pretty good bit of bacon as well.He also ordered the chicken wrap excellent as usual and one of our favorites on the menu.Next time we are waiting for our prescriptions to be filled I know where we will be waiting .

I love this Wendys- theyre super fast & super fresh. My favorite part is they get my orders right...something many others have trouble doing

They took my daughters burger back behind the counter after we had handled it and placed a slice of cheese on it and gave it back to her. Then ignored us when we where dumb enough to go back to buy her some cookies. She actually walked away from the register and stood at the drive through window with her back to us till we walked away. I will never go back.

I had the apple pecan salad which was very good and the ingredients were fresh. Restaurant was very clean and comfortable. Also windows werent covered with advertising posters and specials. I hate it when you cant see out. It was a pleasant experience.
