Clean interior, friendly staff, good fast food. Was getting my car fixed and needed a meal break so we came up to eat.

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. They better hire some staff to take people’s orders cause the system here is a joke. The line of people was out the door! We could have went to a sit down restaurant and been done a d out the door in the same amount of time.

Lobby closed at 3pm?? Really?? Just because your short staffed?? Poor excuse if you can open a few hours over lunch.

Frostys....need i say more. The strawberry frosty is amazing 👏

There were 6 people ahead of me in the drive through. I though I was screwed and would be there for 20 minutes like I usually am in Fort Dodge. Nope only took maybe 5 minutes. As stupid as it sounds I also had the best Junior Bacon Cheeseburger Ive ever had from any Wendys, EVER. Nuggets and fries were hot. Would have taken a picture of the sandwich but ate it too fast.Well done.

I just had the most delicious Wendys at this location. More impressive, was the kind service we got from the people working the windows and the management. Thank you for treating your customers with old-fashioned customer service.

They didnt put the lids on the chili correctly, and it spoiled all over, and leaked to outside of the bag....

The food is awesome, just like any other wendys, however if you like to have sauce packets with your food, I recommend ordering them through the drive thru, FOLLOWED by a reminder at the window. For some reason they dont add it to your ticket and its always forgotten by the expediter (person who packs the food in bagas a result. Sometimes even forgotten when they add it to the ticket. Also, veggies on burgers usually Consist of 1 lettuce slice followed by 1 tomato and 1 ring of onion, if you like veggies, have them add extra for an adequate amount. :Friendly service (usuallyand fresh food. I highly recommend, however, make sure to add your reminders :)

Always good for being fast food, just have to pay attention to what you get and what you ordered... Told the front counter lady 4 times what I wanted and half of our order was not even close to what we ordered... Just ate it anyways cuz he didnt wanna make a fuss about it.. or wait for another order lol

I was nervous about how long it would take to get food, as the drive thru line was around the building and to the street. The line moved pretty good though! It was different to see such nice landscaping and a fountain while waiting! The cashier, order-taker and person who gave me my stuff were all pleasant and were smiling. My order was correct and I was not disappointed!

The chili was good. Perfect temperature. Plenty of crackers and napkins. Spoon worked.

Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes and the line didnt move. Did they run out of food? It shouldnt take that long for the line to not move at all. Ridiculous.

There was hardly any sauce on my bourbon bacon burger. Fries were better than expected tho!

Why do fast food burger joints cost the same as sit down pub style places? $12 for a meal thats definitely not a $12 burger by any means

Got a salad yesterday and 6 hours later spent the whole night simultaneously vomiting and blowing out my backside. Spent all day in bed today with intestinal cramping and pain. Not happy right now.

Service was pretty fast considering the line started out in the street. But my fries sucked, like they always do from wendys!

To be honest. In this town its my personal opinion that our wendys has literally the fastest drive thru. Food is always hot, an the staff is always happy. Thanks wendys for always making me n my tummy happt

My first breakfast experience and Ill tell ya I was impressed. It was really very good.

Even though theres always a long line for the drive-thru it goes by it very quickly. Im a huge fan of their salads especially the Parmesan Caesar. And their natural lemonade is the absolute best. My favorite is the tropical berry. My daughter swears by the four for four and could eat there every day.

Wendys 4 for 4 is an awesome deal thats hard to beat. Add in a key chain free frosty and you even get desert.Love it!

One baked potato had a brown spot on it. We asked for extra butter. We got 2 for 2 people, so we had to go through the drive through again.

The 4 for $4 is one of the best fast food deals you can get. Also, try ordering ahead on mobile, saves so much time!

Food was delicious. But the whole crew could off acted like they really wanted to be there. And not like they wanted to be somewhere else. No smiles,or thank you for coming to wendys,how can i help you,or even thank you. I only gave them 4 stars because of the food.

If this is the one at tighlman square, they got my order wrong and I tried to tell them. The cashier walked off, and an older balding guy I assume was the manager started saying in an annoyed tone "what is it?" Every time I tried talking till I decided to drive off since it was going no where. Wendies is great for food, but this specific one isnt getting my business anymore.

Great eats along with great prices. And they are very quick & fresh with their food. The staff is very pleasant and the place is always clean. I highly recommend this casual, yet delicious place to get a variety of options to enjoy.

I recommend trying trying the baconator. Wendys food is just good in general. Looking for a quick snack? Try wendys. The cashiers are really friendly. The place is really clean its not too busy.

I dont really care for their food. Too much condiments on the burgers and I think their fries were better before they went with the natural cut. For fast food for the kids it was OK. I still prefer Culvers or sonic over Wendys or any other fast food restaurant.

I like Wendys its good they have sandwiches here they taste very well made. Hell I went in last week and they gave me a free frosty course I did have them at gunpoint... kidding.

Fast service,food was OK. Ive never been a Wendys fan but husband is so we stoppedWe will stop again if in the area.

This is probably the fastest place in town to grab a quick bite. Even during peak times, I’ve never had to wait longer than 5-10 minutes in the drive thru. Service is pretty friendly and good too. Food is Wendy’s. Nothing special, but not bad at all.

Im not usually one to write a review, but I thought I should give a big thank you for refunding my food anyway for me messing up and not catching it. I wish I caught the manager so I could thank them personally but I was in the drive-thru. (also big thumbs up to the awesome lady in the window who was very understanding)

Great customer service, newly remodeled. Food took about 6-7 minutes because they cooked my chicken strips fresh (they were some of the best i have had-moist inside, crunchy outside).

Came right at lunch time and extremely busy but i wasnt in the drive thru for more than 8 mins. Super fast and fresh food..like always.

I like the food! Nice staff that I’ve encountered. Always friendly to me. I usually go through drive though. Always has the order correct. I love the Frosty with a straw too please. 👍🏻
