Very slow service need new management.

Food was great drive thru was really slow

Was here October 25, around 4 pm. Great staff and service. Food was fresh and Hot! Great first impression! Thank you to awesome staff working that day. You are appreciated.

Line was long but went fast. Got everything as ordered. Young man at the window was very pleasant

The last 4 times I’ve been there they haven’t given me my sauce. Why ask for it if you arnt gonna give it to me.

French fries are the same, not crispy like was said on commericals!!

Bourbon Bacon sandwich is THE go to item.

Took 2 of my grandchildren to lunch nice friendly service very polite. Good hot food kids loved it.

ordered 4 piece, received 3 piece. clearly minimum wage is too high.

I got a burger meal both mine and my husband looked like it sat there for hours didnt even think about eating it.. pretty sad to serve food that is not edible to people paying good money... just please watch your food no one needs to die from Wendys food..

Never had an issue with cold food.

Burgers are blah and the fries are never fresh and aint very good. I do like frostys though

Young dude behind counter must think Dave Thomas is daddy or something because he takes his job way too seriously (and yet is still somehow bad at it?).

Chili was lukewarm was very disappointed. Come on, Wendys, get your stuff together. You need to ask yourself whether I would eat this. If not, you shouldnt give it to your customers.

The drive through was fast and the employee was nice and polite. The single cheeseburger I ordered was fantastic and the double cheeseburger for my friend was even better and they were really big sandwiches. They are more expensive now than they used to be and I grumbled about that until I saw and tasted my sandwich. Hot, juicy, fast and delicious....checks all my boxes.

Order one breakfast baconator and LG potato wedges. Only got half of my order. Not a big deal since wasnt lot of money. But seriously though give entire order that was paid for.

Their crispy chicken sandwiches and four for $4 still make them a great value for fast food.

Food was fresh and hot. A little hard to get in and out of when traffic is busy. But we did.

Wabash Wendys is always fast & gets my special requests right. Enjoy going there when Im in a hurry because I know I will get what I ordered

Great food ...good service...wish there was one in my home town... but very expensive to feed your family but great alternative to McDonalds

Forever wait, food was a bit overly greasy buuut i mean what can 1 expect from a fast food chain lol... We order the Baconator, fries, Asiago chicken, and a taco salad for the 3 of us and needless to say we ordered too much n couldnt eat it all lol... FYI theyre lemonade is AMAZING!!!

Love the Daves double burger! As always my food was fresh, delicious and promptly given to me at the window. No complaints here!

The food is good, but this place needs to work on their customer service. Not only that by itself is a problem, but they like to mess up on orders.Update: They also like to forget adding sauces to the orders.

The drive through attendants are very kind and polite. The food is fantastic! 10/10 would recommend and plan or returning.

This place really needs to close and get there staffing issues under control. They are currently ripping off the customers with down inedible food. After 20 years of eating here twice a week, we will not be retuning. This is the third bad experience in a row.

This place rocks. The maple bacon chicken croissant was excellent to eat and melts in your mouth because its just at a great warmth or hot to eat and the Excellent Service that Rita Scholes gave my husband and I amazing. Rita Scholes is an amazing person. Please for me give her a raise. Also forgive me the orange juice they gave me amazing. The orange juice is just the way I like it.

The food was fresh and delicious. We received our meal in a timely matter. Will be back again.

I went through the drive thru told the lady I needed a minute so I can look at the menu not 5 minutes later she said can I help you? I told her I still needed a minute and then I got to the window and then she didn’t let me move my old cup she opened the window said here handed me my drink she said here handed me my other drink and then and then she said here handed my my food and then shut the door! I’m really unhappy about the service and it even tasted like my fries sat over night and then they re heated them....it will be a while before I come back

So I go through the drive thru, and I really hate being talked at and not talked to by those kid employees! Plus they must like screwing up orders on purpose cause it seems to happen a lot, but the food is ok.

I always enjoy a visit to one of my favorite fast-food burger joints! Cheeseburger, fries, and chicken nuggets, they were awesome!

The crispy chicken sandwich is great! I get it without mayo, actually plain and add the Chili Packet! Omg delicious!

Fairly consistent for a fast food joint. However theyre fast. Too fast. Almost feels as if every time you visit the drive thru, they just want you out. Obviously thats the concept of fast food, however customer experience seems to be heavily impacted. Would gladly rate higher if they sorted this out.

Went through the drive up for breakfast.Ordered biscuits and gravy . I had ordered this before and they only put gravy on half of the biscuit the other half was dry. I asked the young man if they would put gravy on both halveshe wanted to charge me double for this service. When I said no to the extra charge he said ok. When I got to the window the young man taking the order and the guy making the order seemed to think it was very funny what I had asked for. When I got home with the order They had smeared just a small amount of gravy on the top of both halves of the biscuit. I threw the whole mess in the trash. 06/08/2020 Wabash Indiana.)08:00 am

1. Drive through. Wife was served cold, not luke warm, cold coffee. Asked to have it replaced with hot coffee. Hot coffee served with a Thank You and Have a nice day. Serving window about to close when I asked if we could have our food, first. Finally received the food. Parked to eat, because the dining room was closed. No straw for the soft drink. Its always something at the Wabash Wendys. The food was very good.

Not a long wait for my food. I saw it was made fresh, and was very tasty. Staff was friendly, and the manager was understanding when I informed him the bathroom needed a touch up.

Great food, service, and environment. We stopped in on Tuesday and it was busy and the food was great. I havent had a Wendys meal this good since I was a kid! Going to have to stop back through on my next trip through Indiana....

While traveling we stopped in for a drink and fries and to use the bathroom. Bathroom could have used some extra attention. Fries were a bit overcook, but soda pops were okay.

Fast food as fresh as it comes every single time I go to a Wendys. The only problem Ive ever had is not enough salt on fries and thats personal preference, so if you love it, grab that salt! Wonderful chicken sandwiches and lemonade.

Great food, as always. Service was prompt, even when dealing with a whole high school baseball team. Plenty of comfortable seating with clean tables.

Food was delicious and our local Wendys store is GORGEOUSLY remodeled!!! Super nice employees, even for being new. They got all my order correct! I will forever be back, regardless. Thanks Wendys Wabash, Indiana!! Never disappointed!

This is probably one of the oldest looking Wendys, in dire need of updating. In the late afternoon, there were few customers. Its typical Wendys food, but my fries were sub-par, they had been laying there for awhile. With all the options of fast-food restaurants beside them and across the street, its hard to imagine why I would go back.

This was THE worst service. Young man behind the counter was more interested in the young girl customer than even acknowledging us. He went and started to pack their order up to go but had to wait on the hamburgers. Did not take our order while their order was being cooked. Check the camera and watch us walk out about 8:10 pm. On 7/3/18. This is the SECOND time we walked out of this place because of rude behavior from kids? Would NEVER RECOMMENDED this place. Really hope that they go out of business so something more deserving goes in. One time we went and the place was closed before closing time. While my business will not make or break the owner, I hope this review and word of mouth costs them.

Went through drive thru. I got worried when we had to repeat our order 5 times. But the employees were polite (sir/mam, thank you, no problem, hello/bye greeting). The best part though​ was that from when we order to driving away it was 5 minutes. AND the order was 100% correct complete with extra sauce napkins and straw.
